Cherubs Kimberley

He loves going to childcare centre and I consistently sense he will be in outstanding hands when I drop him off. My son has been at Cherubs Kimberley Day Childcare centre for over a year now and has constantly received great care.

The food choices are exceptional and all highly healthy. There is consistently different discovering activities day by day! Overall, I am highly pleased that I chose Cherubs Kimberley. Since my kid started in January this year, the team have been highly expert, welcoming and welcoming.

I get excellent comfort in seeing my 1-year-old eyes light up as soon as we get into the car park; she can’t wait to get inside and hasn’t once cried when I’ve dropped her off. The updates from the team is excellent, both verbally and via the app. I get regular photos and development updates and a daily rundown of what she’s eaten etc.
She loves the setting and all of the activities, especially when it comes to messy playtime, oh and she also loves the food.
She has developed so much in a short space of time. The only thing about her starting childcare centre was her getting colds, but that’s inevitable within childcare settings. I think the fees are slightly more expensive than the average, but you can see the difference compared to other nurseries that I’d visited. I felt a warmth from the childcare centre from my first visit.

They both truly delight in childcare centre and we like reading the diary updates of their day. The team seem to delight in attentive for them and overall we have had a great journey. A few things in relation to sending them home or calling when I’ve had work, parking issues and some debates in relation to health have incurred but it is a lovely childcare centre overall. We’ve been here with our two girls since mid-January, 2/1-year-old.

All team are supportive and welcoming and know the kids well. My daughter has improved greatly since joining. We joined Cherubs in November 2021 after my previous childcare provider closed and we couldn’t be happier with the service.

Each member of team within the rooms we’ve experienced, have been compassionate, empathetic and have done the upmost to assistance my daughters development. She has formed incredible relationships with her key workers, that she looks upon as an extended member of the family. The management (in particular the Assistant Childcare centre Manager and Relief Childcare centre Manager) are just what you want for leaders of your kid’s education provider- welcoming, approachable, understanding and ensuring the childcare centre is a secure and nurturing setting. Updates is exceptional, regular updates and feedback regarding development and what has occurred during the day- activities, meals etc. and queries responded to more or less immediately. My daughter has thrived here and she is now more than ready and prepared to make the transition into primary education. My daughter started with Cherubs, during the pandemic March 2021 and I cannot fault anything.

The key worker discussed how my kid was settling in, their food habits, sleeping and playtime. I was exceptionally satisfied with the review. The review was highly thorough and discussed many different aspects of my kid’s time at childcare centre.

Our kid has had a number of different key workers, he took a while to settle in – maybe this did not help.
Feedback from the key worker is minimal, I have no doubts about the level of care but maybe the key worker could meet you at the start/end of the day to talk about your kid a little more?
Overall, we are cheerful with Cherubs Kimberly Day Childcare centre. Overall great journey so far, no major concerns or issues without being too picky.
Only major feedback would be the change over of team/management seems a lot over a year.

He has shown major improvements in his walking, cognition and speech. The team are incredible. They are attentive to his needs and consistently make sure he’s cheerful and progressing.
Thanks to the member of team who consistently makes sure my son is cheerful and enjoys childcare centre. Our son has thrived while being at Cherubs Day Childcare centre.
