Busy Bees Trowbridge, Paxcroft Mead

They take the time to get to know your kid and truly bond with them. My two even ask at weekends if they’re going! They’ve made lifelong friends and continue to go with a big smile on their face. I also truly commend all team on dealing with the pandemic so well. We’ve been kept informed regularly, been given at-home resources and felt secure at every turn. It’s a excellent team of people that truly care and we truly value them all and what they’ve done for our family. I truly cannot praise this setting enough, from day one when I dropped my twins off at the Baby room all the way through to preschool they have all been incredible.

We have been highly cheerful with the setting and team in all rooms, ever since he started in Babies. He has more recently moved up to the Preschool class and is truly enjoying himself in there! All team are consistently welcoming and cheerful to help. Not just the team from my son’s preschool room but any member of team you encounter from the childcare centre. Consistently greeted with a smile and a inviting welcome and most improtantly, everyone is excellent with our son. We don’t have anything negative to say and would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for a place to send their kid where they will be loved and cared for. Our son has attended Busy Bees in Trowbridge, Paxcroft Mead for 2 years now.

I find it difficult to put into words how incredible this childcare centre is. I highly strongly sense that one of the reasons my eldest is as advanced as she is, is because of the team at Busy Bees. My youngest, now in the setting, is content and exceptionally well cared for. I sense that all the team are highly personable and genuine. The settings manager is more than supportive of my needs as a fulltime working mother and will consistently do her highly best to assistance me and my kids. I am highly grateful to all at Busy Bees for the care they gave to my eldest and now my youngest. Walking away fully trusting your kid is in excellent care is an important feeling. Thank you. I not only have my kid at Busy Bees now but also had my eldest there too.

Our kids absolutely adore coming here, we sense as though all of the team know the kids exceptionally well and tailor the activities to be truly engaging and exciting for them. Sometimes it’s the little things that truly make the difference, like helping to look after one kid whilst I get the other one strapped in and ready to go home, or even just offering to put their hats on when they see that we are going to walk home. At the end of a long day, these seemingly small acts go a long way. As a family, we are so cheerful that our kids are at Busy Bees, Trowbridge. This is a remarkable setting, with a fantastic team of dedicated, attentive team.

Our son joined when he was just over 1 year old and settled in with the team immediately. His transition from babies to toddlers was managed truly well and he has thrived with new and exciting activities and stimulation. Despite the challenges of Covid, we have developed a highly positive relationship with his key workers and the wider team, through drop off, collection and wider communications. On the couple of occasions, we have felt the need to feed something back to the centre director, we have felt valued and respected in our feelings and opinions and have been highly pleased with follow up activity. In March 2022 our baby joined the setting and due to some personal challenges he had, we were a little nervous about him starting, but again the team have gone above and beyond to welcome him and assistance him in his journey and to our absolute delight he has settled as well as his older brother and is thriving in the setting. It’s outstanding. We have been using the childcare centre since January 2021.

After having previously looked at a couple of childcare centre’s, when I went for the initial visit with my daughter I instantly felt at ease and was sure this was the right childcare centre for her. Any uneasy feelings I had about her starting childcare centre disappeared. She has settled in truly well and is enjoying childcare centre this is down to the team team and the outstanding care she is receiving. From the highly first day they have been tuned into my daughters needs, ways, likes and dislikes and truly did all they could to help her settle in quickly. Her key worker has been incredible. I would definitely suggest Busy Bees.

We were quite nervous about the whole process due to her being so shy around adults who were not in her direct circle. However, we were completely reassured by the fantastic team at Busy Bees who informed us that her settling in period would be tailored to meet her needs and could take as long as needed.
Straight away we got on with her key worker who truly took the time to get to know her. They formed a bond straight away and she is now all our daughter can talk about. There was one day we struggled to get her in as she got quite upset but the team were highly understanding and allowed us to rearrange the settling in session for the next day, after that, she was completely fine and we didn’t end up needing extra settling sessions. We have been super impressed with how strictly they are following the COVID guidance and just shows how expert they all are. We are so pleased to be apart of the Busy Bee Family! We have recently enrolled our daughter at Busy Bees Trowbridge.

She settled highly quickly, and that is thanks to the fantastic team! They made me sense highly comfortable when leaving her for the first time and reassured me when I left the building in tears every day! When lockdown started, I was so worried about keeping my daughter off and settling her again. The childcare centre was absolutely incredible at keeping me updated with what was happening and how they were planning to move forward. All fees were stopped for kids that didn’t attend and credit refunded for the payments already made. I was highly emotional the day she went back after three months off, however, the ladies again were just fab, they reassured me and throughout the day sent pictures to the app for me to see my highly cheerful kid! I would highly suggest this childcare centre and can confidently say I leave her there with no worries and knowing she is being cared for well, loved and secure! My daughter started here in January 2020.

I actually knocked on the door to make an enquiry about our son attending this childcare centre and all the team were exceptionally welcoming and offered to show my son and me around there and then, which I thought was a excellent sign. Right from this moment, all the team have made us sense welcome and cheerful as a family. To see our son’s smiling face when he arrives in the morning is the best indication we could have at how much he enjoys his time here. In the past 5 months he has been here, he has truly developed in all aspects but particularly his personality and this is down to the fact that all the team embrace his character and make his day enjoyable and cheerful. We adore the fact that all members of team know him by name, even those who are not in his age group. This gives us excellent self‑assurance in how well he will be able to move happily through the age groups. Every member of the team is genuinely welcoming and create a excellent atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to another parent.

Obviously, this was an unsettling time for the kids but the team were incredibly welcoming and accommodating of their needs, especially taking into account the uncertain circumstances. They were highly welcoming and made sure both my kids felt comforted when upset. I couldn’t believe how quickly they both settled into their new routine and their smiling faces at home time reassured me that I had chosen the right place for them. I transferred my kids (aged 2 and 4) during the coronavirus pandemic.
