Chrysalis Day Nursery

My granddaughter is 19-months-old and has attended this nursery for the last year or so. The staff are extremely kind and very caring, the food provided is excellent and the feedback given at the end of each day is really thorough and helpful. Since starting at the nursery my granddaughter has come on in leaps and bounds – when she started she was tearful when she was dropped off but very quickly that stopped and she now walks in on her own very happily. When I collect her she is always engaged in what she is doing and is in no hurry to come home! The app is very good and gives an overview of the day. All staff without exception are lovely and I can’t praise them highly enough.

Amazing nursery. All the staff are super friendly and kind and genuinely care about the children. Worked wonders with my son. They were so patient with him when he was settling and took a personalised approach. Now he is settled and loves all his ladies in cocoons.
The family feel extends from the manager to all staff members and they honestly couldn’t do enough for my son and family.
Great team and I am pleased my son gets to learn from them and experience the friendly, fun culture.

We recently moved to Northwich and we take our daughter (4) to Chrysalis Day Nursery. She has had a lot of change in her life so we were a little nervous with all that’s going on; we had no need to be, she settled in brilliantly due to the attention, love and care from the staff. Chrysalis is bright, clean and welcoming, with a lovely layout that allows my child to play and move. Their staff are all very approachable, helpful and a delight, she hugs them goodbye at night and has formed a bond in a short time. They do lots of activities and we get an endless array of crafts and pictures, which we love. They have a pet snail! The children can see through a counter to a kitchen, this is brilliant as our child asks about food, it has made her a little more adventurous in food which is a hidden bonus.
Brilliant, would recommend.
Also, good location with parking.

Cannot recommend Chrysalis Day Nursery enough. My daughter started in Caterpillars at 14 months old after delays due to the pandemic and as hard as the transition was for her all the ladies, both in the rooms and front of house, were amazing and made it very easy. I was reassured a lot and nothing has ever been too much trouble. My daughter is now in butterflies and loves going, she loves to role play at home and she likes to be one of the ladies, reading me stories and gets toys out for me to play with. She eats better than I do with the varied and nutritious menu. They always respond promptly to queries and are all super friendly and lovely people. I have been impressed with the safety and even received calls to double check when relatives turn up to collect my daughter if I have forgotten to inform them which I think is really important. I feel really relaxed about my newborn son starting there in a few months and wouldn’t entertain sending him anywhere else. Thank you to everyone!

Our son started this nursery in June 2022, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Each and every single member of staff is a credit to the profession. They are superb! So friendly and attentive, yet professional. They listen and support parents just as much as settling, soothing and supporting our child. Every day they greet me or my partner with our son with such smiles and enthusiasm, and they have truly offered a service above and beyond. Our key worker and all the other staff are simply outstanding and their passion for what they do shines throughout everything they do. They dedicate such care, love and compassion to the children in their care, and although it is an adjustment as a mother to see staff interacting with your baby from afar (like when I collect my son) I literally wouldn’t have it any other way or and the reassurance and trust from their staff is priceless. They know all the children by name, their mannerisms, their likes and support needs. They are simply amazing.

My son was at Chrysalis Day Nursery from 10 months old all the way to primary school and now my 1-year-old daughter is also there. I can’t fault the care they have provided over the years. My son loved the staff, he was always happy to go in. They are very flexible and understanding. The reception is quick to reply to emails. The staff are knowledgeable and have given me good advice over the years, which was great as a new mum. I highly recommend Chrysalis.

My daughter started at nursery in August 2022 and we have been really happy with the service. My daughter loves going to nursery and has already started doing things that she wasn’t doing at home and that is definitely to do with the support from nursery. The staff are really friendly and approachable. I am so happy with the choice we made. The nursery ensures that we are kept up to date with everything our daughter does during the day and what she has to eat. I love how the staff treat the kids like their own. I have only positive things to say about the staff and environment!

We moved last summer so had to change nurseries and never thought I’d find one as good as the one she’d been going to. I was wrong, my daughter loved it straight away. She joined the pre-school class in September and it felt like she’d always been there in terms of fitting in. She has come on incredibly well these past few months. The Christmas nativity was fantastic and it’s been wonderful hearing her sing all the songs she’s learnt. I always feel well informed and enjoy collecting her and hearing about her day from the excellent staff. The app is brilliant, I’ve really enjoyed getting daily updates of their activities with photos, lots of variety. My daughter talks about individual members of staff as if they are family and you can see the staff have a great bond with her. They spend plenty of time outdoors and they have accommodated my daughter’s vegan diet with no issues. I would highly recommend this nursery, especially being able to compare with a previous nursery.

The nursery is very welcoming from when we looked around for a place for our child to this day everyone is friendly with many years of experience. They have a good system to view what your child has done throughout the day and they do a lot of artwork to bring home which I didn’t get from other places! My little one is enjoying it so that makes me happy and relaxed.

I can’t recommend this nursery enough. My eldest went there when he was little, so I knew this was the only place to send my youngest. The staff are amazing and nothing is any trouble. The app is great to see what your little one has been up to, as well as pictures. My youngest loves his three days there and always has a smile on his face for ‘his ladies’.
