My daughters have been attending the nursery setting for 2 years and I can’t advocate it enthusiastically enough. All the crew have been fantastic. One of my daughters struggled a bit more with the separation from me and the help the team gave her was above & beyond. They were great. The girls are so well looked after. I was anxious about leaving them but the care they get and the fun they have put me at ease immediately. The office crew are also brilliant and so useful.

She sings songs at home that she’s learned at childcare centre and always goes in and comes out with a smile on her face. The nursery setting team are so dedicated and hardworking, particularly during Covid, which has been so challenging. We always receive clear communications when things change and the team are quick to respond to any individual queries. My young lady has joined since she was 10 months old and is a delighted soul.

The care provided is exceptional, as is the updates between the crew and the parents. We could not imagine a better place for our little one. We found this early‑years hub through word of mouth and have been recommending it ever since. As with all toddlers, we have had times where there were behavioural issues that needed correcting, and it has always felt like the personnel were delighted to work with us to solve the problem. Our little one has been going for two and a bit years and has enjoyed every minute of it.

I was so anxious about her starting and leaving her, but she is so well taken care of and now happily waves goodbye to me when I drop her off. She has so much fun and I couldn’t ask for more. My girl started here in August and has settled in so well.

It has been hard for us to trust the childcare centre without seeing crew interacting with babies, during their normal opening times before lockdown you would have seen this. Because of this, sadly we will be looking into moving our baby into a different nursery setting. My little one started attending this early‑years hub at eleven months old in the middle of the Covid-19 lockdown, with us handing her to the personnel at the door. Fortunately, our girl has seemed to have settled in okay and crew are always kind and exceptionally accommodating, updating the app and answering phones, letting us know how she is doing. From my research the government advice was to form bubbles in order to avoid wearing the masks as it could have a negative impact on children’s mental, social and language growth. Overall, we were really pleased with everything until we have found out that in this childcare centre, unlike any other nursery setting in Bristol and I have contacted quite a few others to check, was wearing masks within the bubbles when interacting and taking support of babies.

Always get lovely pictures and updates of what they get up to each day, as well, which puts our minds at ease that he is well entertained and discovering new things. We were worried about how our one-year-old boy would settle into the early‑years hub with new people and the space – as all parents do. Wonderful nursery setting and the crew are so warm and welcoming. But this worry soon faded when we knew he was in the safe hands of people who really seem to care about the kids, giving thorough updates on how he gets on each day.

The early‑years hub engages well with parents and we appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback especially at the parent’s meetings. The kids seem to take part in a wide range of activities throughout the day and we treasure to see the updates provided throughout the day on the app which gives us peace of mind. She has flourished since she has been there, forming strong bonds with every key worker she has had and other crew members too. We would suggest the nursery setting to anyone. She is always coming home having learnt something new and we are so pleased with the improvement she has made, especially with her vocabulary. It is lovely when I collect her and everyone seems to know her and say hello. Our girl has joined Little Pioneers – Co-op Childcare Day Nursery since she turned one.

The updates on the app are great and really help settle any nerves about how their day is going. My little one has went to this early‑years hub since March, and really settled in, team are always lovely, and he really seems to enjoy his days there. He has since moved to the toddler room and all has gone smoothly.

Thank you all so much for all your hard work! She has settled really well and I find so much comfort in knowing that she is cared for as well as she would be if she were home with me! The crew are always available if I have any questions and I treasure the updates throughout the day as it makes me feel like I’m not missing out on anything. My little girl has been attending the early‑years hub for nine months and though it has been a difficult time with all of the restrictions in relation to Covid, the crew have all been incredible!

My little one has went to this early‑years hub for just over a year now, the crew are so caring and committed and in my opinion, go above and beyond. My little one is extremely thrilled here and has formed strong bonds with the personnel and made some lovely friends.
