Chaston Nursery School

I would like to say thank you to the room leader in the baby room who has taken care of my daughter and has given me excellent feedback and reassurance about my daughter and I felt secure leaving her there but now I have been informed that she is leaving this childcare centre without a letter letting parents know. I have a feeling it is management not letting us be informed as I’m sure the room leader would’ve told us herself. I have spoken to my husband about taking my daughter out as I don’t sense secure leaving my kid there without the room leader. Don’t send your kids here. I do not suggest this childcare centre, when I first brought my son here 4 years ago to be in the childcare centre room, the standard was excellent and the team were accommodating to his development needs but since I brought my one-year-old daughter 6 months ago, there has been a big turn over in team and management aren’t appreciative of their team.
