Child 1st (Stoke)

We had heard of Kid 1st Stoke from a family member.
Even though our son’s time at Kid 1st Stoke has been short (May 2023 – July 2023) he has loved going each day and has thrived regarding his development and that’s thanks to the team who are so lovely, welcoming and supportive and keep you updated on your kid each day (food, nappy changes etc) along with observations as well.
A big thank you to every single person at Kid 1st Stoke (manager and deputy managers, room leads and key workers along with any cooks and cleaners) for keeping our son secure, well looked after and for helping to further his development and socialisation in preparation for starting at the big boy school in September 2023. You’ve been fantastic. 5 star rating and will definitely suggest you 100% We wanted to get our little boy used to a childcare centre setting before starting at a school childcare centre in September 2023.

My kid loves attending! He is developing way more than I expected because of the team at Kid 1st Day Childcare centre! Everyone is highly attentive and understanding with the kids and deals with sometimes difficult handovers highly well! This is an incredible childcare centre!

The team are highly supportive and understanding of the needs of the kids. My son has improved in all areas thanks to their assistance and help. He is highly confident and does a lot of activities. Highly impressed by their work and care. This is the best childcare centre in the city.

Any issues I’ve ever had or enquiries about stuff they have been straight on it and helped me the best they could. Any assistance I’ve needed with helping my daughter thrive they’ve done there highly best. I couldn’t suggest them more, just hate that my daughter had to leave. This childcare centre and the team have done so much for my daughter, they put me at ease when I registered her to join back in lockdown, she started in ‘Tots’ and could only say one word and now she’s all ready for big school.

She only does one day a week but we will be increasing her hours next year when eligible for funding as she has truly taken to the team there. The app is excellent too with updates and pictures of how my daughter is getting on through the day which is ideal for a worrisome mum! Thank you to my daughter’s key worker, she has a excellent bond with her – I like how loving and comforting they are with kids when they get a bit upset. It’s what every parent would want for their little one! Thank you, I suggest Kid 1st (Stoke) to everyone. Lovely welcoming team – my daughter’s development has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Kid 1st Day Childcare centre a few months ago.

The childcare centre setting is quite big and spacious! One of my favourite things about this childcare centre is the activities they do with the kids, it’s so creative and you can see the kids delight in it to the fullest!
This childcare centre is great vibes! Make sure to enrol your kids here, phenomenal services. My daughter started this childcare centre in April 2022, since she has been at this childcare centre she has grown beautifully, the team are highly expert and understanding.

She was welcomed with open arms since day 1. The activities are excellent, facilities nice and spotless and the regular updates on the app put me at ease knowing she’s having the best time with her friends! Hats off to all the team for their hard work and dedication each and every day! My daughter has been at Childs 1st since she was 10 months old, she’s now 2 and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad journey.

She had a great months worth of trials to get her settled and it didn’t take her long to get used to it. All the team are lovely and highly supportive. I have no concerns and I sense highly secure with them all. The app is incredible and helps me see what she has eaten and what she has been up to in the day, also photos of her doing daily activities. Enrolling my daughter into this childcare centre was the best decision I made.

I called Kid 1st (Stoke) Day Childcare centre after being recommended it by my mother-in-law after she did a stint working with them. I called and the manager was so understanding and accommodating. That day, she made time to show me around, introduce me to the team and explained the curriculum. I instantly felt cheerful with the setting and my daughter was enrolled straight away. She’s been there ever since and is due to leave for school in September. My daughter is one of the eldest in the group now, as I decided to keep her here for another year as she was so settled and has lots of friends. It’ll be sad when we have to move on in September! I moved my daughter here in 2021 when her previous childcare centre unexpectedly closed, leaving me without a place for my daughter.

I adore all of the updates I get and how the team go over and above to ensure that parents sense a part of their day. Also the work they put into special occasions like Father’s Day and Mother’s Day with small gifts from your kid just truly helps with the working parent guilt! The first day pack I got truly made me sense so much better and the team are consistently at the other end of the phone (I work away some days and don’t get to see my kid so being able to check he is ok is a help and also if I tell the team I’m working away they will help comfort my kid). I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. Also the fact my kid gets proper homemade meals all day including tea just makes my world so much easier if I have to work late because I know my kid has had nutritious food. This childcare centre is remarkable and my kid has developed so much since attending.
