She formed attentive bonds with key workers at each development stage.
Communication throughout the pandemic has been outstanding. During the three years my daughter attended Caerleonm Child Care they were remarkable.

October 7, 2024 at 6:01 amAbsolutely swear by the childcare centre and suggest it at every chance to anyone looking! The rooms are full of discovering activities and toys, and so spacious! Varied food every day, and added bonus of the kids attending Jump which is right next door! The girls and manager are absolutely incredible, welcoming, considerate and more like family to the kids! My kids have learnt so much being there and have had assistance with things that they may have struggled with. Currently having assistance with speech and language for my little one and have daily updates about how he’s doing and referrals being made on his behalf. 100% best childcare centre around! My 3 kids have been attending this childcare centre since 2015, I travel far just for them to attend this childcare centre.

November 8, 2024 at 9:45 pmShe’s now 2 and this year has moved into her third room at the childcare centre. She has a remarkable time there and has made friends amongst both the other kids and the team who clearly care very deeply for the kids they look after.
They are consistently quick to tell us if she’s been out of sorts or unwell which, along with the daily summaries we get, helps us to have a greater understanding for how she has been during the day as well as what activities she’s done.
It’s a pleasure dropping her off and picking her up. I sense she is secure and well looked after in their care. My daughter has been attending Caerleon full time since June 2017 when she was 7 months old.

It makes it so much easier to go to work knowing she is so well looked after and has such a excellent relationship with the team, who are remarkable and go above and beyond to provide a attentive and enjoyable setting.
I would thoroughly suggest this childcare centre to anyone.
Thank you to all the team at Caerleon Child Care. We will miss you! Due to relocation, we are having to change childcare centre after our daughter has spent a very cheerful year in the baby room.

November 22, 2024 at 12:05 pmThere is a lovely atmosphere in all of the rooms she has been in from the baby room all the way up. The team are very welcoming and supportive and there are plenty of different activities going on both inside and outside. My daughter is a very fussy eater but the remarkable team manage to get a hot meal in her every time she is there.
Both my daughter I and will be disappointed when she starts school and has to leave. We will miss the excellent team and welcoming atmosphere. My daughter has been going there since she was one and consistently look forward to going in.

The new manager has been a exceptional addition to the childcare centre, introducing new resources and activities, lifting the whole childcare centre team and kids. Overall I am very cheerful to send my daughter here every day knowing that she is loved and cared for. Would definitely suggest Caerleon Child Care. My daughter has been attending Caerleon Child Care since she was 8 1/2 months and is nearly 3.

November 27, 2024 at 7:18 pmIt has everything you could wish for when attentive for your kid. The team are very welcoming, consistently make your kid and yourself welcome and they are very expert – nothing is too much trouble for them. The food and meals are very nutritional and my daughter eats well there. What I really like about Caerleon, including the incredible team, is the security and the facilities. There is a double door system that means you are unable to get in or out of the childcare centre without a member of team present. Facility wise, the rooms are large, bright & colourful with a lot of things for the kids to do and also the team do a lot of activities with them. The kids also have exclusive access to the soft playtime at certain times in the day and this has really encouraged our daughter’s adventurousness. Parking is easy and immediately outside. It certainly is an incredible childcare centre and I would suggest to anyone to send their kids there. Caerleon Nursery is an outstanding childcare centre.

December 3, 2024 at 7:32 amWe relocated to Cardiff from London which was a huge change for us, especially for my son. The team were excellent and did an incredible job in settling him into the childcare centre. The childcare centre has outstanding facilities. I felt that there were so many new and different activities (inside and outside) that my kept my son entertained and helped with his development. My son has recently been diagnosed with ASD and before diagnosis, Caerleon were so supportive in providing information/reports to our consultants/specialists and helped facilitate with any recommendations of discovering development provided by them. Caerleon ensured that our son was made aware of the Early Years Forum, helping us with the process of ensuring he has the right assistance for when he starts school. It was such a challenging time for us as parents but we felt such tremendous assistance from all the team. We cannot thank them enough for all their assistance and their genuine adore and care for looking after my son. My son attended Caerleon for almost two years.

My daughter, like most babies, did struggle at the beginning but the team in the baby room have helped her settle in so well. They do so many activities during the day and I have a full report when I collect her each day. I will definitely be recommending this childcare centre to others. I couldn’t have asked for a better childcare centre for my daughter.

My daughter loves her childcare centre days and she has grown in self‑assurance through the activities they do and the teaching they give her, the attention to detail the team have is second to none. Fantastic childcare centre.

He is now 2 1/2 years old and has been on the milk ladder for several weeks and has completed it successfully, during this I chose daily off the childcare centre menu what he could have, again the team were very supportive throughout this. He is very cheerful here and has a lovely relationship with all the team, highly suggest! My son has been attending here since he was 9 months old, just being diagnosed with a milk protein allergy I was quite nervous leaving him but all the team were very supportive and gave me a lot of self‑assurance.

February 26, 2025 at 11:22 pmArrival and pick-up times are seamless, they are consistently expert and welcoming and the place still beautifully decorated. e.g. graduation, Halloween. All their dedication and hard work is very much appreciated and certainly not forgotten. Absolute stars. My little one is my second kid to attend Caerleon and she is excited to attend and beaming every time I collect. Communication is outstanding also, which is essential when choosing a childcare provider. Thank you all. Despite the huge challenge of covid that the team are up against, their service is outstanding.

My kids adore coming to this childcare centre, so much so that it is difficult to get them to leave at the end of the day! I have recommended this childcare centre to all my friends and will continue to do so as the developmental advances I have seen in my kids are plain to see. Thank you to all the team at Caerleon Childcare. I couldn’t have raised my kids without you! Due to my house move, I have sadly had to change my kids’s childcare centre and I cannot tell you how devastated I am to be leaving Caerleon Childcare.

Really spotless and welcoming childcare centre and would suggest to anyone. Absolutely gutted my son won’t be returning to Caerleon after my hours changed at work so it’s no longer needed.

Caerleon Child Care Cardiff is like a second home to them, the team are exceptional and take a genuine interest in the care and development of the kids. Throughout Covid they have been incredible at keeping us updated and managing risks. An outstanding childcare centre in our view! My 4-year-old and 10-month old daughters both attend the childcare centre full-time; my eldest has been there since she was 6 months old.

July 7, 2025 at 3:05 amMy son has a special bond with a member of team and everyone treats him like I would have at home.
The activities they offer do not compare to any other childcare centre, the fact they playtime in the jump playtime centre and he consistently comes home full, content and cheerful.
On a family day, I got to meet a mum of a kid my son plays with and we have become lifelong friends. I am a nervous parent when it comes to my son, however, watching his smile as we turn into the car park, knowing he is going to be spending the day at childcare centre makes me relaxed and allows myself to give 100% at work.

Every time I pick her up I’m informed of all her daily routine and the food she’s eaten (she wasn’t a great eater but she’s coming on leaps and bounds with the help and patience of the team).
The girls in that room are incredible!
I sense cheerful going back to work knowing that they look after my little girl.
The childcare centre is huge with lots of new fresh toys.
Management and office team are consistently cheerful to help and assist too, this childcare centre needs to get the certificate it deserves. They work hard and it does show. My daughter has recently started at this childcare centre 4 days a week in the baby room.
