Busy Bees Mardley Hill

Mardley Hill is a wonderful clean, safe environment with staff that take care of the children as if they were their own.
Mardley Hill was the only nursery we visited where we felt at complete ease the moment we went in to view. Our daughter was comfortable and happy to sit and play with the staff and other children whilst we took our tour. Two years on she is absolutely thriving under the care and guidance of the Mardley Hill team.
The manager and her staff are friendly and approachable in every way allowing for the utmost support. During the recent lockdown, the manager kept us up to date at every stage with the nursery developments, supported us with home learning activities and she and the team ensured that every child’s return to nursery was into a safe, loving environment.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mardley Hill to anyone, it is a wonderful nursery that encourages children to express themselves, develop character and become wonderful caring people.

Busy Bees at Mardley Hill have been incredible for our daughter, it took her a little while to settle and the team remained patient, making her comfortable. She now absolutely loves it and can’t wait to go in and play. She has come on so much from seeing what the other children do and always comes home having done something new at the end of the week. Sadly our daughter has recently had to have an operation, resulting in a full body cast and we couldn’t have asked for more from the team adapting her surroundings and looking after her and us! They did this so well so that we don’t have to worry. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We decided to start our child at this nursery earlier this year due to Covid-19 and him having such a lack of time with other children to develop and learn from them. We have seen our child come on leaps and bounds since starting Busy Bees at Mardley Hill and that’s from the help of all the staff too. We get updates and pictures of all the activities he is doing and whenever he learns something new. We find this also really helpful so we can replicate the same sounds or interactions at home to continue to assist with our child’s development. The director and her team have always made me feel so calm and at ease with the nursery transition and my little one is so settled now and excited every time we get to the front door! I couldn’t recommend them enough. They go above and beyond to promote fun whilst learning, working on kindness and relationships, activities inside and outside, provide great diversity of food and create a really warm environment for your child to be in!

Busy Bees at Mardley Hill is a wonderful, cosy nursery in a pretty setting. All the staff are very welcoming and accommodating and seem to have bonded really well with our three and a half year old twin daughters, who at times can be a bit reserved when it comes to a new environment. They always come back from nursery very cheerful and happy singing lots of new songs, telling stories and bringing home some very interesting arts and crafts that they have done that day. Parents are provided with a lot of updates and feedback about the children via the app and face to face on drop offs and pick ups every day. Busy Bees at Mardley Hill have also taken all the necessary precautions during the pandemic to make children and their parents feel safe and well looked after. We are very grateful to happen to live close by to such a great day care.

Look no further. The team are simply wonderful! Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her visits and even after a long break of a year, she settled straight back in. While we were away the staff kept in contact which was really thoughtful and appreciated. Good variety of healthy meals. Plenty of stimulating items in the rooms and activities to help children develop.

Outstanding, excellent, caring, diligent, attentive and professional are just a few words that describe my experience at this nursery. The care is second to none. The staff are informative, always ready to assist and it has a personal touch that I have not experienced elsewhere. The nursery is spotlessly clean and the children are happy and engaged. I have yet to meet a member of staff who does not go above and beyond. This nursery has the benefit of not being too big so that every member of staff knows every child. Can’t rate this nursery high enough for their care of my granddaughter. For anyone that wants peace of mind knowing their child is in a safe environment, surrounded by care and love whilst also nurturing every individual child’s development, Busy Bees Mardley Hill is the nursery that offers this in abundance.

A truly wonderful nursery. Our daughter has thrived since joining and loves her days spent at Busy Bees. Parents receive daily updates via the app about meals, activities, personal development and photos which is lovely to receive. The staff are nurturing, kind, friendly, approachable and highly professional, they treat each child as an individual and create a welcoming and safe environment for the children with a varied range of activities to help build their confidence, learning and personal development. We are so thrilled with the level of care and attention our daughter receives, she doesn’t look back when she walks in at drop-off and has formed some lovely friendships with other children too.

The team at Busy Bees Mardley Hill are exemplary. Each and every day that I collect my 14 month old baby she’s both happy and content.
Staff are all upbeat and personable and the positive culture can be seen in the average tenure of staff – they clearly all enjoy their work.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees, Mardley Hill for the past 2 years. I could not have asked for a better start in life for her. The nursery is simply fantastic. She has thrived in her time there and the staff are excellent.
They nurture and care for the children, and recognise each one as an individual.
Every day there are fun and interesting activities and the staff clearly love and cherish all of the children.
There is an on-site chef who prepares tasty meals every day and my daughter enjoys all the food there. Plus there is a guy who comes and does sports activities with the children 3 times a week, which my daughter loves. I drop her off every day knowing she is in the best possible hands. We get photos and updates and all the children seem so happy there.
The management are superb. They have such a lovely way of communicating with parents, and my daughter’s key worker is simply the best. I have so much respect for her and just want to say thank you so much for everything.

I feel very privileged to be writing this review of Busy Bees Mardley Hill. It is hard to entrust your child into the care of others, but from the very first day there, she has been so happy. She loves going and loves each and every member of the amazing team. They are without exception the best and thoroughly deserved the outstanding Ofsted report they obtained. From the learning facilities and the care that goes into planning each and every learning activity to the awesome resources and carefully chosen food menu. The management team are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So thank you everyone at Busy Bees for nurturing and teaching our precious girl and for being totally awesome. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery and it’s wonderful stuff to everyone.
