Cliff Hill Day Nursery

I was highly nervous and anxious about moving childcare centre but this childcare centre gave me the reassurance to return to work without worrying. From the initial visit, we were made to sense welcome and I signed my daughter up the same day without a second thought. We visited several other nurseries in the area and being a previous childcare centre manager, I didn’t sense comfortable leaving her until we found Cliff Hill. They have such a welcoming and cheerful team team. They have the family app too, so we can see what she has eaten and done throughout the day and messages from the team team saying how she has settled in the morning which means the world to an anxious first-time mummy. They treat all kids as individuals and consistently have my daughters favourite teddy waiting by the windowsill for when she arrives. The free flow access to messy playtime is excellent too, a excellent set up. A remarkable new childcare centre and exactly what Wakefield needed.

I was highly reluctant to move my daughter’s childcare centre however due to change in work commutes we decided to look into local nurseries closer to home. As soon as we walked into Cliff Hill we were super impressed and were made to sense truly comfortable. My daughter loved it straight away and showed no hesitation to explore which was an impressive sign for us that this was the childcare centre for us! Being a new childcare centre the facilities and supplies are exceptional, there is a threat-free range of activities for kids to delight in. The team are highly tentative and have created a excellent bond with both my daughter and ourselves. The updates personally and through the childcare centre app are remarkable. I am reassured throughout the day and can see what they have been up to, even down to each nappy change! I would definitely suggest, my daughter has settled in so well she loves it and especially the team she has a close bond with already. My daughter joined Cliff Hill childcare centre shortly after it opened.

Most importantly when I collect my kid she consistently has positive things to say about the team and what activities they have been doing throughout the day. My daughter truly does delight in attending this childcare centre and she’s consistently cheerful when I collect her. I am consistently kept up to date with activities throughout the day via the family app. I truly couldn’t ask for any more, the team here go above and beyond. The overall journey of this childcare centre has been exceptional, the team here are highly supportive and welcoming.

My son has attended this childcare centre since October, following me visiting many around the area, with Cliff Hill standing out a mile. I am so so pleased with my childcare centre choice and have recommended it to many. I do not have one negative thing to say about this childcare centre, everything is exceptional, from the team, to the resources, to the information on the app, to the friendliness.
