Busy Bees Wellington Road (Cheltenham)

They are secure, cheerful and thriving. The team are all welcoming and welcoming and provide outstanding care. The manager is excellent, very approachable and quick to respond to any queries. I would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre. Our girls adore it here.

In that time we have been delighted with the care he has received. His key worker and all of the team who work with him are attentive and compassionate. They know their kids so well and are also incredibly supportive to us as parents. The manager, despite only having joined relatively recently, has been really proactive in getting to know us as a family and is incredibly efficient in keeping in touch with us.
When you drop your kid off each morning, you want to sense confident they have a lovely day ahead, and we absolutely do. We can’t thank the team enough for all they do in looking after and attentive for our son. Our son has attended Wellington Road Childcare centre for nine months now.

He is settled and very cheerful and the team are really welcoming and welcoming. He is about to move up to the next stage and they have made it so easy for us. The new manager is consistently available for parents and he will help in any way that he can. He greets us at the door which is a nice personal touch. The kids consistently seem to be cheerful. Every time we have dropped off and collected, we are consistently greeted with a smile and hello on first name terms. This is exceptional. The childcare centre and rooms are lovely and spotless. The garden is ideal for the kids, with enough room for them to playtime. There are pictures of the kids and art all over the room which is lovely to see. Our little one loves going in to see his friends. Exceptional childcare centre and I would suggest it to anyone. My son has been at Busy Bees Wellington Road for a few months and it was the best decision we made.

The childcare centre is lovely and homely, the team are out of this world and couldn’t do more for us or my stepson. The manager is remarkable and it’s lovely to see a male manager, my stepson absolutely adores him. The app they use makes my day as they are forever sending photos and updates. The food is immense! Their talented chef hits the nail on the head with every meal. I am expecting and I’m already signing them up as this really is an outstanding childcare centre. I would suggest to absolutely everyone. Thank you to the incredible team for making kids’s first stage of discovering so incredible. As soon as we had a look around the childcare centre I knew this childcare centre was perfect for our family.

My son loves going into childcare centre every day and he’s consistently treated well. Coming from a big city; diversity and inclusion is something we cherish and have found at this childcare centre. The team treat all kids and family equally and with respect. They have embraced and celebrated my son’s uniqueness while nurturing his interests; as a parent that’s all you want from a childcare centre. I am very grateful to the team of Wellington Road.

My son has come on in leaps and bounds since joining this childcare centre. They have been incredible with him, especially with getting him to try new food which we have struggled with but he is so much easier to feed now and willing to try new food. Without their help, I believe we would still be struggling with this. His speech has continued to improve and he has amazed me with information that he has been taught when he comes home. If you are looking for a childcare centre that are attentive and nurturing and make you sense at ease whilst you sense guilty leaving them. I highly suggest that you choose Busy Bees. I am extremely cheerful and grateful to the team at Busy Bees Wellington Road.

The centre director and the team have been exceptional. As concerned new parents, they have communicated with us really well to keep us up to date and informed about our son. We have also been impressed by the steps taken towards safety in these uncertain times. Our son seems to really delight in his time there and they spend a great bit of time outdoors which suits our son. Food sounds incredible too. The team are all lovely and will do whatever you need them to do to make your kid’s day enjoyable and relaxed. My 13-month-old son started in August.

The team are enthusiastic, engaged and positive, especially since the new manager came in last spring. We are consistently impressed with him, during what has been a year of turmoil and stress for the childcare centre and team. He has been expert, informative, upbeat, approachable and nothing is too much to ask. Team retention seems great. I like the use of the Parentzone app, which is updated to tell me e.g. what my kid has eaten and shows photos of her doing activities. She almost consistently eats the meals provided and comes home cheerful and exhausted. Thank you, Wellington Road. My daughter has been attending Busy Bees Wellington Road for a year now, minus when they were closed during lockdown.

The management team are incredible and so welcoming, they make you sense so welcome and communicate so well. My nephew learnt so much from attending this childcare centre and has become so confident. The food served in this setting is also very great, very nutritious and my nephew consistently ate so well when at childcare centre. I would highly suggest this childcare centre! My nephew attended this childcare centre and absolutely loved his time here, activities done with the kids are incredible, and the team are so lovely and attentive towards the kids – my nephew had a excellent bond with all the team members.

The entire team is lovely, and the childcare centre is well looked after. My son has built his self‑assurance by attending childcare centre and loves discovering and exploring there. He really enjoys his time spent there and has built a excellent relationship with his keyworker(s) and the other team. Additionally, they are doing a excellent job of dealing with current circumstances, and I sense my son is secure attending the childcare centre. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough.
