Co-op Childcare Bristol

The nursery team are so dedicated and hardworking, particularly during Covid, which has been so challenging. We always receive clear communications when things change and the team are quick to respond to any individual queries. My daughter has attended since she was 10 months old and is a happy soul. She sings songs at home that she’s learned at nursery and always goes in and comes out with a smile on her face.

This nursery is fantastic, the care and detail they provide for my son is outstanding. My son goes in every day with a smile on his face and excited to see the staff and his friends. The meals prepared in the on-sight kitchen are of fantastic quality and great diversity from all areas of the world, he always has seconds. The planning and observations we receive are always tailored to really progress and support my son’s development. They always listen to us as parents and use us as a key way to ensure my son is well looked after and challenged in a proactive way. They are definitely part of the family and dropping him off is easy. The management team always go above and beyond to answer and help with any questions or queries without any issues or hesitance. With Covid they have put so many measures in place to ensure my child and their staff are safe and I feel at ease in the middle of the pandemic with this. I cannot fault this nursery in any way and would 100% recommend this nursery.

My daughter started here in August and has settled in so well. I was so anxious about her starting and leaving her, but she is so well taken care of and now happily waves goodbye to me when I drop her off. She has so much fun and I couldn’t ask for more.

My little girl has been attending the nursery for nine months and though it has been a difficult time with all of the restrictions in relation to Covid, the staff have all been incredible! She has settled really well and I find so much comfort in knowing that she is cared for as well as she would be if she were home with me!
The staff are always available if I have any questions and I love the updates throughout the day as it makes me feel like I’m not missing out on anything.

Our son has been going to Co-operative Childcare Bristol Day Nursery for the last two years and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff are wonderful, attentive and seem to really care, not just about our little boy, which I would hope is always the case, but also about our experience of his development. They regularly put great pictures on the app, which we can log into at any time, describing his activities, meals, sleeps etc and they take time to explain his development, what he had been doing and whenever they have concerns. In addition, our son always seems happy when we collect him and we are left feeling totally comfortable and delighted with the support they provide. Thank you Co-op!

Absolutely wonderful nursery. The staff are very attentive and my son settled in very quickly and seems happy and cared for.
They provide regular, daily updates so that I know what his diet is like, development, next steps and pictures so that I can keep up to date whilst at work.
Lovely place and highly recommend!

We always feel like our little one is well looked after. They have fun and come back with stories of what they have done that day. We’re well informed through the parent app and we receive a good handover at the end of each day. We also find they get a good variety of food – sometimes I’m jealous! Each room has an outside area connected to the rooms which is a big plus. My little one always comes home with new words, facts or songs so we know they are learning and developing well. My only wish is that they would come home with more arts and crafts to pin on the fridge.

My daughters have been attending the nursery for 2 years and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The girls are so well looked after. All the staff have been fantastic. I was anxious about leaving them but the care they get and the fun they have put me at ease immediately. One of my daughters struggled a bit more with the separation from me and the help the staff gave her was above & beyond. They were great. The office staff are also brilliant and so helpful.

Excellent childcare setting. Warm, friendly and really knowledgeable staff, very inviting environment with fantastic resources. Great food and amazing communication with both management and the staff in the room. My daughter is so happy here and is excited every day to come to the nursery. The staff always take the time to make her feel special and have really taken the time to get to know us as a family. They’ve really supported her confidence and development.

We absolutely love this nursery. All the staff are always really kind and enthusiastic. You can tell they truly take the time to get to know the children and their personalities. They always give fun updates at the end of the day about what our son has been up to. They always come up with fun activities and send photos of the different sensory trays they create each day.
