Clarence House Ely

There’s obviously no guarantee of availability but they have, in my opinion, consistently tried their best and gone beyond what is expected. We have been very cheerful with the friendliness of the team and the way they form close connections with our kids. In fact, we were so cheerful with the childcare centre for our first kid that our second kid has recently started there. They are great at giving you a rundown of how the day has gone and how much sleep and food your kid has had. Our kids come back very cheerful and have made great friends at childcare centre. It has also been really nice to get to know the other parents. For me, this childcare centre is highly recommended. One area for improvement is the camera used for photos on the app could be of higher quality. Other than that we are very cheerful and thank you so much for all that you do. One of the things that really stood out above all other nurseries in the area is they are far more flexible and accommodating to your needs when you need childcare last minute.

It is a small and cosy childcare centre with a perfect number of kids, especially the baby room. Baby room is not overcrowded, every member of team is absolutely incredible – they look after our little one so well, she made huge development in terms of social interactions and she is much more confident than she used to be. Despite the fact that she is still a non-walking baby, she gets included in everything. I am extremely excited that we found Clarence House and that our girl is attending the baby room! We chose this childcare centre due to the proximity from our house.

We recently started our second kid at Clarence House, and the team have been so supportive and accommodating in getting her settled. When she needed more time to settle in, this was clearly communicated and the team helped put a plan in place so that she felt welcomed and secure. The guiding ethos was consistently what was best for our daughter. I am hugely appreciative of the effort team went to in facilitating this process.
We’re really pleased with Clarence House! Our first kid has been attending Clarence House since we moved to the area, and loves it, and has made lots of excellent friendships there.

My daughter has been going here for just over a year and she loves it. The childcare centre has helped her develop her self‑assurance and her discovering. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough! The team are incredible and so supportive.
The different range of meals they serve are incredible too, my daughter adores her lunches at childcare centre. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre!

The team and the manager have been excellent.
My son has improved and grown so much just by going to the childcare centre. The team are incredible, they work with the kids and they teach them how to be independent. The kids learn something new every day. I adore the pictures and little reports they send to monitor our kids’s progression and activities during the day. I can see my boy cheerful and… I am thankful and cheerful too.

Staff go above and beyond to comfort, care and nurture my 2 kids. It is clear that the team put a lot of time and effort into all the kids and all of the enjoyable planned activities, mine especially adore going to the childcare centre and they come home thriving! I had a lot of anxiety around putting my kids into childcare centre, especially my youngest who was only 10 months old at the time, the care that baby room gave my son and continues to give him is heartwarming and I will be forever grateful to them. Absolutely Amazing little childcare centre.

Every member of team we have met has been so welcoming, compassionate and hardworking.

They do enjoyable activities, keep you updated on development and the team are consistently warm and welcoming.

Our daughter has been with them since she was one year old. She is now three. The team at Clarence House are outstanding. They are warm and welcoming, and our daughter really loves them and enjoys going to childcare centre. There is a community spirit and a sense that they really care. They are great people there, and it really has helped our daughter thrive and grow. My wife and I have been very cheerful with the quality of care provided to our toddler by Clarence House, Ely.

The manager is remarkable, the team are attentive and competent. The kids are loved and encouraged. We send our son there because it is great for his development and my sanity, we get regular photos of him having a whale of a time. Our daughter is now at school but she spent years there and made some remarkable friends. She settled so well into school, largely due to the self-self‑assurance and great start in life that the team at Clarence House gave her. It’s definitely not the largest or flashiest of nurseries but it has everything it needs and the parking is ideal! The team make it enjoyable and secure for the kids and I appreciate the hard work they put in. Another plus point is the diversity of the families that send their kids there. We have been very cheerful with Clarence House Day Nursery.
