DirectionsThey enjoy a convenient location just off the main Wellington Road and close to the beautiful Pitville Park. Many of their parents walk to Treetops Wellington Road but for those driving they are well positioned for the A40 and M5 motorway. There is also a bus stop directly outside the nursery served by routes into Cheltenham town centre and residential areas like Prestbury.

August 2, 2018 at 12:00 amMy daughter settled into Wellington Road straight away such a relief after her last nursery closed. The manager and staff are lovely and so helpful. The building is beautiful and kept tidy and clean but the children are able to enjoy all the toys and activities. I am pleased the take the children out to the park so they’re not stuck indoors (although there is a nice sized garden). I’ve been made some gorgeous pottery (paint your own) and I feel that the staff are good at supporting her development by identifying areas to work on.

September 24, 2018 at 12:00 amMy daughter is coming to the nursery full time so it is important for us to find a good place for her. She has the most wonderful time, the staff are very nice and always seek the best for the children. She loves the messy play and the time in the garden.

April 27, 2020 at 12:00 amOur little one has been attending Busy Bees Treetops Wellington Road for just over 6 months now, and absolutely loves it as do we! We like that they try and do different activities with them every day, and are helping him with his development and keeping us updated the whole way. The UP app they have made gets used a lot at home and the staff will answer any questions we have around it. Our Key Person is absolutely fantastic and we have no worries about leaving him there. The new Nursery Manager who only started in March is proving to be an asset already. He is welcoming, friendly and really goes the extra mile for parents and clearly staff as they seem happy to be there which means the care for our little one is second to none. It’s also great to see a male manager the children seem to love him too! I really would recommend Busy Bees Treetops Wellington Road to any prospective parents, give them a call we promise you’d be as happy as we are! Well done guys!

May 21, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has been at Busy Bees Wellington Road for a few months and it was the best decision we made. He is settled and very happy and the staff are really welcoming and friendly. He is about to move up to the next stage and they have made it so easy for us. The new manager is always available for parents and he will help in any way that he can. He greets us at the door which is a nice personal touch. The children always seem to be happy. Every time we have dropped off and collected, we are always greeted with a smile and hello on first name terms. This is brilliant. The nursery and rooms are lovely and clean. The garden is ideal for the children, with enough room for them to play. There are pictures of the children and art all over the room which is lovely to see. Our little one loves going in to see his friends. Brilliant nursery and I would recommend it to anyone.

May 28, 2020 at 12:00 amI am extremely happy and grateful to the staff at Busy Bees Wellington Road. My son has come on in leaps and bounds since joining this nursery. They have been amazing with him, especially with getting him to try new food which we have struggled with but he is so much easier to feed now and willing to try new food. Without their help, I believe we would still be struggling with this. His speech has continued to improve and he has amazed me with information that he has been taught when he comes home. If you are looking for a nursery that are caring and nurturing and make you feel at ease whilst you feel guilty leaving them. I highly recommend that you choose Busy Bees.

May 28, 2020 at 12:00 amOur son has attended Wellington Road Nursery for nine months now. In that time we have been delighted with the care he has received. His key worker and all of the staff who work with him are caring and kind. They know their children so well and are also incredibly supportive to us as parents. The manager, despite only having joined relatively recently, has been really proactive in getting to know us as a family and is incredibly efficient in keeping in touch with us.
When you drop your child off each morning, you want to feel confident they have a lovely day ahead, and we absolutely do. We can’t thank the staff enough for all they do in looking after and caring for our son.

September 16, 2020 at 12:00 amWellington Road is a great nursery where I have seen my son thrive and develop.
I have had some slight problems with payments not being taken correctly but after a brief conversation it was resolved and the money paid back to my account. This is also before the new manager took over. Since he has taken over we’ve experienced no problems.
This being said, I cannot fault the care my son receives. Nursery staff are consistent with their feedback on my son’s behaviour (both positive and negative) and provide detailed information about his day.
They provide us with ideas to support his development and encourage him to try different activities.
I’m sure dealing with that many three-year-olds must be difficult but they great all the children with smiling faces and excitement each and every day.
Since COVID, the nursery have adapted very well and have taken decisive steps to reduce the risk.

