A fantastic nursery staffed by competent lovely ladies. The management team work effectively and in a safe and caring manner. My son’s development has been incredible over the last year and we are going to miss the nursery and the staff a lot. The nursery facilities are great and it has a good link with the school next door.

In my opinion, the nursery has changed for the good since they have a new headteacher.
The kids are enjoying activities. They learn letters and numbers through funny games.
They often come back home proud with a cupcake or cookie which they decorated.
A friendly atmosphere helps them make new friendships and be happy.

My son enjoys going to nursery, he can be difficult when arriving, not wanting to go in etc., but the staff are always so helpful with getting him in and excited! He gets a lot of support from his teachers and is really progressing! Only downside is I don’t believe there is enough communication between staff and parents!
At dinner time he always gets an option which is great and come leaving time they encourage independence with getting their own stuff off the peg. I really love the nursery and so does my son!

Already excellent service is provided by the nursery with caring staff! It will be fantastic if there is an improvement on dropping kids to school as the roads outside school are too narrow and not convenient for dropping/catching child.

My child does not understand English well but he is very satisfied with the staff and is enthusiastic about the activities he does. We thank all the staff who take care of the education of our children.

My son, who has speech and developmental delays, has come on heaps and bounds since starting nursery. All his individual needs are met with sensitivity and compassion where the staff go above and beyond. As a family, we have dealt with a lot of grief this year and all the staff in the nursery have offered so much help, empathy and professionalism to support us as a family. I feel truly blessed to have chosen this nursery for my son. The management are very clearly training and keeping their staff led incredibly well with an amazingly strong team. There is always a lovely atmosphere within the nursery and it’s very clear all staff work well together and respect each other.

Always willing to help when I have to book fairly late to get after school club because of the unpredictable nature of my job. My daughter is always thrilled to be going there and would prefer it rather than me picking her up.

This nursery is fantastic and is extremely reasonably priced compared to other nursery settings in and around Stratford. The staff are always very friendly and very accommodating where possible. My two boys have both attended this nursery over a period of 13 years with my eldest son now being thirteen and my youngest being three.

Really happy with the overall care they are providing. My daughter is always happy and joyful when I pick her up from nursery and she really likes the snacks being served. Once she had an accident and got her pants wet. So everyone around so so caring to get her changed so that she can keep warm – really appreciate it.

Mainly overall good, but some things I feel could be better; for example, nobody talks to you at pick-up time, there are people at the gate, but no one tells you how their day has been, how they’ve eaten etc. Another point is I’ve never actually spoken to her key worker in person; the only contact is through the website, which isn’t the same as talking to people. One last thing is that sometimes my child has come home with marks, which she says are from another child, but no one has notified me of these incidents. Also, a lot of these questions were being asked to review; we don’t actually know because parents do not go inside, so hard to comment on cleanliness and resources etc.
