He has settled in very well and seems cheerful there. The team seem compassionate and are welcoming. They also took trouble attentive for him when he was not feeling very well. Management are efficient at responding to queries and dealt well and promptly with reopening following lockdown which was a relief to me. The menu is healthy and varied. I am confident he is being well looked after. My only request would be to improve the efficiency of the afternoon pick up process. My kid joined last month age 1.

The team consistently take time to talk to us about our son’s day. Dietary requirements are followed and our son loves his time there. The team have a great connection with the parents and have been very supportive and flexible with us through some difficult times. We are very pleased with our kid’s attendance at Busy Bees in Sevenoaks.

Almost without exception, the team are welcoming and all seem to make an effort to get to know the kids. They also greet my kid by name whenever passing and take an active interest in the kids’s development. My kid is consistently very cheerful to go to childcare centre and talks fondly of it when she is not there. Unfortunately there do seem to be some issues with team retention which is quite unsettling. There have been a number of notable departures in recent weeks which is sad. They have some outstanding individual team members and they should work hard to try and retain them as continuity is important for both kids and parents. Notwithstanding that I have, and do, suggest the childcare centre to others. The childcare centre has great facilities and longer commuter welcoming opening hours compared to some others in the locality, which is attractive.

It initially took him some time to settle and I was unsure if it was the right place for him, however, after a few months, he had adapted very well. The current team are fantastic, they are all very welcoming and sense more like a family. When my son left recently to start school we were all very sad to say goodbye and he still talks of his time at Busy Bees a lot. It’s extremely spotless and organised and I like the warmth the team have towards the kids, consistently there for a cuddle if needed. There’s a great mix of ages and skills within the team there now and the Manager and Room Leaders are consistently very cooperative and understanding. My son started at Busy Bees when he was 2.5 after his previous childcare centre closed.

The management is passionate about all kids and filters down to the individual key workers. Each key worker has their different attributes but mostly positive. Excellent outside space for the kids to utilise and excellent toilet facilities for kids who are going through toilet training. The food could be better selected as some dishes appear to cater for the few rather than the masses. Team turnover appears to be well managed. Busy Bees is a childcare centre that will look after your little ones with enthusiasm and great care.

The majority of the team are very attentive and facilities are excellent, especially the garden. It’s a real shame a lot of the great team have left. Generally, there has been a lot of change which can be unsettling for the kids. My son enjoys the majority of the food although some of the meals are not very appealing and he comes home hungry on occasion. The updates by the childcare centre management has improved greatly and there have been a lot of new initiatives which have been very welcomed. My eldest son is very cheerful at Busy Bees and my youngest is due to start later in the year.

The team there create a welcoming, secure and nurturing setting for the kids that encourages creativity, discovering and development. The updates lines between the childcare centre and the parents are excellent and well supported by the ParentZone app which contains logs, observations and key stage assessments of the kids.
I would wholeheartedly suggest Busy Bees for anyone looking for an outstanding childcare centre for their little ones! Busy Bees in Sevenoaks has been remarkable throughout the time that my kids have been there.

They are so loving and I really appreciate the attention to detail provided in feeding back to us about his day. Very great updates about any bumps or accidents had with courtesy calls. Excellent healthy meals, look after my son so well.

However, team retention is a big problem which can be upsetting for the kids. My daughters really delight in their time at Busy Bees and they do some excellent activities. The team genuinely care about the kids at the childcare centre and there are some truly fantastic people working there.

The childcare centre even gave us advice and guidance regarding any help that is out there for disabled kids which was greatly appreciated as we were completely lost at the beginning. Just want to say thanks so much for all their help. We started the childcare centre just as our daughter was diagnosed with RETT syndrome and we were devastated but the manager and all the team have been so exceptional and supportive, consistently accommodating to our daughter’s special needs and she absolutely loves going there, which gives us excellent peace of mind knowing she is cheerful there.

