November 2, 2016 at 12:00 amInstantly I felt very comfortable with the place and staff that I didn’t feel it necessary to look anywhere else. I do not regret my decision one bit. The place is so clean, there are lots of activities to keep the children entertained all day, lots of outdoor time which is fantastic for my little boy who loves playing out. The food is varied, always different things on the menu! The staff are incredibly friendly and it’s evident how much they enjoy working with children by the welcome each receives every morning and they are still smiling at the end of the day at pick up time.
I looked at moving recently only due to a change in personal circumstances but after looking around another nursery it just didn’t compare. I’ve had a very difficult year and the nursery has been so supportive, not just with my boy but take an equal interest in my well being and provide so much invaluable help and support. Nothing is ever too much to ask! I couldn’t be more grateful! Keep up the good work team!

November 2, 2016 at 12:00 amOur little boy has been attending this nursery for over a year now, he has a varied balance of care providers including a childminder and grandparents. He recognises and looks forward to his days here. The staff and management have been fantastic for me as a first time mum going through the process of going back to work, and with my son being away from me for the first time. They have been flexible with his days, adding days due to family illness when needed, which is very much appreciated. I looked around several nurseries before choosing this one and was impressed with the cleanliness, attitude and commitment of the staff. From the first time we looked around the site I knew this was the place for my little boy. Keep up the good work and a big thank you for all you do.

July 24, 2017 at 12:00 amVery happy with the care my daughter receives at Kindercare Nursery. The staff are lovely and take a real interest in my daughter’s needs and interests. I enjoy the current activities they do, for example, yoga and dough disco. I love the generous outdoor space which a lot of the other local nurseries don’t have and appreciate how they take on board any concerns we have as parents. The security and safe guarding give me a huge peace of mind and I feel like my child has come on a lot since attending.

November 6, 2017 at 12:00 amMy son has attended the nursery for well over a year now and thoroughly enjoys his time there. He started in the baby room and is now in Tweenies.
One thing that was really important to me was that the key workers from the team who had looked after my son in the baby room made the journey up to Tweenies to ensure continuity of care and a comfortable transition.
His personal development in terms of his verbal communication is exceptional and I credit that in part to his time with the Kindercare team.
The facilities are purpose built and provide an excellent, safe and engaging setting for learning and development.
The team is always smiling and welcoming and I can truly get the sense that they love children and have their very best interests at heart.

November 6, 2017 at 12:00 amOur son has been attending Kindercare since he was 15 months old and we could not be happier with the standard of care provided. The staff are warm, welcoming, engaging and treat every child as an individual, taking their time to learn their likes/dislikes etc. Our son has come on leaps and bounds in his development since attending Kindercare – East Keswick and thoroughly enjoys his time there. He is happy, stimulated and content. He loves the staff and other children and often talks about them by name at home.

December 6, 2017 at 12:00 amMy child enjoys their time at nursery. Generally, the staff are supportive and take time out to encourage my child especially eating which can be a challenge. The staff seem to interact well with the children and provide lots of activities to help with development.
My only concern has been the changes in staff which I have raised previously with the nursery, however, my child has a key worker whom she is very happy with, shares things with and who I feel fully supports my child which I am grateful for.

May 18, 2018 at 12:00 amThe staff are all fantastic and very experienced. They really care for the children. My daughter seems to love them all. She always walks in with a huge smile on her face. They do many activities both in and outside. Most days we get “art” work to bring home. They build a schedule around her likes and dislikes. She regularly comes home having learnt something new and is making good progress.
Security is good. They ensure that anyone who comes to collect her has ID which reassures me of her safety. Many of my friends who have children at other nurseries complain about nappy rash as nappies aren’t changed often enough but this has never been an issue. We get a report at the end of every day on when nappies are changed and it always happens regularly.
The food is all varied and my daughter will regularly eat all of it so it must be tasty too!
They are always coming up with things to get parents involved too which I like.
I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough!

There is always an element of calm even in the chaos of toddlers – amazing.

June 20, 2018 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been going to nursery for 9 months and settled in straight away all thanks to how great the staff are. We’ve always found everyone so friendly and approachable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable leaving your child with them. My daughter has a great bond with her Key Worker and it’s really reassuring to see how much she enjoys going to nursery and how much she’s developed.
The amount of time they spend outside is fantastic and the activities they do are really creative and fun.
I can’t recommend the nursery highly enough, and to see my daughter so happy to be there certainly makes life as a working parent a lot easier!

June 28, 2018 at 12:00 amOur daughter was always a very clingy baby so we knew that sending her to nursery was going to be a challenging experience for all of us at first. She started at 13 months and despite a few difficult weeks being away from me she soon began to love it. I’m so pleased we persevered. I can’t thank the girls enough for helping her settle in, she’s formed a strong bond with her key worker, who is brilliant and I can see how much she feels comfortable with the other staff also. The main positive we have noticed since her starting is how she will happily go to family and friends now and be happy in doing so. Another positive we have both noticed is during mealtimes, she’s improved using her cutlery so much, she was never really interested in using a spoon or fork at home until she started at nursery. Overall it’s been hugely beneficial sending her to this nursery, we notice a continuous improvement in her development and It’s lovely to see her so excited and happy to see them all.

The facilities are excellent – outdoors there is a separate play space for all age groups and indoors every group has separate eating areas and play spaces. The boys are always happy and excited to attend and have some great relationships with the staff who are helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kindercare to other parents.

January 31, 2020 at 12:00 amBusy Bees East Keswick is an outstanding nursery. I was worried about my son starting as he was the youngest there but the staff have made his first few months so exciting and enjoyable. He loves going and is clearly very happy and comfortable with all the staff. Everyone is very professional and patient (I don’t know how they do it) and the food is always enjoyed by my son.
He’s really developing well and I have absolutely no concerns about the care he receives. Highly recommended.

March 19, 2023 at 12:00 amWe’ve sent both our children to Busy Bees, East Keswick, from tinies through to preschool. Of all the decisions we’ve made as parents, this was a big one and it turned out to be one of the few that we’ve never second-guessed. The processes are watertight, the food is varied and healthy, the activities really support development and create so much fun for children, but it’s the team that we’re most impressed by. Everyone is warm and friendly and the information flow is really great. The children love them and we trust them completely. We could list so many standout individuals but we can’t not mention the senior early years educator, in particular. Her knowledge and passion is above and beyond. When our Busy Bees journey comes to an end, we’re going to be so sad! Thank you to everyone involved!

June 17, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has attended Busy Bees since he was 11 months old and during his time he has encountered major illness and obviously the covid pandemic and a mild stammer, he has been thoroughly supported throughout.
The staff are attentive and extremely caring, planning activities around what the children show interest in. The pre-school staff go over and above and have made sure he is 100% ready to start school.
The food is varied, nutritious and the chef also has a great relationship with the children.

June 20, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has been at Busy Bees from 1 year to 4 years. He’s really thrived there, and he’s really enjoyed the experience. I’m so happy with the choice we made to send him there. It feels like a very inclusive place, and I love how much my son has learnt during his time there.
