Busy Bees Holmes Chapel

My son has attended Busy Bees since he was eight months old. As you can imagine I was very worried to leave him as a first-time mum, but I was soon reassured by the staff, who soon learnt his routine and kept me updated with what he had been doing after every session, including photographs which were always lovely to see. He is now three and has made lots of friends and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of nursery. Each key worker he has had has been lovely and they have spent time getting to know what he enjoys doing and involving him in activities. All the staff are friendly and the manager always greets him every morning and says goodbye on our way out, which is always nice
The food he has is varied, all home cooked and he always eats everything he is given!
I would highly recommend Busy Bees and look forward to seeing what new activities he will be doing next year and can’t thank the staff enough, knowing he is enjoying himself whilst I can’t be with him

The staff at Busy Bees are excellent. I feel that they really care about the welfare and happiness of my daughter and are never too busy to share funny stories that have happened during the nursery day.
They encourage in all areas of eating and play and I feel that if I cannot look after my daughter due to work commitments, they are a very close second best.

I have always been delighted with the care, support and education that my daughter receives at Busy Bees at Holmes Chapel. It is clear that staff work hard at building very strong relationships with the children, ensuring that children feel safe and happy. When any problems occur, I have always been able to approach staff who have dealt with anything quickly and thoroughly. Communication is excellent- via flyers and noticeboards as well as electronically. In particular, the drop-off and pick-up communication is very good- key workers give us a lot of time, even when they are clearly busy. My daughter is very happy here because she is safe, listened to, well fed (!) and takes part in a variety of activities which are perfectly targeted to her age group and interests. I have recommended Busy Bees at Holmes Chapel to friends and have just enrolled my baby.

My nine-month-old son has only recently started nursery whilst I have gone back to work full time. I have been really impressed by the professionalism of the nursery and staff, they seem to take my son’s well-being very seriously and I feel they treat him with respect, silly as that may sound!

The variety of activities and the food on offer is really impressive and I think he really enjoys his time there.

Overall, my husband and I are very happy.

All the staff at Busy Bees Holmes Chapel have been so attentive and supportive following our daughter’s return after the end of lockdown. They have gone over and above to help the children and parents adapt to the new normal. Professional, friendly and conscientious, we are so grateful for the happy learning environment they provide. Our daughter is thriving and developing well in readiness for starting school next year. The new outdoor play area has been a real hit with the children and it’s great they can enjoy gardening activities too. A first-rate centre.

Busy Bees is a famous nursery od a high standard. Both of our children have formed strong bonds with the staff and peers. They have thrived in this environment. We have been very happy with the care and support given. Staff have had to work during a really difficult time and we are so appreciative of the continued effort and dedication they put into their work.

Lovely, friendly staff and my daughter loves attending the nursery. Have been with the nursery for over five years now with both my children and have always been very pleased with them. My only suggestion would be, since Covid, there is a lot less feedback with how the child is doing/development etc. Pre Covid, we used to be asked in for little sessions to discuss how our child is getting on, but since Covid, this has not happened. I realise they would let us know if they had any concerns, but it was quite nice to discuss with the key worker.

Such a warm, welcoming, friendly environment, with wonderful professionals who cannot do enough to help, support and develop your little ones. We have been so happy with the setting and receive wonderful communication from the team on a daily basis, towards how our little one’s day is and what they have been up to!

My little one was very clingy starting nursery but the staff are lovely and have done everything possible to help her settle in. The nursery has also gone above and beyond by providing staff with additional training for our little one’s health condition.
