September 6, 2024 at 11:59 pmThey have taken excellent care of both of my kids. My son left in August 2022 but my daughter is still there. The team have helped my daughter grow, be independent and stopped being such a Covid baby. She loves childcare centre and enjoys playing and making friends. I would 100% suggest Busy Bees Eastbourne to anyone. The team are very welcoming and supportive.

September 19, 2024 at 9:34 amMy main concern when sending him to childcare centre was that he wouldn’t delight in it but sending him to Busy Bees Eastbourne proved me wrong. He enjoys going to childcare centre, I would say it’s his favourite time of the week. Seeing all his friends and the team that works there. He has come out of his shell so much since joining childcare centre. They have helped me in so many ways as well. He now eats fruit which I thought I would never see, I struggled so much with this before sending him to childcare centre. The team at this childcare centre are compassionate and understanding and have helped me with any concerns I have had regarding my son. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre to anyone. I am so cheerful I sent my little boy to this childcare centre.

October 7, 2024 at 3:34 amI have been a part of this childcare centre for 7 years now and its development has been incredible. The team are lovely and they care so much about the kids. The equipment they have is lovely, as is the outdoor space available to each group. The hours are remarkable for working parents, and the wide variety of food is cooked on-site, which is rare and excellent for encouraging kids to try different food. I will be quite sad when my youngest moves up to school in September! Both of my kids have/are attending this setting.

They got us through hard times of going back to full time work with almost hourly updates on the app which I found very supportive Attentive team, excellent setting in purpose build building, personalised approach and trustworthy management.

I have a toddler as well as a 10-month-old baby and they are so cheerful when I drop them off and pick them up. Kids adore going to childcare centre and have so much enjoyable with all the different activities they do.

The team are consistently very supportive and compassionate. Overall as parents, we are very pleased we have our son there. Very cheerful with my son’s time at Busy Bees.

October 20, 2024 at 8:37 pmHe is discovering and developing so well and I couldn’t be a more cheerful and satisfied mummy with all the care and additional needs that have been successfully met at Busy Bees childcare centre. My son is thriving and building lovely relationships with his peers and childcare centre team which is so fantastic to see, if there’s been any problems Busy Bees resolves any issues very quickly and the team are consistently welcoming and welcoming. I give 5 stars to Busy Bees Childcare centre for an outstanding service which is well deserved personally I’m very cheerful with the care service Busy Bees Eastbourne childcare centre have provided for my son, he has come on leaps and bounds and evolved so much since joining Busy Bees childcare centre, he is very content and cheerful and his peers adore him!

The baby room team have helped to settle my son so well and have made my return to work so much easier knowing that he is cheerful and well cared for. The room is consistently set up beautifully but also with age-appropriate and stimulating setups. I don’t have a single bad comment to make. Thank you team. Busy Bees Eastbourne have been outstanding from day one.

The childcare centre doesn’t seem to have a high team turn over which is a massive positive for consistency and the relationships formed with the kids. My son enjoys going and think the app is excellent for seeing what he is up to throughout the day. The outside space is remarkable and they are able to use the garden throughout the year. Would suggest Busy Bees, Eastbourne to anyone looking for a childcare centre for their kid to attend. Had two kids attend the childcare centre and have not had any issues.

My daughter is cheerful every day when she comes home from Busy Bees. Telling me all about her day and all the activities they get up to!
Thank you all very much and would definitely suggest this childcare centre. My daughter started here in January and the team has been incredible with us both!

It’s a very daunting journey leaving your little one somewhere new for a large part of the day, but Busy Bees have made the transition so smooth and enjoyable. Our little one can be a bit clingy but now she’s waving and giving kisses before I’ve even got to the door.
All the team have been so welcoming and fantastic but a special thanks to her key worker, for consistently providing detail of her day and taking such great care and helping her to settle. From the admin, managers, supervisors, room leads, childcare centre team and the chef, I could not praise you more.
We absolutely adore seeing updates on the app so please keep this up.
So glad we chose Busy Bees and would 100% suggest. Wow, this childcare centre is incredible.

March 24, 2025 at 1:06 pmI don’t have a single complaint but I can see the childcare centre has improved massively! Although due to Covid-19 we cannot go into the rooms, I consistently sense assured that everything he needs is accounted for and can only praise the management and team of such a different situation. Food is homemade and consistently fresh. I know mum’s with kids with allergies are very cheerful with the alternatives. There is now an app where we receive live updates and photos so it makes it easier. Can only say great things. My kid just turned three and has been at the childcare centre since he was ten months old.

March 30, 2025 at 6:47 amWe looked at about 10 different nurseries and this one is by far the best we went to visit. The vibe and the team really stuck out. My son is so cheerful, loves all the team and has made some lovely friends. I really like the live updates, makes being away for him a little easier and we adore getting photos of him when at work. The team at the childcare centre go above and beyond for us all, Including a drop and swap for clothes and toys. My son consistently comes home spotless, full up and ready for a great night’s sleep after a full on day of playing, discovering and exploring all the fantastic resources he has access to. Easy secure parking and spotless, bright, secure building for the kids to explore. Overall 10/10. My little ones have been at the childcare centre for nearly a year.

May 5, 2025 at 7:40 amThe team are highly qualified, welcoming and truly care for the kids, they are excellent at supporting any development going on at home within childcare centre, such as potty training. The activities planned for the kids to do day to day are exceptional and really help with their development and they’re becoming well-rounded little individuals!
I cannot suggest Busy Bees, Eastbourne enough! I have had kids at Busy Bees Childcare centre for over four years now and I could not be happier with the care they provide and have provided for my kids.

May 18, 2025 at 9:39 amMy daughter is extremely shy and anxious and all the team were super attentive and considerate towards both my daughter and me. They have worked so hard that my daughter feels so much happier going to childcare centre.
The rooms are consistently displayed with incredible activities set out really well.
I adore that there is quite a lot of space in each room and the garden is also excellent. I adore that all the kids can have as much as outdoor activities as they like.
I think it’s excellent that preschool has set activities they do, and have story time too.
My daughter consistently comes home telling me about all the yummy food she has had too.
It is consistently spotless when I have visited. The team including the managers and the chef are consistently so welcoming and all the kids light up when they see each member.
I adore that everything is included in the price. I instantly fell in adore with Busy Bees childcare centre.

My kid was so fussy about meals and he is now having everything they provide.
Absolutely incredible team! They consistently update me about his activities and interaction. I can’t thank them enough for their assistance and patience.
