September 19, 2024 at 12:10 amVery delighted parent. I couldn’ t wish for a better first start to my little girl’ s education. My little girl’ s key worker is constantly communicating with me. I am updated regularly with events, dates and relevant information. The team supported myself with toilet training, my little one is now independent and confident to go on her own. The team are consistently polite and smiling and will deal with any issues that are raised. She is so settled and has achieved so much. My little girl adores going to Chestnut Nursery and is excited to go on a daily basis.

October 4, 2024 at 6:21 pmOffice team are also remarkable. My kid will stay in Chestnut Nursery School until he goes to reception. He consistently comes out delighted, team are all welcoming and consistently give me feedback about his day. I am pleased with the care my kid receives.

November 10, 2024 at 6:54 pmI able not thank enough the remarkable team members and management who made this day‑care a marvellous place for my little girl. The quality of the provision at this day‑care is outstanding and my little girl is proof of their hard work. She adores the team( sometimes I think more than her friends!) and has enjoyed attending every single day. Now she’ s about to leave for school, and she is a delighted, confident, independent kid. When they gave me feedback on her day, it was so detailed you’ d think she was the only kid in the room. I had struggled at home to establish a routine, but the team at Chestnut had her in a routine within the first weeks. From settling days, I saw how the team catered to the individual needs of the kids in such a attentive way. She started in baby room and despite the usual concerns a parent has, I soon got over those when I saw the remarkable work the team were doing. My kid’ s time at day‑care is coming to an end and I might not suggest this place enough.

They have helped with my little boy’ s eating and supported his growth. The team are extremely accommodating. My little boy has had the time of his life at Chestnut Nursery School@ Sue Bramley!

March 10, 2025 at 7:48 pmJust one thing is charging on sick days, there is no option to re- schedule or refund as per their policy. He now adores going to school in the morning. Wonderful day‑care for the little one, able see changes to the behaviour( wonderful) and he started speaking a few words as well.

Furthermore, our little boy had to have a major operation in March 2018 and they were terrific at accommodating a long period of time off and helping me to settle back in when he returned. We started sending our little boy to this day‑care in December 2017 and in the last 10 months we have been truly pleased with the day‑care; the team are consistently truly pleasant and give us updates on his day when we collect him, the facilities are truly wonderful and looked after and they use the Parent Zone app to update us on his meals/ naps/ sessions etc.
