She consistently has a lovely day and is consistently excited to tell me all about it. All the team are lovely, comforting her when she feels anxious or sad. I can’t suggest them enough. My little girl has come on so well at Busy Bees.

The team are incredible and nothing is ever too much for them to do. The SEN assistance is exceptional too. The activities my kid gets to do are really great. The team make sure the activities are engaging and interesting. I would suggest this childcare centre. My kid absolutely loves attending Matlock, Busy Bees.

We have had contact with this childcare centre since 2019 and have seen the positive changes that the current management team have made to the childcare centre; updates is outstanding, team turnover seems to have significantly reduced and the atmosphere in the childcare centre is lovely. We were nervous about our second kid starting, as he has severe allergies and additional health needs. However, the care plan completed by the deputy manager around his health concerns and allergies was in-depth and robust. Unfortunately, he has struggled to settle, but the team in all the rooms and the management team have been remarkable. We now have an individual plan for him and he is making great development. Our other son has made outstanding development and absolutely loves preschool. I have full self‑assurance in them to care for our son with severe allergies, which is not said lightly, as it has been a difficult journey for us as a family. All the team have been fantastic with both our kids.

I looked at six others and was immediately sold on Busy Bees, Matlock. They cater for your kid’s individual needs and help them to develop. The team are excellent at what they do. Very welcoming and well‑informed about kid development. Best childcare centre around.

The team are incredible – compassionate, attentive, welcoming and they form positive relationships with the kids, nurturing them whilst in their care. There are consistently activities set up for the kids to engage in and our kids adore circle time, playing outside on the equipment and enjoyable in forest school. The key workers work hard to really get to know each individual kid and will often post photos and observations to the app, so you can see the discovering journey. The team in the preschool room ensure that kids are prepared well for school and assistance and encourage understanding of letters and numbers as well as helping kids to follow golden rules. The meals and snacks provided are healthy and consistently varied. We would wholeheartedly suggest this childcare centre to other families. We have sent our two daughters to this childcare centre and our infant son is starting there next week.

The team in my daughter’s room are so attentive and she settled so well straight away which helped me start back working. The feedback on the app is excellent and seeing her pictures, playing mates all day. The manager has been very supportive with invoices and any queries I have regarding my daughter. My great comments are just regarding the value of food ie. spaghetti bolognese and garlic bread (starter and main) and then no pudding. childcare centre is such a welcoming place.

My son has been going here for two years and he absolutely loves it! He sometimes has tears at drop off but the team are exceptional with him and distract him with activities to help him settle. They do fantastic activities with the kids all designed to help them learn with playtime. Thank you to you all for your kindness, patience and adore. Your passion for your job really shines through. The childcare centre team at Busy Bees Matlock are all fantastic.
