September 16, 2024 at 5:16 pmThe team are consistently welcoming and informative. The team make an effort at the end of each day to inform us of what has happened during our kid’s day. The team work highly hard and it shows with our kids’s development. We sense the childcare centre in both cases has prepared our daughters for the best start to school. We have sent both of our daughters to this childcare centre and we wouldn’t want them anywhere else.

Inside equipment and activities great standard and enjoyed by attending kid. Team address any issues/concerns promptly and strive to address them efficiently and effectively.

October 16, 2024 at 7:25 amWhen I see how cheerful and comfortable he is with the childcare centre team, I sense reassured that he is in a excellent and attentive childcare centre. The way the team are with the kids is lovely. I am so cheerful I picked Busy Bees at East Kilbride. Also, the garden is a big selling point for us, all that time outside is exceptional. My son has been at the childcare centre since September 2020 and throughout lockdown.

We have had our kids in Busy Bees from the baby room through to pre-school and it has consistently been a positive journey.

December 22, 2024 at 11:09 amFrom when we initially visited to view the childcare centre to when our daughter left the team have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure our journey has been excellent.
As a family with two keys workers, we have been so grateful to Busy Bees for continuing to accommodate our daughter during changing circumstances and giving her a lovely routine that she looks forward to each week.
The app used by the childcare centre provides daily updates on our daughter’s development and she loves having her breakfast and lunch there, even as a picky eater!
We cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done and all their hard work. If you are considering a childcare centre placement for your kid then Busy Bees will be perfect. I cannot suggest Busy Bees childcare centre enough.

The ParentZone app is regularly updated and has been excellent for keeping us informed about what activities she has been up to and what she has been eating while she is there. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. I have been highly impressed with Busy Bees East Kilbride since sending my daughter last year.

February 1, 2025 at 1:47 amYes, they did have a period where the manager was constantly changing but the new manager has been a welcome addition. The team are excellent – highly attentive and great with all the kids, not just the ones in their specific rooms. I cannot fault the team in the preschool room as they do a remarkable job and consistently take time to talk to parents at the end of the day about what the kids have been doing. The lady at the door consistently has a smile when she welcomes the kids in each morning. I should also mention the cook, who should bring out a cookbook, the kids adore her food that much. My son has been at Busy Bees East Kilbride since he was 9 months old.

Team are exceptional, consistently ready to listen and offer advice. The atmosphere is highly welcoming and I sense reassured that I am leaving my son in secure hands. My son has a excellent time at Busy Bees.

March 2, 2025 at 5:59 amI sense it is a excellent childcare centre and my son loves coming each day. I am also going to enrol my younger son in August. The team are outstanding. The manager and team are incredible all excellent with the kids. Facilities and chef are excellent. Since the new manager has taken over the childcare centre has greatly improved. The garden is incredible and plans for the rooms look excellent. The kids loved going to the Pantomime at Xmas. The manager is a highly hard worker and has truly excellent ideas that we are seeing being put in place. My kid has attended Busy Bees for two years.

March 10, 2025 at 4:39 amMy daughter has developed so quickly at this childcare centre and I know they have taken the time to understand her likes/dislikes and put things in place for her enjoyment. Their assistance after lockdown and settling my daughter was remarkable as it’s hard enough leaving them but after the lockdown was heartbreaking. It has been the best decision putting my daughter here. I highly suggest Busy Bees East Kilbride as I sense confident at leaving my kid in their care.

March 11, 2025 at 4:31 pmThe team are excellent and are great with the kids, adapting to their needs. There is an outdoor area straight out of the main room which is used a lot with lots of activities for the kids (especially since COVID). Team are great at ensuring sun hats/cream are applied too. The team are cheerful to spend time to discuss the day and the ParentZone app is used to update on meals and activities/discovering. The childcare centre is open all year round, as my son is on funded hours this means that we get less hours in the week but all year round which suits our needs. In the morning session, he has breakfast and lunch, and the afternoon session a snack. The meals are consistently varied. At the beginning, the team went through quite a bit of turnover but the new manager has been there for over a year and we truly noticed a big difference in the childcare centre, could not suggest it enough. My son has been at this childcare centre for the past year and a half in the preschool room.

There are consistently new activities for them to do and my little one is consistently discovering something new. My little girl loves coming to childcare centre and consistently has a enjoyable time when she is here.

April 23, 2025 at 1:36 amThey have checked in regularly and my little boy cannot wait until he can get back to playtime with the team and his friends. One big plus point for this childcare centre is the diversity of the staffing team. There are few nurseries that have a gender balance in their teams and here my little boy has had the ability to have both male and female positive role models to give him assistance and input during his early years. This has definitely had a positive impact on his discovering and ability to form healthy relationships with others. I would highly suggest Busy Bees to anyone thinking of starting their little one here. My son consistently comes out with a smile on his face and is consistently offered a healthy balanced diet throughout the day. We will be sad to say goodbye when his first year at school starts. My little one loves Busy Bees and they have been excellent at keeping the kids going with activities to do at home during lockdown.

May 13, 2025 at 10:05 amMy kids were all secure, cheerful, well fed, stimulated so could not ask for more. Team I found to be inviting and attentive and genuinely fond of my kids. The outside space is excellent and woodlands journey fab. No place is perfect but my journey has been highly positive and I was highly sad when my last kid left. I have used Busy Bees for 7 years with three kids.

May 21, 2025 at 3:58 amHowever, the lack of ability to keep a childcare centre manager in place is a reason why I would be hesitant to suggest to a friend. The lack of a permanent manager puts the floor team under extra pressure when they have other things to do with their time and better spent with the kids. The team at Busy Bees East Kilbride are outstanding caregivers to both of my kids.

May 31, 2025 at 6:37 pmThe childcare centre is under constant different managers, the interim childcare centre manager in place whilst recruiting for a manager also runs another childcare centre so is only at the Busy Bees 1 to 2 days a week. The childcare centre is so short-staffed that they have merged two of the small aged rooms together. At times the staffing numbers are not meeting the requirement ratio to the number of kids in the room. The team within the rooms are fab but they are under considerable constraints with lack of assistance, training and leadership. I would not suggest this childcare centre, I have just had to move my daughter who was in the 3-5 room to another childcare centre.
