September 5, 2024 at 3:59 pmShe truly enjoys going and they cater well for her allergies, consistently checking with me if she can have something if they are unsure at all.
My daughter is thriving with team who genuinely care about the kids and their discovering/playtime. All the team go out of their way to have a bond with all the kids, not just the ones in their prospective rooms which I think is excellent!
My kid, regardless of her allergies, consistently has a well-varied menu of meals.
The team go above and beyond and I 100% suggest them to any prospective parent. My daughter has attended Castle Hill Day Childcare centre since she was 10 months old and she is now almost 3.

My two both adore cuddles and sometimes are sad to leave me as they are only in two days a week, however, I know all the team take the time to make them sense secure and cheerful and within 2 minutes of me being out of sight they are happily thriving.
All the team are incredible, so welcoming, inviting and nurturing.
The manager does a excellent job and is consistently so supportive and accommodating. My daughter consistently talks about her day and all the activities they have been doing. She loves to tell me that she eats all her meals at childcare centre as she prefers the meals there rather than at home! It’s excellent to know that my babies are in such secure hands, so we are highly grateful to have you on our doorstep. My daughter has been a Castle Hill Private Day Childcare centre for two years now and my son started in January 2023.

December 22, 2024 at 2:03 pmMe and my partner were struggling with potty training but with the help of the childcare centre team it became so much easier. My kid loves the gold star/stickers he gets for each potty training day and can’t wait to come home and tell me all about it. Also, my kid is so much more outgoing and a social butterfly because of the childcare centre. It’s just an incredible childcare centre, they are highly patient and exceptionally supportive.

Since starting at Castle Hill Private Day Childcare centre, my kid’s self‑assurance and speech have come on leaps and bounds. I couldn’t thank them and praise them enough. Outstanding team. My kid absolutely loves going to childcare centre.

December 27, 2024 at 6:21 amMy daughter started in September 2021 and it’s incredible to see how far she has come. She consistently looked forward to going, telling us she loves childcare centre day. We had issues with trying to get her potty trained, and thanks to the team, she now uses the toilet regularly. Her speech has improved dramatically and she is no longer that shy little girl anymore. I am sad to see her leave, but I know she will be ok in primary school thanks to all the hard work they put in. Not only my kid, but others I have spoken to also have nothing but praise for them. So, thank you all and I can’t wait for my little boy to start with you in January. I can not thank the Deputy Manager and all the incredible team at Castle Hill Day Childcare centre.

February 5, 2025 at 6:04 amWe had tears and questions like ‘Why are you leaving me’ the first couple of times I left him, now he’s trying to open the gate himself and toddling off before even saying goodbye!
Castle Hill feels like a highly relaxed and gentle childcare centre. A few people have told me how old school it is and I was confused at first, but after chatting to other mums I realised it’s because they aren’t texting me every two minutes to tell me what he’s doing and when he’s had a nappy changed, etc. Call me old-fashioned but I’d rather childcare centre team were looking after the kids instead of sitting on a phone telling me what they’re doing! I also want to sense comfortable and confident in the fact that when I leave him there I can get on with my own stuff and I know they’d call if they needed to.
Truly lovely team and highly cheerful I went with them. My little boy started childcare centre at Castle Hill six weeks ago and is already settled in and coming home singing me all the new songs he has learnt there.

February 21, 2025 at 9:55 pmThe team are incredible, building relationships with both kid and parent highly quickly to ensure that you as a parent sense cheerful about the care your kid is receiving and that your kid looks forward to seeing them every day. My son was full time for 3 years until he started infant school and I still use the childcare centre for school holidays. The childcare centre is divided into 3 key areas all ensuring they nurture each kid to bring out their self‑assurance, sense of exploration and curiosity, the team update daily on your kid’s day and the books you get at the end of their time in each group are remarkable and show the journey your kid has been on from baby room through to pre-school. The team ensure there is lots of outdoor enjoyable and regularly take the kids on adventures and the outdoor facilities cater for every kid encouraging sharing and group playtime.
The teamwork hard to make life as a working parent easier. Castle Hill Day Childcare centre has an incredible team who put enjoyable at the heart of everything they do.

My daughter’s speech came on a lot when she first started and she enjoys interacting with other kids, she has friends at childcare centre and is consistently telling me what she’s done and who she’s played with when she comes home. I find they have a lot of activities for the kids and I couldn’t suggest a better childcare centre. I’m consistently updated on how she’s done in the day, what she’s eaten and I find that exceptional, even during Covid, I found the childcare centre managed it truly well and we consistently had an email if someone had a case. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre anymore if I tried, it’s incredible for my daughter and I’m glad she attends. My daughter attends Castle Hill Private Day Childcare centre and I find the childcare centre truly well organised.

