Busy Bees Childwall, Liverpool

My children love nursery and talk about all the different things they do each day at home. The staff establish excellent relationships with the children, my daughter recently wanted to invite her key worker to her birthday party. I have noticed both children’s learning development through their attendance at nursery.
I have recommended Busy Bees to friends who have taken places for their children. Thank you to all the staff.

We have been very happy with the nursery. Both our children have been well looked after and cared for. The staff know the children well and what they need and help us with requirements.

I have seen a leap in the development for my daughter who joined the nursery when she was only 8 and a half months old and is now 3 years and 8 months old. The staff are genuinely amazing at providing good excellence and care. Now my son has also joined the nursery and I can see how his development has been. The staff take a genuine interest and take pride in providing the best care and educational approach towards each child’s development. They’re all there to listen and to provide any extra support I need. Don’t know about my son yet, but it’s always very difficult to take my daughter home at home-time! They both jump with joy when they come into nursery. Best nursery.

Staff in all rooms are extremely friendly, positive, never too busy to listen. Extremely attentive to children in all the rooms.
The child I look after needs a lot of attention with his past, he has not received love and left to do things himself. Unfortunately, this has been the case with all the children I have cared for. The staff are excellent and they just get me when I have had a hard night, weekend.
They always just know what to say, this nursery is of a very high standard in every way. I would like to say a big thank you and more as it is well deserved.

Our little one has been to Busy Bees ever since she was one and this month we left for school. What can I say: We miss nursery. When we first walked through the door on parents’ evening four years ago, Busy Bees was the only nursery we felt comfortable with leaving her. Ever since the staff has been our reliable partner in raising our child, has been by our side, providing valuable guidance and advice when we needed it. The nursery itself is a lovely building with bright rooms, plenty of toys, activities and a large garden. There is parking space at the front, which makes the drop-off and pick up much easier. Over the years, we have met a lovely community of other parents and children who have become our friends. All staff are enthusiastic and passionate about looking after the children in their care and about enabling them to reach their full potential. They have most certainly exceeded our expectations. And we would like to use this opportunity, too to say a heartfelt thank you.

This nursery is excellent. The staff are so friendly, out daughter is only nineteen months and loves attending. She eats well, is happy, thriving and is so enthusiastic. She’s coming on so well. Cannot fault the management, staff and premises which is spot on clean and fantastic.

I feel comfortable with my baby in this nursery. He is always happy going in and coming home. The staff are always friendly and put any worries I have at ease. He has come on loads since starting at the nursery.

Both my girls have attended this nursery for around 18 months and absolutely love it. The teachers and staff are brilliant with them and always go above to make sure they have an enjoyable, rememberable day. They both get so excited to go in every day. The nursery were brilliant at helping me and directing me with funding I am entitled to and made everything so understandable for me by breaking down everything. They always go above and beyond.

My daughter was extremely apprehensive about starting nursery for the first time in February at eleven months old, after spending time only with me at home. Two members of staff in the baby room were very reassuring during her settling in sessions and communication has been excellent, despite the additional challenges of the pandemic. My daughter has soon settled in and has developed a lovely relationship with the staff and is making excellent progress. I have also found the admin staff and management to be very good at communicating and only have praise for the nursery setting and staff.

This nursery is outstanding in every way. I have nothing but praise in every area. There is genuine care and love for the children. I’ve had two attend through the past year, one now in the toddler room and one in the baby room. My little ones have progressed very fast since starting. The eldest vocabulary is fantastic, wide and varied. He loves the routines that have been set up there. They taught him to feed himself and is currently nearing potty training. The open-door policy shows how transparent they are. Being an ex-primary teacher, I’m convinced they would get outstanding in their next Ofsted. Well done to all the staff, including the chef, who makes the most deliciously nutritious meals. The nursery is managed by two fantastic women. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this nursery as the best in Childwall!
