January 17, 2025 at 11:28 pmThe team are attentive, attentive, patient and compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble. My son is thriving. The app allows an easily accessed insight into my kid’s day. Healthy and diverse meals are cooked onsite and toys and materials are spotless and well-maintained. Outstanding! I cannot fault this childcare centre.

February 7, 2025 at 7:13 pmTeam are consistently cheerful to communicate about my kid’s day, this is an improvement I have noticed. Other improvements I have seen are the different activities and resources. The team have been very great with my son’s allergies, especially when we were unaware of what the actual allergies were. My feedback would be that there still seems to be some differences between little learners and pre-school in development. I would expect to see more information on my four year olds development within his milestones than I see in my two year old. Overall I am cheerful with the performance of the childcare centre.

February 18, 2025 at 3:51 amWe are cheerful with the care she receives and I know that she has a remarkable bond with her key person. We delight in the app to see her daily updates and photos. I have been worried about the building work going on while the childcare centre is open and I do hope the small amount of outside space the kids have access to is not lost. Overall we are very cheerful with our daughter’s childcare centre and can really see her self‑assurance and personality growing.

February 18, 2025 at 10:07 pmAll the team made me sense very at ease and my daughter runs in happily, grinning every time we pull up outside. When she first started she was very nervous (being born in 2020) and they were more than cheerful for her to be attached to her key worker for as long as she needed. This made me even more comfortable and she soon settled right in. The app is also regularly updated so I can check in whenever I need to, a excellent piece of mind for a nervous mum. My daughter started here at 9 months and I have been so cheerful since day one.

February 25, 2025 at 6:20 amAlso, whenever an issue has been raised, the way the situation has been offered for wellbeing and safety made me sense confident and very well looked after. My kid only started to join this excellent team in September 2021, however, I appreciated the opportunity to have made a excellent start, being integrated into the kids’s world, being guided and helped to socialise and sense part of the team, calling her colleagues “friends” and showing such a great attachment and affection towards educators and care members.
There’s an outstanding improvement in my kid’s abilities to express herself in a second language, which is English, and all these achievements came of the patience and involvement of the key workers; remarkable skills and physical and pedagogical knowledge.

March 2, 2025 at 6:12 pmOur contact with management was remarkable and settling in sessions and a start date were sorted very quickly. Management have consistently remained very responsive to any updates/queries. Having been born in lockdown and with limited contact with others, our son was very, very clingy and upset to start leaving mummy every day. The childcare centre did everything they could to get him settled, including changing his key worker in the early days, when he just really bonded with one particular member of team. Now he loves going. He runs in every morning happily, and has a excellent day. We are kept updated on the app, all the team are lovely at drop off and pick up and our son has a particular soft spot for the catering lady whose food he prefers to mummy’s cooking!
They do a range of activities and help with his discovering. Our son gets to choose what he wants to join in with, which is excellent! Our son started childcare centre in April 2021 after a last minute change of mind about our childcare choice.

The team all know my daughter so well and I adore talking to them about her and her adventures at childcare centre.
The topics and events they do are exciting and really keep my daughter occupied.
She especially likes the food at childcare centre, their caterer puts so much adore and care into the meals and is inclusive to all dietary needs. CherryHarbour Childcare centre has been a huge part of my daughter’s life.

The updates between all team and us parents has been genuine and we consistently sense they have our kid’s best interest, yet supporting us as working parents too. From the very first visit (having looked at a few other nurseries) we got the best feeling and thought ‘this is the one’!
The childcare centre has a large outdoor garden/playtime area and an unusually big area of this is undercover. We are a very outdoorsy family and this was a big plus for us. They encourage the kids to be outside rain or shine. It’s a fabulous area and really well equipped.
Without a doubt, our kid has benefited hugely for being at this childcare centre. He has lovely friends, excellent relationships with the educators, he learns so much and we are confident that he’s in a thriving setting. Our little boy has been attending CherryHarbour Childcare centre since he was 10 months old and we have been thrilled with the service and care from CherryHarbour right from the start.

April 26, 2025 at 8:21 pmThe team have been very supportive with potty training and their patience. They have done loads of activities, including seed planting, messy trays, playdough, reading and writing and it’s nice they can take books home from the library. A really lovely setting for the kids.

May 22, 2025 at 8:55 amHe’s experienced a few behavioural issues but we’ve been really cheerful with how these have been handled and the advice and information we’ve been given. The childcare centre has a inviting, homely sense but provides structure where needed, we know our little boy enjoys the wholesome food and the regular events and celebrations that take place.
We would absolutely suggest CherryHarbour Childcare centre to anyone looking for a setting for their kid. We selected sending our kid to CherryHarbour Childcare centre having relocated to the area and ours has been an extremely positive journey.
We have found all team to be extremely expert and our little boy has thrived under their care.

May 25, 2025 at 3:12 pmBoth of my girls have been going since they were 11 months old and they have thrived! It is so daunting to find somewhere that you are comfortable with to look after the most precious things in your life, so we know we hit the jackpot here. I sense listened to. The activities are so imaginative, they also create them around your kids’s interests daily. The team are so engaging and welcoming. My girls are consistently bouncing coming out of there! Their days are filled with rich experiences, enjoyable and discovering opportunities! But most of all, my girls are completely themselves there which speaks volumes. They clearly sense secure, a home from home and so they have become extended family. My 4-year-old is getting ready for school which they have prepared her for – she will miss it but I am sure my youngest will keep them occupied! I highly suggest this lovely setting with lovely, attentive team for your precious one. We sense very lucky to have a childcare centre like this on our doorstep.

June 10, 2025 at 8:34 amBoth my daughter and son have now attended CherryHarbour and with both of them, they have thrived and learnt all essentials to start school. With my son, in particular, his speech was slightly behind but now his speech is exceptional! Also, the childcare centre really supported and helped with his potty training which was a godsend. I really appreciate the parent app as well, because I can check on him throughout the day and it really does help ease the mum guilt of not being there, knowing that your kid is having enjoyable and discovering so much. Couldn’t thank the team enough! I adore this place for my kids.

July 6, 2025 at 9:23 amThe team are very attentive and supportive of the kids and they often put on lovely events for the kids at Christmas and Mothers Day, etc.
I have also found them very flexible and accommodating when I have requested to change hours to drop my son in early on the odd occasion. Perfect to assistance our working family! My son has gone to Cherry Harbour since he was 13 months (now 3) he settled in so well and still absolutely loves childcare centre.
