Busy Bees Farnborough Q

Everyone is very attentive and supportive of our needs. I know that when I leave my son for the day he is going to have incredible activities and be cared for.
I don’t have words to describe how grateful I am to everyone. The team at Busy Bees Farnborough Day Childcare centre are stellar.

Our son has been attending for the last couple of years and prior to starting was quite nervous around new places and experiences, but since he started at Busy Bees, he has come on leaps and bounds with his development and self‑assurance! He absolutely loves attending childcare centre and is so cheerful there.
All the management and team are so lovely and welcoming and form excellent relationships with the kids. They all know your kid by name and their individual personalities! They are consistently just a quick phone call away and very responsive to any queries you may have.
The Busy Bees team also organise a lot of interactive team/parent/kid events which has been excellent for parents to come in, get a sense for the childcare centre and engage in enjoyable activities with their kids. We did not hesitate to sign up our second kid to Busy Bees too and over the past few months, we can also see them growing in self‑assurance. Exceptional childcare centre!

I can’t fault anything from the childcare centre. All the team are lovely and keep us well informed of what our kids have been up to each day. The food that is served looks delicious and all the activities they get up to seem a lot of enjoyable. Incredible!

The team are incredible and really try to help each individual kid develop into their own incredible little character. Compared to other nurseries in the area, in my opinion, this is by far the best one. My son went here and more recently, my daughter and they both have loved it!

Took several complaints to receive the level of care I expect.
The standard of food is poor, my kid is consistently hungry when I collect him. Overall I have had a great journey.
However, some team are rude and lazy.

From being shown around by a particular member of team, to settling sessions within Bombos 1, the whole journey has been fantastic. As any parents leaving their kid for the first time, we were very nervous but the team at Busy Bees soon had us reassured and cheerful. The team in the baby room are truly incredible. They took note of our daughter’s needs and our concerns, including a peanut allergy, they fully communicate how her day is going with the app, and the photos they send of her enjoying all the activities they arrange to bring us joy every day.
The food is varied and she absolutely loves it. Updates is outstanding every day but we also receive weekly childcare centre newsletters as well as individual messages.
I cannot compliment this childcare centre enough. We adore it! Busy bees Farnborough Q has been the perfect childcare centre for our little girl and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our choice to have her go there.

They provide so many updates, are so compassionate and considerate and really give you a lot of time so that you and your kid sense comfy. Very grateful to them, thank you. My daughter is still settling in but I have been really impressed by all the team.

All of the childcare centre workers in each room made the move seamless. With settling in sessions, personalised cards and bringing his favourite activities and interests into the new room so he felt more at ease. Recently my son had an infection and his appetite hasn’t been incredible but the Bumbles team especially one team member, have been incredible which helping Noah to eat again. And most importantly, he’s discovering skills in Bumbles that I’ve been trying for months at home. Can’t thank you guys enough! My son recently moved rooms from Bombos 2 to Bumbles and I couldn’t be happier with the transition.

I cannot fault the level of care that he receives, he loves everyone and consistently has a fantastic time. I can be at work knowing he is well cared for and enjoying his day and I cannot thank the team there enough for being so supportive with us as parents and with him too. I adore how he gets involved with all kinds of activities, even though he is still little and I can’t wait to see him development as he gets older. Thank you. From the moment my son started with everyone at Busy Bees, Farnborough Q, he has felt cheerful and settled with all the fantastic ladies who look after him.

She really loves it, and I have seen her develop and grow so much as a result. The team are outstanding, really welcoming and genuinely care for the kids. The activities are varied and are all focussed on developing the kids across multiple skills (e.g. art, counting, French, reading). I know my daughter gets to try new food at the preschool and this has helped her be more open to trying new foods at home. I would suggest Busy Bees. My daughter has attended Busy Bees in Farnborough for nearly two years.
