As soon as I walked in the front door I knew it was the one for my daughter. First of all the cleanliness is exceptional and the team have a genuine care for every single kid in their care. I had some concerns about my kid’s development due to lockdown and Covid but as soon as she started at Childsplay she has come on leaps and bounds, it’s incredible. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my daughter. Thank you to the manager and team. I was truly apprehensive about putting my daughter into childcare centre and I had looked around some previous nurseries and I never got that ‘feeling’ other parents tell you about when you know it’s right.

Consistently smiling and have helped my 1 year olds development tons by spending the whole day doing mind stimulating but enjoyable activities. Aswell as that they consistently provide my daughter with meals suitable to her and ensure it’s a balanced diet. Never picked my kid up unhappy. The team are consistently lovely and provide 10/10 service. A excellent childcare centre overall. The childcare centre are exceptionally understanding and attentive, they go the extra mile for the kids there.

As a parent, you consistently worry about the setting that surrounds your kid but my son is all smiles going in and out. The team also do their best to accommodate your’s and your kid’s need and they used a excellent app system to keep a track of what your little one is up to. Incredible team who truly fo go out of their way.

She has come on leaps and bounds. She’s made friends and has bonded with the team. She’s going to miss this place when she starts school. An incredible childcare centre, having my kid in lockdown made her have separation anxiety and wouldn’t leave my side but since coming to childcare centre she has come out of her shell and loves going.

She is discovering and growing in a inviting, welcoming, attentive, secure and nurturing setting. The team have taken time to get to know my daughter and know her likes and dislikes. Activities are tailored to the kids’s interests and any additional assistance is consistently given to make sure she succeeds. Couldn’t be happier. The food provided is healthy and nutritious and the resources and equipment are excellent. Team are consistently cheerful to help, with a inviting and welcoming approach, if I have any questions or requests relating to her care, I know I will consistently be listened to and my wishes fulfilled. As a parent, you consistently want to know your kid is being cared for to the best possible standard and I have no doubt that all the team at Childsplay Private Day Childcare centre have my daughter’s best interests at heart and care for her like one of the childcare centre family.

From the management to all the team they are just incredible, they are consistently there when you need them. They are attentive, lovable, exceptionally welcoming and they consistently do the best for the kids! I can’t thank them enough for the care and adore that both my babies received from them.

Team are welcoming and exceptional, there are CCTV cameras inside and out, the childcare centre has an app to keep you updated when they signed in and out, what they ate at childcare centre, you can message them and get quick responses and be updated on events.

Team pick up my daughter from primary school. I drop my other daughter off to which makes it easier for me (they do breakfast club which some kids from the school attend too).

They also finished the year with a well-done graduation event for the preschoolers, hired gowns and hats, and presented the show with the kids, followed by a small party.

I am highly cheerful I chose this childcare centre for my kid and will definitely suggest to others. Thank you Childsplay childcare centre. My daughter has attended this childcare centre and is about to finish this summer.

I have to say this childcare centre is absolutely exceptional.

I have 2 kids attending here and thanks to the team’s patience, understanding and updates with the parents both my kids are highly highly cheerful here. Unfortunately, one kid is an exceptionally fussy eater but thanks to the incredible cook they are consistently finding ways to make sure he still enjoys the food on offer that day. I cannot suggest kid’s playtime enough.

It was recommended to us by a number of people before we chose it and we would definitely suggest it to others. All of the team are compassionate and attentive and are lovely with our daughter. It is clear that they care for her and that she enjoys her time there. This is a truly lovely childcare centre.

This childcare centre has provided an outstanding, expert service that has benefitted my kid in such a way that could not have been achieved with the lockdown situation.
