She loves it at childcare centre and talks often about her educators and friends she plays with. They do so much with all the kids and the app recently introduced is truly useful and lets you see what they get up to. The facilities available in the university allow them to explore outside of childcare centre itself. I would certainly suggest Cliffe House Day Childcare centre. My daughter started aged 2.5 in the Blue room and is about to move to the pre-school room.

My son has been coming full-time for a year now and he absolutely loves it!
I was hesitant about the limited outside space but it doesn’t matter as there is the whole university campus to explore and the team here truly do go out and use it! My son regularly goes out on walks and they also run little visits to the library.
The hive of activity and provision that the team put together on a daily basis is phenomenal and far beats a previous childcare centre I sent my elder son to.
This childcare centre is a nurturing and welcoming place and I couldn’t have asked for a better place or set of people to look after my son. This childcare centre is remarkable!

The range of activities they do both indoors and outdoors is second to none, they are consistently discovering something new!
The setting is exceptionally nurturing and the girls have made lovely bonds with many of the team members in pre-school. It is fantastic that the team are as invested in the kids’s development, happiness and well-being as you are for your own kid.
They continuously go above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier that the girls are part of the Cliffe House family. My twins have been attending Cliffe House Day Childcare centre for nearly a year and I couldn’t be happier with the development they are both making, and how their self‑assurance has grown.

Our son’s language has developed so much since starting in the blue room and he is cheerful chatting about childcare centre life! Our baby girl has also had a boost of self‑assurance since starting and loves it in the baby room. We also adore the new app which we regularly receive photos of activities and a food diary of each day they spend at childcare centre. Myself and my partner cannot thank the girls enough for everything they do! After having to pull our two kids out from another childcare centre due to being dissatisfied with the care they were receiving, I am thrilled with my journey of Cliffe House Day Childcare centre Horsforth.

Everyone greets us with a smile on drop offs and pick ups, we get a full handover and an account of what she’s enjoyed doing during her day at childcare centre. My daughter has recently started here at childcare centre, she is consistently cheerful to come in on a morning, her self‑assurance has grown, she has bonded truly well with team members.

My son has medical needs and the entire team from the childcare centre nurses to management have been attentive and understanding throughout. I know that he is in secure hands. The assistance from team has been incredible.

Our daughter started there with post lockdown social and separation anxieties and struggled with large groups of people. The team, from day one, have worked not only with her but also with us to ensure that she settled in okay. They were more than cheerful to work at our daughter’s pace, allowing shorter sessions and adjusting when they felt she was ready.
Six months on, our shy, anxious little girl is now thriving and barely glances back when she runs through the door, and full credit has to go to the team. They are consistently inviting, welcoming and enthusiastic, and it is clear to see that our daughter has formed genuine bonds with them all.
We would highly suggest this childcare centre. Cliffe House is a fantastic childcare centre, and that is in no small part because of the team.

I had anxiety about leaving her so young but I had to return to work. Turns out it was the best decision we ever made. From the moment we looked around, to the settling in sessions and now two months in. The whole journey has been positive. The team in the baby room go above and beyond to make sure my daughter has the best day possible. The live updates on the app are priceless. My now 10-month-old comes home from childcare centre and has magic and self‑assurance in her eyes like she had the best day ever. Thanks Cliffe House Day Childcare centre, Trinity for making our childcare journey easy and rewarding. My daughter started this childcare centre in December when she was 8-months-old.

So much playtime, sensory activities, incredible updates and a team that have the patience of saints. They are supportive, energetic and above all show actual care and adore towards each kid and get to know their individual personalities and like a parent, get excited when they see them making development. Fabulous team, fabulous resources and incredible assistance all round. Above and beyond.

They have coped with everything Covid related so well, whilst ensuring that the kids are still truly cheerful every day. Add in the extra problems of the cold weather and snow lately, finding solutions when the university campus have made decisions that have affected them, again the manager and the team have coped brilliantly and made it like any other day so the kids delight in coming in and playing with the team and their friends. Highly recommended to any prospective families. As per normal, the team at the childcare centre have been excellent, especially in such uncertain times.
