Since going back after lockdown the procedures they have in place are remarkable and the team are truly understanding as my little girl gets upset being left at the door but they consistently reassure me that within 5 minutes she is happily eating breakfast!
Any concerns I have had have consistently been dealt with promptly by the manager who is truly welcoming and goes out of her way to get to know all the kids at the childcare centre and welcomes them at the door since returning which I think is lovely.
Would highly suggest this childcare centre and looking forward to my little boy joining in January! My little girl has attended Tibbi Tots for 18 months now and loves it!

September 21, 2024 at 5:30 pmThey do so many different activities with the kids and they are consistently outside which is one of the reasons we picked this childcare centre. The manager is exceptional and consistently knows what’s going on. She also knows all of the kids which makes it even more personal. My daughter’s key workers have been incredible and I am consistently highly impressed. My daughter has come on so much since starting at Busy Bees. I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone. Busy Bees is a exceptional childcare centre, my daughter is consistently so cheerful to go to childcare centre and I cannot rate the team enough.

The team are all incredible and there are consistently lots of activities for the kids! Best childcare centre in Southport.

November 8, 2024 at 5:43 pmManagement was consistently visible but not consistently around now. Team employed seem to be younger age and not as experienced with kids. Consistently chatted to keyworker and knew who they were but my second journey not had the same level of service. Sense like you repeat yourself sometimes to different team about your kid. Routine is changed like naps stopped without parent’s permission. Since the parent zone app is introduced you know less about your kid’s day. The app could be used a lot better than what it is. Sometimes the app isn’t updated with naps. Don’t seem to have parents evening as often as my first journey. Sense like service has gone down through my second kid not stayed same or improved. If I had a 3rd kid I wouldn’t jump to book a place. On my second kid through this childcare centre.

He is consistently doing something or telling me something that we have not taught him at home. He loves his time at childcare centre and would highly suggest. My son has attended Busy Bees for two years, 5 days a week.

January 25, 2025 at 6:00 amNutrition is taken highly seriously and all the meals and snacks are healthy and made in house and he is consistently stimulated with plenty of toys and activities to participate in. Couldn’t suggest it enough. Tibbi Tots is a fantastic childcare centre, my son has been going for almost 6 months and he has loved it, the team are highly attentive and he’s grown fond of them.

February 9, 2025 at 4:42 pmOur daughter has been there since 12 months old and her development over the last 2 and a half years has been fantastic to see. She is so cheerful there and you can see all the team genuinely care about the kids as well as each other and the parents too.
We’ve never had any issues and she is consistently well looked after.
Highly recommended! I cannot rate this childcare centre highly enough.

February 16, 2025 at 11:17 amthe team are truly excellent and they do a big mix of things for the kids to keep them entertained and teach them new things. The outside playtime areas are truly big which is excellent for the summer and the indoor spaces are large, spotless and full of things to do.
The app is also truly handy and the team update it throughout the day and send photos of enjoyable activities so you don’t miss out on what they have been up to. Also great for knowing what they have eaten and if they have pooed/used potty etc. which is highly supportive.
The food consistently sounds incredible and makes me wish I was getting to eat there. Our daughter loves it here!

They have come on so much since starting here, their self‑assurance is incredible. They surprise me every day with how much they have learnt. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre!

March 19, 2025 at 6:38 amTo reassure me, the team would send photos showing that she had settled down etc. We established she was missing her mum and dad, and the team started working on ways to help her settle better – individual assistance activities, etc. They also worked on certificates and sticker charts and she is now going into childcare centre with no tears. The team’s dedication to making both my daughter and myself happier at drop-off is incredible.
Separate to this, all the team there know my daughter by name, even those not in her class, and they consistently find the time to say hello to her. Their dedication astounds me! My daughter has consistently been great when arriving at childcare centre but recently started to get upset as I left her.

April 16, 2025 at 7:56 amI moved to Busy Bees Southport and I haven’t looked back. My kid was a delayed talker due to lockdown/poor childcare centre care and wasn’t verbal, this was spotted immediately and a discussion was had about putting a plan in place to assistance my kid. With proper assistance, a care plan and encouragement, my kid flourished. They’re ready for school and now never stop talking, this is largely down to Busy Bees.
I also put my other baby into Busy Bees, Southport from 1 year old and he is thriving, ahead with his speech, making friends and doing activities daily that I’d adore to do but due to work/life commitments, I can’t. My youngest has a food allergy and eczema, the team apply cream and ensures his allergy is protected, nothing is too much trouble. I sense like I owe so much to this childcare centre, the management and all the team are remarkable. Having moved from another local childcare centre due to poor management and childcare (closed by Ofsted).

The team are all welcoming and supportive, the food and snacks are healthy and varied, the childcare centre is spotless and has lots of toys/facilities etc. The team are all fantastic with helping the kids to settle in and development whilst at the childcare centre. Would highly suggest! Tibbi Tots is a lovely childcare centre!

It was a highly difficult time for all of us and all team worked so hard, with patience, to make sure she is a part of the group. My little girl made big development and I am highly thankful for that. Each member of team is highly welcoming and consistently with smiles which makes a great atmosphere of this place.

May 10, 2025 at 4:41 pmFrom the moment he arrived, my wife and I felt that he was in the safest of hands. The childcare centre itself is well appointed and equipped and staffed to deal with young kids of all abilities and characteristics. The activities the kids take part in are varied and stimulating and we can say without a shadow of a doubt that our son’s time there developed him immensely educationally and socially. The centre director and all her team have a way of dealing with you as the parent, that makes you sense you’re the only parent they ever speak to. They are thoroughly expert and qualified for the demanding roles they have.
The childcare centre chef provides healthy and nutritious meals three times a day (plus snacks) for all the kids – I have no idea how he manages but he does.
I can’t suggest Tibbi Tots enough. Our eldest son attended Tibbi Tots from the age of eleven months until he left for Reception at a local primary school.

We have used Tibbi Tots Childcare centre in Southport since 2013 (for our son, before his starting school and now for our daughter, currently aged 3).

The safety of the kids is highly clearly their main priority, my kids adore going there! The team are so welcoming and treat my kids as if they where their own it’s remarkable to see, I do and will continue to suggest this childcare centre to anyone who will listen and could not have wished for a better childcare centre to have my kids attend. Could not sing the praises of all the team and this childcare centre any more than I already do!
