Children 1st @ Acorns Upper Tean

All the team have been incredible keeping us updated on his development. Our son loves his time at childcare centre after a reluctant start team supported hi to settle and he now looks forward to his childcare centre days.

My nearly 5 year old attends before and after school club and also loves it there! I wouldn’t want to send them anywhere else The childcare centre and all of the team are incredible, my one year old settled so quickly and loves it there.

She has become a confident little girl and is excited every day to attend childcare centre-even asking to attend on a weekend. I can’t praise the team enough for being so supportive and passionate in all that they do. I would definitely suggest this setting. Since starting Acorns my daughter has come on leaps and bounds!

The team and the activities they carry out each day truly help my kid develop and have a enjoyable day. The facilities are incredible, especially the outdoor space. Highly welcoming team who do a excellent job with getting to know each individual kid.

He loves it here. The team are so attentive and loving towards him. The facilities and resources are outstanding and beneficial towards the kids’s development. Everywhere is spotless and finished to a high standard. They are consistently cheerful to assistance with every need and query that I may have. I continue to suggest this childcare centre to everyone. I sense so confident every morning when I drop my son off at childcare centre.

The team take great care of the kids and take great care of the kids and make sure all needs are met. Team are highly polite and consistently welcome parents.
The food prep and delivery is highly great as both my boys have enjoyed their meals. Well looked after setting! Lovely childcare centre for my boys who still attend.

Both of our kids have attended and they are both much better off and well-prepared for the start of school. The team are highly attentive and look out for each individual kid’s needs and requirements. The facilities are outstanding and offer a wide range of activities to suit all types of kids. Our daughter skips into childcare centre knowing she is going to have enjoyable all day surrounded by people who care about her, it makes leaving our kid all that much easier. Excellent team, people and facilities, I can’t praise Acorns enough. Incredible childcare centre, all team are highly welcoming and know what our kid needs.

I can honestly say that both kids thoroughly enjoyed their time at Acorns, almost being disappointed when it was ‘Mummys day’ because it meant they wouldn’t be doing woodwork, splashing around outside, feeding the animals or playing with their friends that day.
This childcare setting is a true home from home setting and I am confident every day that my kid is there, that they are being looked after, nurtured and loved. I would not send my kids anywhere else and I am genuinely sad that come September we won’t be turning down the Acorns drive, and greeting all of the team who not only know my kid’s name, but his parents, his entire family and even his dogs name, where he’s recently been on holiday and his likes and dislikes. The team at Acorns are an absolute credit to the childcare business and we will forever have fond memories of ‘childcare centre’. I have had both of my kids at Kids 1st Acorns childcare centre at different times during the last 7 years.

The facilities are remarkable and team are lovely. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Most importantly, their “open door” policy, for parents, gives me the self‑assurance that my kids and being cared for to a high standard. All three of my kids have attended this childcare centre and I would not hesitate to suggest to anyone.

So much space and many activities for the kids. My daughter truly enjoys all the team and enjoys the outdoor space! They are highly compassionate and polite and show understanding and give advice when needed as my daughter has an intolerance to milk. I think it is a excellent childcare centre!