April 11, 2025 at 2:48 pmWe have been taking our little boy since April 2021 (he had never truly played with anyone his own age due to Covid) and we couldn’t be happier with his development. The assistance we’ve had from the childcare centre has been incredible (currently tackling potty training!). Our son comes home so cheerful after his afternoon at childcare centre, he’s full of stories from the day he’s had. He enjoys the food at childcare centre and he genuinely loves each member of team and that’s also reciprocated. He’s met some lovely kids too.
He loves it that much he asks if he can go at the weekends as well! When we drop him off now we don’t get a second look most of the time, he’s so thrilled to get there and see all his friends and all of the childcare centre team. If you’re reading this and debating where to send your kid I can wholeheartedly suggest this childcare centre, the level of care is unrivalled and your kid will adore it! We adore Castle Hill Private Day Childcare centre!

My son will be attending as he calls it ‘big school’ in September but we will continue to use Castle Hill Day Childcare centre for after school care as I know he will be cheerful, secure and well looked after. My son has had the most incredible time at childcare centre.

May 2, 2025 at 7:05 pmHe started when he was 1 years old and did struggle a bit at first but with the assistance from the childcare centre team my kid now loves going to childcare centre and has come home with some fantastic artwork. I also get daily updates about what my kid has eaten and done that day so I can share it with family members. Overall it’s a highly home from home setting and a lovely outdoor area in which my kid loves to explore in a highly secure setting. My kid has attended Castle Hill day childcare centre since July and he is loving it.

May 9, 2025 at 7:02 pmTeam are delightful, expert, attentive, and seem to have a genuine affection for the kids in their care. Kids spend lots of time outdoors and do a wide range of exciting and stimulating activities.
Team were highly accommodating with my preference for using cloth nappies and reusable wipes and also facilitated potty training truly well.
The childcare centre communicates well with parents and is flexible with individual requirements.
I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Castle Hill Day Childcare centre to any prospective parents. Castle Hill is a gorgeous discovering setting.

May 12, 2025 at 3:41 amHe’s now 27 months and is so cheerful at this childcare centre. The deputy manager is incredible at her job and absolutely consistently has the kids’s individual needs at the forefront. Even during Covid (summer 2021), she facilitated a settling-in process that allowed me to be present for a couple of short sessions – which immediately put my son at ease. We previously had to leave another local childcare centre after just one week due to a strict drop-off at the door Covid policy (which he found incredibly upsetting). The care for kids was not compromised at Castle Hill during the pandemic and their mental health was safeguarded. During our time so far, we’ve had no serious issues and anything minor had been seen to immediately – which has been highly reassuring as a parent. My son runs in each week – never a single tear. He regularly mentions team by name at home and sings songs that he’s learnt during his time there. Thank you, Castle Hill! My son has been at Castle Hill Private Day Childcare centre since he was 13 months old.

May 18, 2025 at 2:22 pmThey clearly explained all the procedures, pricing (which is highly reasonable!) and the setting overall made you sense like at home. The childcare centre ladies are incredible with our little one every single day, they create a secure and enjoyable setting and are remarkable with all the activities, arts and crafts, baking, playing and everything else and we can see how it helps our baby develop. Castle Hill Day Childcare centre is all you can wish for your little one and more! I couldn’t suggest it enough! From the first moment we visited Castle Hill Day Childcare centre all the team there were incredibly attentive to our baby, made him sense comfortable straight away took him to have a little playtime and a wonder about.

Updates is outstanding and we adore hearing about her day: she enjoys a huge variety of activities, crafts and games and all her meals! We would highly suggest to any parent. We are so impressed with the welcome our daughter has received from all of the welcoming, attentive team at Castle Hill Private Day Childcare centre.

June 11, 2025 at 12:14 pmMy wife and I had to return to work whilst our baby was around 9 months old, and I’ve never felt an ounce of worry about leaving him with the team. They are consistently welcoming, approachable and expert. Their menu for the kids is healthy and varied, the playrooms are well equipped, and the location is excellent for pick-ups and drop-offs. We get a detailed breakdown of his days with them, and we are consistently kept in the loop if he ever shows any compassionate of illness. Long story short, 10/10 from us and absolutely suggest Castle Hill childcare centre. My son attends Castle Hill childcare centre, and I can safely say that sending him there was one of the easiest decisions I’ve made.