During their years here, my boys have both been so cheerful and I have felt very comfortable leaving them in the care of the childcare centre where they have been so well cared for and nurtured by the fantastic team. They have built excellent relationships with their key workers and I have really felt that they have cared for my kids and their welfare. Very highly recommended and we have been very pleased with this childcare centre/preschool over the years. No negative comment to give. Between them, my sons have been at Busy Bees Sevenoaks for nearly 6 years, with my youngest just about to leave for school.

The team were very flexible to help us settle her in gradually, slowly and in just a week, she was already walking into the childcare centre quite cheerful. Everyone is super welcoming, nice, attentive and everyone knows her well, not only her key worker but all team have got to know her. It is a fantastic place for her – full of activities that combine creativity, reading and outdoor activities. Our daughter has got so much better at speaking English (she speaks Spanish at home). Ever since our daughter started at Busy Bees she has been receiving incredible care.

They have consistently given him excellent care and attention. He loves to go and missed it during lock down. He has consistently had excellent keyworkers and friends. It’s also very spotless in there. My son has been going to Busy Bees since he was 6 months.

My kid thrived in the year that he attended before he started school and he enjoyed going there. I’d happily suggest this place to any parent. This is a lovely childcare centre with welcoming team that are attentive and attentive.

They are passionate about the kids who attend and give them lots of attention. They all seem to know all the kids, even those not under their direct care. Food is not consistently eaten and there are some occasions I need to give snacks/drinks to both kids when they are home however, this is consistently fed back to the chef. Overall this is the second childcare centre I have sent my kids to and they are both extremely content here and look forward to their days at Busy Bees. What makes me adore this childcare centre and choose to send my two kids here every day is the loving, welcoming, expert team.

They have had a number of carers during this time but they have all been outstanding, both at attentive for the kids as well as helping them developmentally. Also, management have been proactive and visionary in constantly improving the childcare centre, maintaining high standards and most especially, dealing with the covid crisis swiftly, efficiently and intelligently. Nowhere is perfect and the only small, adverse comment to note is that on some occasions (very few though they’ve been!) messages given to team are not consistently passed on to other team but having said that, once highlighted, this is consistently rectified immediately. It’s a testament to the childcare centre that this is the only criticism I can find. Overall, it’s evident that all team have the welfare of the kids as the highest priority and their journey and professionalism is consistently exemplary. My kids have been with Busy Bees for 2 years and the care that they have received throughout this time has been outstanding.

I think this is mainly due to the attentive atmosphere, the friendliness and attentive nature of the team and the opportunities for playtime along with interaction with their peers. We are consistently all welcomed by a welcoming face and any concerns or feedback is welcomed and acted on. We’ve consistently been cheerful with Busy Bees Sevenoaks and will continue to send our boys there until school. Our boys are really cheerful at the childcare centre and that’s the main thing from my point of view.

They’ve been really reassuring, excellent at being open and in touch and helped my little boy settle in really well, despite the extra measures. He clearly loves his time there and doesn’t want to go home now. Team are consistently welcoming and really supportive and cheerful to let you know what he’s been up to and answer questions. Facilities were excellent when I visited before lockdown, especially the outdoor area. Starting childcare centre in lockdown is tough but the team at Busy Bees has been super supportive.

Both my kids adore attending childcare centre and missed their friends and the team during lock down enormously. I also realised how many activities and how stimulated they are at the childcare centre doing messy playtime and enjoyable make believe, to discovering numbers, days and phonetics. My older boy will be starting school in September and I know that the assistance and development he has got from the Busy Bees team has meant he is fully ready to go – would definitely suggest it. I have 2 kids full time at the childcare centre, both different ages and have been attending for the last 3 1/2 years and whilst I agree with some of the older reviews re team retention this has been a lot more settled in the last couple of years.

I sense totally at ease that he is being taken care of wonderfully whilst there. They are also financially very reasonable and don’t charge on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day where other nurseries would and they don’t charge extortionate late fees also. Endlessly compassionate and welcoming, the team at Busy Bees mean my son adores going.
