Busy Bees Thurstaston

Our daughter has been attending for almost a year and has made incredible development. She comes home singing songs she’s learnt, identifying words, numbers and colours. Her daily activities are varied and engaging and I know she is in the best possible hands. Most importantly, she is excited to get ready in the morning, as soon as we say she is going to see one particular member of team, so is obviously cheerful to go.
We adore to see the updates during her day, especially the photos. All the team are so supportive and compassionate, but I have to say a special mention to one team member in particular. You are so fantastic to our daughter and have an incredible bond with her. You show how much you care and we are immensely grateful to you. It is difficult to find words adequate to express how much we suggest Busy Bees, Thurstaston.

I adore the inviting and inviting atmosphere, the professionalism and the genuine adore for the kids. Both the team, who look after him, are consistently welcoming, expert and attentive and I sense secure in the knowledge he is getting the best care. He is developing all the time! Thanks girls for all you do! My son currently attends Busy Bees in Thurstaston, and my daughter before him.

They consistently engage him in lots of enjoyable activities and he has developed massively since joining Busy Bees. The app is consistently kept up to date by team, which is excellent, so I can see what my kid has eaten, what he’s done etc. This app is incredible, as it allows me to see just how much my little boy enjoys being there! Incredible, welcoming team, who are excellent with my little boy.

She has a remarkable relationship with her key worker, other team are also enthusiastic and show lots of interest in what we have been up to at the weekends. The management team are also highly welcoming and approachable, they are consistently on hand to help with any queries. I adore the updates through the app and seeing my daughter happily exploring the many fantastic activities is such a lovely thing for us to see. Couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough! My daughter attends this childcare centre and loves it.

The team are welcoming and attentive. She is in the baby room still and the room manager is remarkable; expert, respectful and takes time to chat to us at the start and end of each day. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds from attending this childcare centre. My daughter loves going to childcare centre here.

We felt highly secure in the fact she was cheerful and enjoying childcare centre. As she was a lockdown baby, her interactions had been somewhat limited. When moving to bombos room, she highly quickly grew strong attachments to two members of team in particular, which we loved. One member of team has since moved to the preschool room, but consistently makes the effort to see our daughter and chats with us still. Our daughter’s key worker now is lovely, she relays the day and keeps us updated with what our daughter has been up to and consistently has a smile. She makes references to our other kids, which is lovely. We’re highly cheerful with the development she’s making and can’t thank the girls enough! It’s a tough job and we appreciate them greatly. Our daughter started in the baby room and quickly settled in.

Two of the team members have both made so much effort to get to know him and make the transition as easy as it can be. My son is developing so much and growing in self‑assurance each week. He has such a excellent relationship with his key worker, which is excellent and puts me at ease. They keep me well informed on his day and I adore the photo updates and the artwork that comes home! If I ever have any questions, the manager is consistently truly supportive and responds quickly. I couldn’t fault our journey so far. Thank you! I was so anxious starting childcare centre, but my son has truly settled in the baby room and that is down to the incredible team.

He loves his childcare centre days and has thrived. All the team are lovely and do the best they can for the kids in their care. He adores his current key worker and so do we. We have been with Busy Bees, Thurstaton for just over a year and have been highly cheerful with our son’s time there.

My eldest was in all the tooms and since left, my second is two and is in tweenies. They both adore childcare centre and I’ve never had a day where they didn’t want to go. The rooms are large and full of enjoyable and secure things for them to playtime with. They get a large range of foods, things they’ve never tried with me. I get regular updates on the app and adore seeing what they’ve been up to. Team are lovely and truly compassionate. They have male team which I think is excellent to see for my boys to know that a care setting is for everyone. I’ve had two of my boys go to this childcare centre, both since they turned one.

I adore how team say different things about my kid to any other kid being collected (as well as what the kids have been doing that day) which shows that she is truly interested in each kid as an individual. My daughter is so excited to go into childcare centre and the updates that they put on the app are frequent and truly give me a flavour of the activities that my daughter does there, from art and painting, to cooking, to sensory playtime. The team are truly responsive to your wishes as a parent, for example, reducing nap times, and I can imagine that any issue could be approached collaboratively with them. The food is outstanding at the childcare centre, so much so that it reassures me my daughter is eating well even when she won’t eat at home! Team have been looking after my daughter since she was in the baby room, so it was lovely for her to have the continuity as a lockdown baby to have someone in the toddler room who had been with her from the start.
