Chrysalis Day Nursery

I was the typical, anxious mum but the team were incredible with the transition for both me, my partner and daughter, putting us at ease knowing that our little, baby girl was looked after and cheerful. The team are so welcoming but especially the caterpillar room which my daughter is in, two members of team are incredible with her and she absolutely loves going, she has settled so quickly into the childcare centre it’s so nice to see! They have a gorgeous outdoor area which my little girl is obsessed with, excellent resources and activities they do daily which have made her come on amazingly since she’s been at the childcare centre! The team keep you informed with all activities carried out throughout the day, either face-to-face or through the app.
100% suggest Chrysalis Day Nursery. Chrysalis Day Nursery is just excellent, since my little girl started in April, I had to move her from another childcare centre as I had changed jobs.

My daughter started in Caterpillars at 14 months old after delays due to the pandemic and as hard as the transition was for her all the ladies, both in the rooms and front of house, were incredible and made it very easy. I was reassured a lot and nothing has ever been too much trouble. My daughter is now in butterflies and loves going, she loves to role playtime at home and she likes to be one of the ladies, reading me stories and gets toys out for me to playtime with. She eats better than I do with the varied and nutritious menu. They consistently respond promptly to queries and are all super welcoming and lovely people. I have been impressed with the safety and even received calls to double check when relatives turn up to collect my daughter if I have forgotten to inform them which I think is really important. I sense really relaxed about my newborn son starting there in a few months and wouldn’t entertain sending him anywhere else. Thank you to everyone! Cannot suggest Chrysalis Day Nursery enough.

My eldest went there when he was little, so I knew this was the only place to send my youngest. The team are incredible and nothing is any trouble. The app is excellent to see what your little one has been up to, as well as pictures. My youngest loves his three days there and consistently has a smile on his face for ‘his ladies’. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough.

The team are so welcoming and welcoming and do a excellent job with my kid, he is now well settled, loves going there with all the activities they do…from painting, reading, baking to playing outside. All activities they do has a discovering element to them which is remarkable.

I was wrong, my daughter loved it straight away. She joined the pre-school class in September and it felt like she’d consistently been there in terms of fitting in. She has come on incredibly well these past few months. The Christmas nativity was remarkable and it’s been fantastic hearing her sing all the songs she’s learnt. I consistently sense well informed and delight in collecting her and hearing about her day from the outstanding team. The app is exceptional, I’ve really enjoyed getting daily updates of their activities with photos, lots of variety. My daughter talks about individual members of team as if they are family and you can see the team have a excellent bond with her. They spend plenty of time outdoors and they have accommodated my daughter’s vegan diet with no issues. I would highly suggest this childcare centre, especially being able to compare with a previous childcare centre. We moved last summer so had to change nurseries and never thought I’d find one as great as the one she’d been going to.

It is so evident how much our daughter loves attending by the way she walks through the door each morning. The childcare centre team are just lovely and it is so nice to know she is in secure hands with team who really care. We are consistently given a great insight into what she has been up to every day and the app is filled with pictures, stories, food updates and other general remarks about her day. We have noticed such a big difference in our daughter’s development since she has been at Chrysalis and she is consistently coming home having learnt new things. The meals at Chrysalis are so varied and nutritionally balanced, this has really helped our daughter become a generally great eater or she is at least willing to try most new foods! We are really glad we picked Chrysalis and it comes highly recommended from our family! My daughter started at Chrysalis Day Nursery when she was 11-months-old, I was initially really nervous about putting her into a childcare centre but we definitely made the right choice selecting Chrysalis.

Each and every single member of team is a credit to the profession. They are stellar! So welcoming and attentive, yet expert. They listen and assistance parents just as much as settling, soothing and supporting our kid. Every day they greet me or my partner with our son with such smiles and enthusiasm, and they have truly offered a service above and beyond. Our key worker and all the other team are simply outstanding and their passion for what they do shines throughout everything they do. They dedicate such care, adore and compassion to the kids in their care, and although it is an adjustment as a mother to see team interacting with your baby from afar (like when I collect my son) I literally wouldn’t have it any other way or and the reassurance and trust from their team is priceless. They know all the kids by name, their mannerisms, their likes and assistance needs. They are simply incredible. Our son started this childcare centre in June 2022, and I couldn’t suggest it more highly.

All the team are super welcoming and compassionate and genuinely care about the kids. Worked wonders with my son. They were so patient with him when he was settling and took a personalised approach. Now he is settled and loves all his ladies in cocoons.
The family sense extends from the manager to all team members and they honestly couldn’t do enough for my son and family.
Great team and I am pleased my son gets to learn from them and journey the welcoming, enjoyable culture. Amazing childcare centre.

I can’t fault the care they have provided over the years. My son loved the team, he was consistently cheerful to go in. They are very flexible and understanding. The reception is quick to reply to emails. The team are well‑informed and have given me great advice over the years, which was excellent as a new mum. I highly suggest Chrysalis. My son was at Chrysalis Day Nursery from 10 months old all the way to primary school and now my 1-year-old daughter is also there.