They’ve helped with his learning and always happy to encourage him to learn and do new things. I love this nursery and wouldn’t take him anywhere else. The staff are amazing and always so welcoming.

September 16, 2020 at 12:00 amMy 13-month-old son started in August. The centre director and the team have been brilliant. As concerned new parents, they have communicated with us really well to keep us up to date and informed about our son. We have also been impressed by the steps taken towards safety in these uncertain times. Our son seems to really enjoy his time there and they spend a good bit of time outdoors which suits our son. Food sounds amazing too. The team are all lovely and will do whatever you need them to do to make your child’s day fun and relaxed.

Coming from a big city; diversity and inclusion is something we cherish and have found at this nursery. The staff treat all children and family equally and with respect. They have embraced and celebrated my son’s uniqueness while nurturing his interests; as a parent that’s all you want from a nursery.

My son has built his confidence by attending nursery and loves learning and exploring there. He really enjoys his time spent there and has built a great relationship with his keyworker(s) and the other staff. Additionally, they are doing a great job of dealing with current circumstances, and I feel my son is safe attending the nursery.

September 23, 2020 at 12:00 amMy nephew attended this nursery and absolutely loved his time here, activities done with the children are amazing, and the staff are so lovely and caring towards the children – my nephew had a great bond with all the staff members. The management team are amazing and so friendly, they make you feel so welcome and communicate so well. My nephew learnt so much from attending this nursery and has become so confident. The food served in this setting is also very good, very nutritious and my nephew always ate so well when at nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery!

The staff are fantastic, the management are so welcoming and helpful. The rooms all look lovely and the children are always happy when we drop her off. My niece is a very fussy eater but she doesn’t show that at nursery so the food must be good!
I would recommend to anyone.

November 25, 2020 at 12:00 amWe have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wellington Road. The Nursery is beautiful and the staff are so warm and loving which is a relief for a nervous mummy! The Manager is friendly and he is happy to do whatever we ask as parents. He loves to share the changes they make which is lovely to see. My little boy absolutely loved attending and always came back home telling me all about his day which is amazing. I can’t fault this nursery in any way. They are creative, kind and amazing!
If you’re looking for a nursery in Cheltenham without a doubt I’d recommend Busy Bees Wellington Road.

January 14, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending Busy Bees Wellington Road for a year now, minus when they were closed during lockdown. The staff are enthusiastic, engaged and positive, especially since the new manager came in last spring. We are consistently impressed with him, during what has been a year of turmoil and stress for the nursery and staff. He has been professional, informative, upbeat, approachable and nothing is too much to ask. Staff retention seems good. I like the use of the Parentzone app, which is updated to tell me e.g. what my child has eaten and shows photos of her doing activities. She almost always eats the meals provided and comes home happy and exhausted. Thank you, Wellington Road.

February 8, 2021 at 12:00 amAs soon as we had a look around the nursery I knew this nursery was perfect for our family. The nursery is beautiful and homely, the team are out of this world and couldn’t do more for us or my stepson. The manager is fantastic and it’s lovely to see a male manager, my stepson absolutely adores him. The app they use makes my day as they are forever sending photos and updates. The food is immense! Their talented chef hits the nail on the head with every meal. I am expecting and I’m already signing them up as this really is an outstanding nursery. I would recommend to absolutely everyone. Thank you to the amazing staff for making children’s first stage of learning so incredible.

The love, care and education that my daughter gets is second to none. The management team are amazing and will do anything for you, they have helped us through a hard Covid year. I feel that my daughter is safe and happy and it has allowed me to work from home with the safe knowledge that my daughter is loving Busy Bees Wellington Road (Cheltenham) nursery.
