September 13, 2024 at 12:57 amShe’s been through the baby room, kingfishers and now pre-school and each room caters for the age range very well. The chef prepares a very great range of food and caters for all needs such as preparing my daughter’s meals separately as she cannot have dairy. My daughter has been at Busy Bees for around 2 years and loves it.

September 27, 2024 at 12:45 pmThe manager is lovely, maybe 1 or 2 of the carers I like and get on with. Would appreciate a more welcoming service. Incredible activities, care and super garden though. I adore the online updates! I have to say I am totally impressed with the activities and the friends my son has made.
However, not very flexible with the hours, for example, if I needed to swap days of when my son goes to childcare centre (say I just needed to swap for 1 week) this could not be provided as a service.
Also if I’m honest the overall feeling I receive from the carers, they don’t come across 100% welcoming.

I sense cheerful and reassured when leaving them in the care of the fantastic team there, even though my son still struggles during drop-off in the mornings. He tells me about all the things he got up to during the day, and has clearly had a excellent time. For me above all, I want my kids to be somewhere they sense cheerful and secure balanced with a level of engagement and activity, and I know they get this from Busy Bees childcare centre and team. Both our kids (32 months and 17 months) are at Busy Bees Lewes, and we are delighted with the childcare centre.

I would happily suggest the childcare centre to others and I’m sure my Son will delight in the childcare centre too when he joins next year. My daughter started at the childcare centre in the summer when she turned two.

It is clear that they have built strong relationships with the kids they care for, based on warmth and trust. They communicate clearly and in detail to parents. I couldn’t be happier with the care my daughters have received! Both of my daughters have attended Busy Bees Childcare centre and have had care of an extremely high quality.

He and I both have a lovely relationship with his key worker, but all the team are so welcoming and involved that everything runs just as smoothly if his key worker is on holiday, which is so reassuring. My son is a sensitive boy who finds being separated from me difficult but the team at Busy Bees have made the transition to childcare centre very straightforward.

I consistently find the team to be extremely expert, accommodating and informative. Excellent care is taken to make the activities and their surrounds very stimulating for the various ages whilst also encouraging quiet time and cuddles. I am extremely cheerful with my choice of childcare centre. My 14-month-old daughter has been attending the childcare centre for the past 6 months.

All team are so welcoming, reassuring and expert. The childcare centre is like a little school, it’s so lovely, spotless and full of enjoyable. The outside space is really secure and secure and full of activities. The food is varied and fresh. I adore that my little girl tried new things there. We could not be more excited that our little girl goes to this childcare centre.

December 30, 2024 at 6:32 amHe is a very sensitive kid who found the transition times in the morning difficult. I know the close relationship with his key worker is exceptional, as once we have gone he is settled, he sleeps and eats really well. I know he is cheerful when we are not there, as the childcare centre have a fingerprint recognition system on the outside door. This means, when I go to pick up him up, I can scan myself in and go to the area where he is discovering and playing. I can clearly see he is enjoying himself before he sees me! At the end of the day, his key worker consistently has time to share what he has learnt or experienced that day. I can also use parentzone to view what he is discovering and they share his next steps. My son is thriving in their care, I cannot thank the all of the team enough for their kindness towards my family. I am so glad a friend recommended Busy Bees to me, it was the right childcare centre for us. My son started Busy Bees when he turned 12 months.

January 27, 2025 at 2:00 amThey monitor the kid’s development and develop key skills for milestones. The team are welcoming and inviting and put the kid first.
There is a very social setting that my son loves, the childcare centre is consistently busy and working with cultural holidays and seasons, like Autumn, Halloween and Mothers Day. Observations are completed regularly and reporting on kids’s activities are thorough. The provision of nappies, hot meals and laundry makes life much easier for parents. My son has enjoyed childcare centre – the team are very energetic and engaged.

February 23, 2025 at 3:29 amMy 4-year-old loves going to childcare centre. He has developed so much while at Busy Bees at Lewes and is becoming a very bright, rounded and inquisitive little boy. I thank the childcare centre for much of this. I am so cheerful leaving him there and I am confident with everything the team do. I can’t thank them enough and as my son says, “I adore childcare centre”. The management and the team in pre-school are absolutely remarkable.

The team are very great at listening and are attentive and attentive with my babies. The flexibility of the childcare centre has really helped them settle in. I have been very pleased with my choice of Busy Bees Childcare centre.

I am very cheerful that I choose Busy Bees at Lewes and have highly recommended the childcare centre to friends and family. My little girl has been going to Busy Bees Childcare centre for over 2 years now and there hasn’t been a day she hasn’t been cheerful/excited to go to childcare centre.

May 2, 2025 at 9:01 amTheir days are filled with lots of enjoyable and diverse activities and they go out for little trips around the town. They also spend a great amount of time on discovering activities. Through the parentzone I get really great information about what they are up to and how this contributes to their discovering. The team are all outstanding and ensure that the kids sense settled and cheerful at all times. When settling my little one in recently, the team spent lots of time asking me questions to understand his routine and needs and making sure that his first few weeks have been as easy a transition as possible. The food is also outstanding and I consistently suggest Busy Bees when talking to other parents. My two boys go to Busy Bees at Lewes and they adore it.

The team here are very welcoming and attentive. My eldest boy started this childcare centre at 8 months old, he was settled very quickly and loves all the activities they do, he talks about his friends and gets very excited telling me about his day.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to chose Busy Bees. I have high praise for the team, the education, the care and the resources. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest to any parent. My daughter has attended Busy Bees since she was 5 months old.
