Buttercups at Syon Park

As soon as we saw the fantastic and vast outside space, we were so excited. The team are as outstanding as the facilities. Our daughter loves her key worker, feedback is detailed and personal and even team in other spaces of the childcare centre seem to know her. Activities are very creative and wide-ranging and food is all home-cooked on site which was really important to us. Our daughter started at 11 months and every care was taken to match her home routine and help her adjust. Team are so welcoming and attentive. This is a remarkable childcare centre! We are so pleased with Buttercup at Syon Park Day Childcare centre.

We are extremely cheerful with the childcare centre, the main reason for that is the super welcoming team – they greet kids and parents with excellent enthusiasm every morning, they take time to understand how each kid is feeling that day and they give a great summary of the day during pick-up. My kids attended other nurseries in the past and I’ve never seen such a vast outdoor space, there is even a separate garden for babies and older kids. Management is also welcoming and accommodating, we receive regular newsletters with tons of pictures and videos which is a excellent way to open a conversation with your kids. There are also plenty of events when parents can stay and playtime. This is the best childcare centre in the area, so glad we managed to get space for both kids. Thank you to all team for being a part of my kids childhood! My younger daughter has been at the childcare centre for a year, she started at the baby group and is moving to the ‘over 2s’ and my older daughter finished Preschool last year.

He is consistently cheerful to be there and seems to have built a great relationship with his educators. The thing I adore the most about the place, is the big garden and that the kids get to spend a lot of time outdoors. He’s learned a lot since he started going to childcare centre and it’s obvious that every kid is looked after based on their individual interests, skills, and routines.
The team are incredible, consistently very supportive and approachable. There’s consistently sufficient feedback, as well as picture updates, which is consistently excellent. I’m overall very cheerful with Buttercups and with the care they provide for my kid and I highly suggest it. My son loves it at this childcare centre.

We are very cheerful with how much she is discovering and the activities that they involve the kids with on a daily basis. The team are especially attentive, attentive and understanding. They take the time to get to know the kids very well and form bonds with them and I can definitely see that in the strong connection that my daughter has developed with them. She also loves the outdoor playtime area and everything the childcare centre has to offer. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for several months now.

As parents, we can definitely see the skills our daughter developed or improved over the year or so that she’s been attending there. She’s had many educators, some of them left, but we found that if there were any concerns or issues they would be open to listen to us and address them accordingly. We are delighted that they have such a diverse curriculum and that throughout the day the kids would have different engaging activities, as well as alone time, when they choose as individuals what to do/ playtime with. For us as family, the only downside is that in preschool they eliminate the nap time, my daughter has yet to adjust to this, as she is completely knackered when we collect her from childcare centre, falls asleep in the car and wakes up next morning. But it does work for other kids. Looking forward to the next year of more incredible things to learn for our little bundle of joy! Best wishes. This is a excellent initiative which gave us the opportunity to come inside the childcare centre and take a look at how our little one is spending her day and also the set-up around the childcare centre. One team member, in particular, was so compassionate in explaining and talking through most of the hour and all that, while taking care of the kids as usual. I would like to share feedback on the stay and playtime session we attended on the 16th of May 2022.

The team are fantastic and my daughter squeals with excitement when she sees them in the morning. As a first time mother returning to full time work, I was very nervous to leave her but I need not have worried at all. She has a excellent time, is very well cared for and partakes in lots of enjoyable activities. I especially adore the weekly photo updates and the updates from the childcare centre and the setting inside Syon Park is fantastic – a little slice of countryside in a busy part of West London. The walk through the park and along the river is a lovely peaceful way to start and end the day. I could not suggest Buttercups Syon Park highly enough. Our daughter started at Buttercups Syon Park just before she turned 1 year old and she settled in right away with absolutely no issues.

Our 2.5-year-old son changed childcare centre’s due to us moving house and he settled quickly and absolutely loves childcare centre… he enjoys the variety of activities and being outdoors in forest school. It has been excellent for his discovering and development. He loves singing songs at childcare centre and is often singing them on the way home! There also seems a great variety of healthy food. Lovely childcare centre with welcoming team.

She consistently has so much enjoyable playing and discovering with her classmates, the educators are also very patient and attentive. My daughter loves this childcare centre, there are plenty of activities indoors as well as outdoors.

He’s consistently so cheerful. When I pick him up I consistently get feedback from the team on how his day was. My son has progressed with his discovering skills and his updates with the other kids. The activities inside and out are fabulous. I will be sorry for him to leave in September 2022 to attend childcare centre. The team have all been incredible. My son goes to this childcare centre and since the first day, I knew it was the right place for him to go.
