My son has attended here since 11 months old and now at 3 is enjoying the preschool room.
The team are kid focused and will work with you to develop a routine around your kid and not what works best for the majority. They are consistently willing to listen to your experiences with your kid and work hard to create a home from home for your little one.
I have consistently found the childcare centre policies to be very robust, easy to follow and secure for all. I have had few causes to complain but when I have flagged an issue it has been dealt with quickly and with care by all management.
They have recently begun providing breakfasts for parents on the run and their extracurricular opportunities such as Mother’s Day brunch and grandparents day are a lovely touch.
I am very pleased with our choice of childcare centre and our soon to be born second kid already has their name down for a place in the future. Cannot suggest Busy Bees Gillingham enough.

My daughter has attended since she was eleven months and thoroughly enjoys it. If we haven’t left home early enough she’s trying to push me out of the door.

Her self‑assurance is incredible and she learns every single day. I get updates on her development daily and a parents evening regularly to see her file which is full of pictures and reviews.

I sense like the team genuinely care about my daughter’s development and actively engage with us to ensure we are working together to provide the best care. The management takes every comment seriously and acts on all feedback in a positive way.

10/10, I enrolled my son before he was born and have no hesitation recommending this childcare centre to my friends! I cannot rate this childcare centre highly enough.

The team are so approachable, attentive and expert. The structure and activities for the kids are remarkable and my son has thrived under their supervision. My son has transitioned from this childcare centre to his school almost seamlessly and I believe this is down to the hard work the team had put in preparing him for the transfer of the setting.
Being a first time mum with a struggle of leaving my son in the care of others, I couldn’t have hoped for a better journey. Please do not make the same mistake as I did and assume that higher Ofsted settings are superior and better for your kid, I wished I had placed my son in this setting from the off. If I had, I would have had more value for money and an even more content kid and self‑assurance in his care. I’m grateful for the quality of care and assistance given to my son during the past year and the positive impact this journey will have on his future. This childcare centre has such a welcoming and family orientated atmosphere, it’s like a home from home.

All of the team are welcoming, have a smile on their face and are cheerful to answer any questions. My daughter is only 9months and is consistently cheerful when I pick her up. The team thoroughly talk me through what my daughter has been up to; what she’s played, what’s she’s eaten, how much milk she’s had and what her nappies were like.
Overall, very pleased. My kid began attending this childcare centre in January and has settled in really well.

She loves her key worker and loves turning up every morning. She has made friends and we have noticed that she had come out of her shell and I can see that she is growing into a confident young lady and the childcare centre has a lot to do with that. I’m so pleased we chose this childcare centre. Our daughter started here full time in July 2017 and we couldn’t be more pleased with the childcare centre.

He is sociable, has made friends and has developed a lovely little personality. The childcare centre has worked with him on a number of things and he is now great with colours, numbers and is consistently running around the house singing childcare centre rhymes. So much of this is down to the childcare centre.
The team are lovely and consistently willing to help out with anything you need. A real welcoming and attentive setting and couldn’t wish for a better childcare centre for my son to attend. Since starting at childcare centre my son has progressed in leaps and bounds.

They know my son amazingly well and I am so cheerful leaving him in their care. The team are incredible and so attentive.

I have trouble sometimes getting my little boy through the door due to separation anxiety’s, however, the team handle him incredible! They know I worry a lot and will make sure they contact me if it’s been a bad morning to keep my mind at rest. My little boy seems to delight in his time there and also delight in their food as he seems to eat more there than he does at home! It is a very spotless well looked after childcare centre and I do not have any concerns about my kid’s safety or well-being when he attends! Would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone, team are incredible!

My daughter has been going since Sept 2017. Any mum will know it is a hard and stressful time trying to find the right childcare centre and leaving your kid for the first time. I went and visited multiple nurseries at first and believed this was the best childcare centre I visited out of a possible 8+. My daughter enjoys her time there, she is consistently smiling when I drop her off and excited to see her key worker which is a excellent feeling. They are very informative and when I leave her I sense confident she is having enjoyable and being well looked after, which is all I want. The rooms are consistently spotless and full of toys and the team are all welcoming, approachable and attentive. Cannot fault this childcare centre at all! Highly suggest this childcare centre.
