November 8, 2016 at 12:00 amMy children have been going to Busy Bees for nearly a year now and I cannot recommend them highly enough! My daughter has high functioning autism and is doing really well and a huge part of that is the support received from the staff there. My son is in the toddler room and they have helped with toilet training and he loves it there! Again can’t speak highly enough of them!

November 8, 2016 at 12:00 amThis nursery is outstanding. I was so anxious about returning to work and sending my not yet one-year-old to nursery but the support they gave me was great. We were made to feel like part of a little family and the manager always has an open door which makes such a difference. My little girl is looked after to a level I’d not even anticipated and sure enough any worries I had were quickly put to bed! She is so happy and loves going to nursery. Her development is brilliant since she started.
I’d recommend this nursery to anyone!!

Wendy and all the staff are professional and attentive. We like the structure, the order and the Soil Association accredited food.
From our experience, the nursery combines the friendliness of a small nursery with everything you could hope for in terms of structure, experiences, room to play and the attention and care the little ones get in the toddler room is fantastic. The outdoors offer too must be one of the best in the area and the rooms are more than comfortable.
We originally opted for a small, independent nursery in the area because Busybees Bath Road was a bit out of the way for us. In hindsight, we should have trusted our instinct and not think about the location. Busy Bees Bath Road is providing everything we could ask for our little one and are professional, attentive and with great facilities.

November 8, 2016 at 12:00 amMy daughter currently attends preschool and has gone through since baby room. She loves it there. She always talking about the friends she makes and how much fun she has. Always smiling when we pick up. Staff are very friendly and the nursery is well equipped.

November 17, 2016 at 12:00 amMy little boy started Busy Bees, September 2016 and is having the time of his life.
He gets so excited when he sees all the staff and gives everyone huge cuddles, which as a parent is so reassuring, knowing I’m leaving him somewhere he enjoys.
He’s learning so much and the work the staff put in with him is second to none.
After only a short amount of time he had such a good relationship with his key worker and the reports I get back are so detailed. He loves the food, such a great menu I couldn’t be happier leaving him there.

November 29, 2016 at 12:00 amMy little man started at Busy Bees at Chippenham in April 16. Both of us are really happy with all its staff and care. The nursery is very spacious and provides very tasty menus for babies. Would recommend it to every parent.

December 9, 2016 at 12:00 amI cannot talk more highly of Busy Bees, Chippenham. My daughter has been there since she was 9 months old (she is now one month shy of 3). She loves it and has learnt so much. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The toys/activities are plentiful. The security measures are extremely good. I would highly recommend this nursery.

December 9, 2016 at 12:00 amTwo of my three children now attend Busy Bees – with my third due to start in the new year. My eldest has been at Busy Bees since 2013 and has absolutely flourished. In every room, staff have developed an excellent rapport with her. She clearly feels secure at nursery and is anxious to go as often as she can! My second child also enjoys her time at nursery greatly. I was very apprehensive as she started attending at only 8 months but was well reassured by staff who allowed her to see her older sister during the day to provide familiarity and who always give detailed feedback and reports.
The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and staff are engaging, enthusiastic and caring. You never feel rushed and any queries about your child are given full attention and properly addressed. The building is purpose built and contains excellent facilities both inside and out. Meals are well balanced and contain a wide variety of flavours and food. Overall, I would highly recommend Busy Bees.

I can not speak more highly of all the staff at the nursery from the baby room to now being in pre-school. Each and every one of her key members of staff has been outstanding. She loves going here and comes out each day full of stories about her day and teaching me the songs she has learnt.

Their dedication in allowing my child to grow and develop his own personality is very good. They update me daily on his development progress which I find to be a positive attribute for the nursery. I also like that meals are prepared on site and my little one enjoys a variety of foods on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any parent or guardian with babies or toddlers.

November 30, 2017 at 12:00 amWe have been using Busy Bees since September 2017. My daughter appears to love the nursery and is excited to be going, which makes me happy.
It’s a welcoming, approachable nursery with the children’s needs at the centre. My daughter has made friends already. I like the structure of the nursery. However, for a large nursery chain, I’m surprised they do not have an e-log I can access about my daughter’s day, as I’m not always able to drop off or collect, and rely on my parents for information about her day.

He enjoys the time he spends at nurseryand is excited when we arrive at the nursery door.
He has made many special relationships with the children and staff which has helped with his social skills.
We would highly recommend Busy Bees. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my son in the care of the wonderful staff.

I can already see a difference in our 2-year-old son for the better I’m really proud of him. Our son like it there so much that when I go to pick him up he doesn’t want to go. The staff members are helpful and understanding.

August 16, 2018 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending Busy Bees one day a week for the past 10 months and she always looks forward to her day at nursery. It took my daughter a while to settle in as her keyworker changed a couple of times but she has now built a good connection with her keyworker and the other staff in the babies room. She is very happy at nursery and loves all the different activities and games.

The food menus are good and I like that he is eating meals that I don’t prepare at home, and alway fresh good.
I love hearing about what they have done each day.

July 29, 2020 at 12:00 amThe wonderful team at Busy Bees have looked after our children for the last six and a half years, our daughter is due to finish in the next few months before starting school in September. During our their time at nursery our son and daughter have grown up surrounded by an excellent management and nursey team who have really helped support their learning, development and social skills, the whole team are a credit to their profession. Thank you Busy Bees (Bath Road) Chippenham for caring and looking after our children.

The menus are varied. The staff in preschool have really worked hard preparing my daughter for school. I would recommend this nursery.

August 6, 2020 at 12:00 amThe last few months have been trying for everyone and my little girl (3 years old) has really missed attending nursery during its closure – especially as she had been keen to move up to preschool. Since reopening, my girl has pretty much skipped out of the house SO excited to be reunited with friends and her key worker and nursery staff. We are so pleased with the communications from staff about new measures in place re. COVID but more than anything, we’re just so pleased at how happy our girl is at being back at nursery. She has a fab time and LOTS of fun!
