The church are happy for parents to use their car park just as long as your no-longer than half a hour or otherwise you will get a parking ticket.

I really love the free-play ethos of the environment and staff at the nursery and with are very good resources for play and great outdoor space. Activities are often laid out but children can roam around and choose play activities that they want. The forest school is fantastic, mostly used by pre-school age. The app allows for prompt communication and updates. Staff are motivated and caring. There have been some staffing level difficulties and quite high staff turnover, which can reduce consistency but I think this is the same across the sector.

Absolutely amazing nursery! Loads of great facilities for the children, natural resources and great management and staff team! Would recommend to any parent and also a lovely outdoor space for the children to enjoy in all weather!

Cambridge Day Nursery is a second home for my daughter. She loves going. The baby room staff are incredible (caring, attentive, fun) and she gets to do all kinds of messy play. We couldn’t be happier!

My son has been happy here and he has become attached to the members of staff who are very caring. The management listens to parents feedback and takes it into account. I would choose this nursery again.

To me, there can never be a better nursery. I love Cambridge Day Nursery. Freshly cooked meals every day, amazing staff – friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and most importantly loving and caring. Our son has been going there for two years and he loves it. And, he was only 11 months old when he started. We would highly recommend Cambridge Day Nursery.

Cambridge Day Nursery is absolutely fantastic. If I could give them a thousand stars for the care and support they have shown to our son since he started there, then I would. They are dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate. He loves being there and they spend so much time with him and the other children individually, nurturing them all and helping them to thrive.

Our daughter has been in the nursery since she was 10 months old, and it has been a delight to see how she evolves within the nursery. The facilities are great and was an important factor in our choice. The staff are taking good care of our daughter, and it is a joy to hear during debriefing what she has been up to all day. We are looking forward to seeing our son joining too now!

I have two children full-time at Cambridge Day Nursery, one in the baby room and one in Toddler 2. Both are extremely happy. The staff in the baby room are extremely caring and helped my baby settle really quickly. He is clean, well fed and very happy at the end of the day. My toddler has a whale of a time. The nursery has great outside space with lots of toys to encourage adventurous play. She is clearly learning a lot there too. Her understanding of shapes, colours, numbers and letters is growing and the staff also nurture important social skills like taking turns, please and thank you.

This nursery has been exceptional! We love the staff, who are all you can wish for in a nursery setting (caring, thoughtful, attentive to detail, and energetic). Our child has learnt so much with them and as soon as we arrive he just wants to go in, which was to me a clear sign of what a great job they are doing. We get detailed and thorough feedback at the end of each day. The cook is so loved by the kids and does a great job at cooking everything from scratch. Their outdoor areas are superb and so is their forest school – it is so important that kids spend time outdoors and CDN clearly understands this. I recommend them to any parent looking for a nursery!

My little man, in the baby room, absolutely loves going to nursery. He is extremely well cared for, has wonderful opportunities to play, learn and explore experiences. What sets Cambridge Day Nursery apart is the staff. They are all so enthusiastic, caring and knowledgeable and my lad loves them all.

My daughter is very happy when she is at nursery and that is, for me, the most important parameter for rating the nursery. They do many activities indoors and in the garden. Everyone in the nursery, staff and other parents, are super friendly. They have managed to create a beautiful vibe and constantly are innovating and adding new ways for the babies to grow, learn and have fun. I highly recommend it.

Our 18-month-old loves going to Cambridge Day Nursery. You’ll often find her dragging her bag to the door on a Saturday wishing it was a nursery day.
The staff in the baby room are fantastic and lots of fun. They organise lots of messy play activities and the babies get to explore the outdoor space most days.

My daughter has attended Cambridge Day Nursery for the past two years and she has been very happy since she started. Their approach is very child focused and the number of activities done is great and varied all the time. Forest schools is the favourite time for my daughter, she never complained about the food and loves it. Staff is friendly and gives extensive feedback in person by the end of the day. Communication is done through an app which works well.

Our daughter spent the last year in this nursery where she has been very well cared for in a nurturing and joyful environment. Children are happy and the outside space is great. We recommend using this nursery!

I would not suggest to parents to send their children here. I found it unsafe and poorly managed. Only two evaluations in more than one year, my child had plenty of clothes lost or ruined, always wet and with a nappy to be changed at pick up. The toilets have plenty of potties but when I was there almost 90% of the times were full and other children were sitting in them anyway.
The forest is beautiful and the employees are doing their best but it is not enough.
They have directors that don’t want to interact with parents and the current manager takes ages to reply to an email and always replies with denial and anger.
In the past they were in the news more than once for problems with Ofsted and a former employee.

My son has been going to Cambridge Day Nursery since he was 12 months old and he has loved it. After a settling in period he has taken to the staff and environment and is always happy to walk into the nursery on his own in the mornings. At the end of the day he is in no rush to leave!
The range of activities the staff provides is far more than we can offer at home. It’s varied, well thought out, and age appropriate.
The food is excellent so we feel reassured that he has eaten well at nursery even if he doesn’t have much at home. It’s varied and nutritious. The nursery also respects our dietary requirements for him. Namely, that he doesn’t have any sugar or sweets. He gets fruit when other kids get sugary sweets.
The staff clearly care for the children, and our son feels comfortable with them.
The facilities are spacious compared with his previous nursery, and the outdoor space is excellent. He’s able to move in and outdoors at will, even when he was in the baby room.

Our son started when he was 2 in the spring of this year. He is always so happy to go in. The staff has listened to our concerns and done everything they can to support him. They have changed how they provide feedback to parents at the end of the day (and a few other things like fingerprints to enter at pick ups, key worker roles, etc). These changes admittedly have led to some confusion. However, they have always clarified everything clearly when we asked, and are willing to cooperate with us in every way possible. All in all, we are very happy we choose Cambridge Day Nursery despite living quite far away!

It took my son 1 year to settle. After that, he was happy and had a lot of fun, loved the staff, and made great friends. On several occasions, he was not supervised properly and we had a few incidents which would’ve been easily prevented if anyone had eyes on the kids.
There may be other incidents I’m not aware of, as one day he came home covered in food and with a hoarse voice from crying. At pickup, the staff told me he had a good day. My son told me what happened, and he had nightmares for nights after. It took days for someone to look at the CCTV and they couldn’t tell us exactly what happened because “the room was too dark to see”. This excuse was used again 1 month later, after another incident.
Forest School and garden are beautiful, but my son was very disappointed because he couldn’t attend forest school last minute, due to management issues.
This is a chaotic, poorly managed and unhygienic environment. I’m glad I moved my kid, and unfortunately, I would not recommend Cambridge Day Nursery.

I am very happy with how my baby is cared for and he is very happy going here. The staff quickly figured out what he likes and how to help him settle and they communicate very well about how his day has been. I feel I can trust them and there are excellent resources and new activities. He has already learnt so much since going and is growing in independence. Baby room has a lovely, homely feel and their own little garden. I am so happy with my choice to send him here and very grateful for the wonderful staff. Thank you!
