The team are exceptionally supportive and are more than willing to accommodate your needs. Having been worried about my kid’s transition from one room to the next, the team worked with us to ensure it went well. When your kid is coming home cheerful you know that things are going well.
The only thing that I would suggest for improvement is making better use of the app to share photos and observations from the day, which I was used to from his previous nusery. It meant parents were kept up to date with progression on a daily basis. The childcare centre has outstanding facilities for kids of all ages.

Kids are not treated as just a number – team build strong, positive relationships with both kids and parents.
Team consistently go above and beyond in ensuring your kids succeed, and most of all, are cheerful. Regularly share stories of your kids in handovers and listen to any concerns you have around you’re kid’s needs and assist in supporting in any way they can. I have used this childcare centre for 4-years now with both my kids from the baby room through to preschool rooms, and all have been excellent!

All the team are highly attentive and the facilities are outstanding. My 4-year-old consistently enjoys his days there – cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. My little boy regularly attends Cliffe House Day Childcare centre Featherban and the care and attention he receives is second to none.

The team have been truly supportive and have helped my daughter to settle in truly quickly. Already after a few days she’s walking in with a smile on her face and is excited to see her friends. My daughter recently started at Cliffe House Day Childcare centre Featherbank after transferring from another childcare centre.

My daughter has a complex medical condition and is a full-time wheelchair user and I am consistently confident that she is in highly secure hands whilst at childcare centre. Cliffe House Day Childcare centre Featherbank have been incredibly inclusive and accommodating of her needs, consistently ensuring that she is able to fully participate in activities with the other kids. As a result, her self‑assurance, self-assurance and social skills have developed massively since she has been at childcare centre, as well as her discovering. They have been highly understanding when she has needed to take time off for medical treatment and consistently helped ease her back in when returning from periods of absence. She absolutely loves her childcare centre educators and the activities are consistently exciting, engaging and educational. I would highly suggest this childcare centre setting. My daughter has been attending this setting for a year and a half and I’ve been so impressed with everything about the childcare centre.

He has developed so well in all areas thanks to the team. The skills he has learnt have helped him to come out of his shell and learn to be more independent, he suffers with separation anxiety but consistently enjoys his activities here. He is consistently kept entertained. He has taken a shine to his key worker who is so lovely with him, but all the team are including management. My son truly enjoys it at Cliffe House Day Childcare centre.

The team are consistently so welcoming and informative. They keep you up to date with everything from little bumps to nap times. They have encouraged my little boy to try such a range of new foods that since he’s started going, he’s suddenly not a fussy eater anymore. He never cries when we drop him off and that’s due to the welcoming team and lovely on-boarding process, even through lockdown! Would highly suggest to any parent thinking to send their kid to Cliffe House Day Childcare centre Featherbank & Out of School Club. Since his first settling in session, our son has been incredibly well looked after by the team there. He truly enjoys every day at childcare centre and it’s clear the team take a genuine interest in his development, so we can see how much his skills, self‑assurance and independence have come on through being here. We truly can’t thank the whole team enough. We’ll be truly sorry to leave when the time comes and would definitely suggest to anyone who is looking for a childcare centre in the Horsforth area.
