Citysaurus Nursery

My daughter loves it and consistently looks forward to going. The whole team are welcoming, supportive and have done everything possible to help my daughter settle in. My daughter is quite a fussy eater however since starting at Citysaurus has become more willing to try new foods and is eating much more variety. It’s exceptional, thank you all. I really couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough!

Their care and collaboration has been commendable. As key workers, we needed to keep out little one in childcare centre so we could continue working. The team at Citysaurus have been flawless at maintaining consistency and the highest standards – reassuring us that our little one was being looked after with adore and compassion. Citysaurus has looked after our little girl since she was nine months old.

Having had my little boy just before the first lockdown started and then having to go back to work as a key worker in September, it was very difficult to let go and not worry. The team were remarkable, however, the induction process was very smooth and well-organised and it was clear from day one that the team genuinely care about my little boy. He takes part in a huge range of activities and the notes on his day are consistently detailed. The food they eat sounds delicious and my son is consistently very cheerful at the end of the day.
The facilities are fantastic.
I could not ask for more!

Having moved from London, our 3 year old daughter had spent a substantial amount of time out of childcare centre so we knew it would take some time for her to adjust to a new childcare setting (as well as a new house, city etc). The team at Citysaurus couldn’t have been more accommodating to her needs and did everything they could to get her settled. We’ve been to a few different nurseries (including some Ofsted rated outstanding) but Citysaurus is easily one of the best we’ve experienced. I can’t suggest Citysaurus Childcare centre enough!

They have been very accommodating and reassuring during these difficult times. Highly recommended and couldn’t want more from a childcare centre. 5* All at Citysaurus have been so welcoming and have gone above and beyond to make our kid sense cheerful at childcare centre.

He absolutely loves the place and it’s a excellent place for him to interact with other people and of course other kids. The team are incredible and the carer to kid ratio is perfect. The developmental recording by key team members is also excellent on a daily basis and the use of ‘Tapestry’ in general is really useful so we can see how what he’s eating, etc through out the day. ‘Nurserycam’ is also used and it’s excellent to be able to log on and see what he is getting up to.
Overall my partner and I sense confident with our son being at the childcare centre knowing he’s secure and actually discovering new things every day, eating and drinking healthily and generally having his welfare needs met by the expert and genuinely attentive team in the well thought out and planned setting at Citysaurus. Our little boy started at Citysaurus Childcare centre in November 2020 just before his first birthday and from the off it’s been one of the best things we could have done at this stage in his development.

They also have outstanding professionalism and efficiency in their communications with me as a parent. I really cannot fault them. I particularly like how they use British Sign Language so routinely. My little one has picked it up brilliantly and it’s really helping us breeze through a period that can be frustrating for toddlers when they can’t make themselves understood yet through spoken language alone. Thank you Citysaurus team. Citysaurus Childcare centre provides a remarkable quality of care and plenty of varied development opportunities for my little one.

I was nervous about the transition from baby to toddler room but it went so well and we now have a very cheerful and confident two-year-old! Her eating and sleeping have improved, the freshly prepared food at the childcare centre ensures a varied diet. Her speech development has been incredible since starting at the childcare centre. There are consistently special days and events going on – celebrating different cultures, fancy dress days, trips to the pier, and most recently watching eggs hatch and looking after the little ducklings! It’s really handy to have the flexible drop-off and pick-up time, too. My daughter is very cheerful here and in the mornings she consistently runs in without looking back! I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. My daughter joined at 19 months old and settled in very well.

The team are very welcoming and attentive and they have been incredible and supportive through all the pandemic too. They usually plan different activities and celebrate special days and they do regular day trips to the beach/park etc.
I adore the fact they have cameras so you can check from time to time for peace of mind. They also cook fresh homemade food which my daughter loves. The discovering she gets its outstanding too. We are a bilingual family and my daughter comes home speaking perfect English and discovering new things every day.
I am feeling confident and secure to leave my kid in their care. I’d definitely suggest Citysaurus. Citysaurus – it’s a lovely childcare centre.
