All the team were approachable, welcoming and truly got to know my daughter. This includes the admin team who consistently answered queries efficiently. All the best to everyone there for the future. Thanks for everything. Excellent childcare centre that’s truly helped my three year old daughter to develop all the skills she’ll need, ready to start full time education.

The girls and the manager have been excellent. When I come there is a inviting feeling, all the team are welcoming. I consistently sense comfortable and secure leaving my son. I would highly suggest Spital, Busy Bees to anyone looking for a childcare centre in the area and I sense highly lucky to have found such a fantastic and cheerful setting for my son. My son started preschool in January 2023.

Our 15-month-old is coming on excellent with the new Spital team. I drop him off knowing he is going to be looked after perfectly in the baby room. The centre director and assistant centre director are both regularly visible around the centre, often greeting parents at the door and saying hello to the little ones. It’s nice to see the management team involved around the centre, being welcoming at drop off and pick up and getting to know the families, well. Team in the baby room make extra effort to get to know the babies, which has helped my little one build his self‑assurance and develop so quickly! Thanks so much to three members of team, in particular, you all deserve a duvet day. My little one started Busy Bees, Spital in April 2022 – Since the centre director and assistant centre director have taken over as management, we have been over the moon with our journey at Busy Bees, Spital!

As a parent, not only is there the worry of your kid going to childcare centre for the first time but also during a pandemic, well I need not of worried. The team at the childcare centre have been remarkable! Ensuring that all measures are adhered to, the safety of team, kids and parents and all whilst maintaining a excellent level of trust and reassurance to parents. My little boy has come on leaps and bounds in the six months he has been at childcare centre. The app is exceptional, and it’s excellent to see what your little one is up to throughout the day. I could not suggest the childcare centre enough. My little one is shortly due to development to the next room and the team are ensuring this is a smooth transition whilst still adhering to Covid-19 guidelines. Thank you so much to the team at Busy Bees at Spital. My little boy joined Busy Bees at Spital in September.

It’s a welcoming and inviting setting, where my daughter has thrived. The manager is genuinely a lovely person. She has consistently got a smile on her face and is cheerful to help, in fact, all the team are truly welcoming and interact with the kids from the manager to another member of team who makes the lunches and teas that my daughter enjoys. The childcare centre has lots of activities to teach and entertain the kids, lots of outdoor playtime in the garden, which my daughter loves and key workers that go above and beyond to make sure the kids under their care are cheerful. A big thank you to one team member in particular in tweenies, for being a fabulous key person, being enthusiastic, understanding and truly attentive. Busy Bees, Spital is a lovely childcare centre.

There was a rocky period (like with most businesses) during the aftermath of COVID and if you speak to parents who were affected by that period please do not listen to their opinion as the childcare centre has come so far since then. The childcare centre is fantastic and they truly care for your kid. I have found the pre school to be particularly exceptional in that they enrich the older kids, it is not just come in and be left to playtime. My daughter who is 3 can write her name, recognises every letter in the alphabet and has started spelling simple words. She only attends 2 days a week! She loves all the educators in her room especially her key worker who is consistently so welcoming and informative upon pick up. All the key workers in each room have been incredible with my daughter. I will be so sad to leave the childcare centre this year after having both my daughters attend over a period of 7 years and would highly suggest it to anyone. My daughter has attended Busy Bees Spital since November 2020.

The team are consistently so supportive on drop off and give excellent feedback. I have already seen her flourishing and I know she is cheerful there and that’s all I need to know! My kid has started in the lower pre school room (BUZZ 1) after having a bad journey at another childcare centre.

They have formed excellent friendships with other kids and their educators. The childcare centre has also been so accommodating with their flexibility and assistance especially during this pandemic and our busy work schedules. Thank you so much for all your hard work and adore. Both my kids adore coming to this outstanding and lovely childcare centre, they are highly well cared for here by their exceptional educators.

For any kid it’s difficult and he struggled with separation from us at first but he loves it now and looks forward to going. The range of activities they provide is excellent and they truly look after him with his food. I in particular adore the parent app as I find out what he’s eaten, what he’s been doing and anything else necessary without having to pester the team. We adore sending him there and we will be sending our younger twins there as soon as we can. Thanks for everything Busy Bees at Spital. Our son loves Busy Bees at Spital.

It meant a lot to me. They generally care about the welfare of the kids and their families.
One member of team from Toddlers was particularly attentive and supportive, consistently asking how we were and showing care and compassion each step of the way.
I adore this childcare centre. Thank you to you all. You are all doing a fabulous job. Other than my little girl being highly well looked after and cared for, I recently went through a highly difficult time in my life, and the team/management was highly supportive during this time.
