Busy Bees Charlton

We called a few time and consistently heard a cheerful supportive voice on the other side to make us secure. My kid attended here during lockdown (this childcare centre stayed open!) as we are keyworkers. Their procedures made us sense secure and secure knowing our little one was in secure, attentive hands, thank you, everyone! Our kid has been with Busy Bees Charlton for a few months now, we immediately felt a part of the family the office team are incredible and made us sense welcome and relaxed, my wife was very anxious, and this changed within days when we started our settles with our little one.

When you leave you certainly sense like your kid will be okay as the childcare centre assistants seem to communicate effectively as well as cater to your kid’s needs. The only thing I would say the manager is so miserable, every time I would come into the childcare centre I would genuinely sense like he has a problem with me. It actually seemed like he had an attitude, maybe day going bad at work? They claim they assistance parents on the 15/30 hour scheme as well as subsidies from the government. However, when I got in a financial situation and requested to give me to the end of the month to clear everything. I understand rules are rules though didn’t show compassion after terminating her place. My daughter had been there for two years so don’t sense like considered my daughter’s best interests. Manager literally wasn’t warming whatsoever. Would he have dealt with another parent like that I don’t know?
Anyway great childcare centre apart from that disturbance. The childcare centre is a great place to bring your kid.

He settled in well and liked his key worker. The Manager is also outstanding and very welcoming, and we were pleased that the kids were regularly out in the garden.

The pickup routines need to change (we could wait 30 minutes to collect him) and we found that our kid was unfortunately often quite hungry, thirsty and very tired at the end of the day. We receive many more updates on the app of our new childcare centre, which we really appreciate. We didn’t know whether activities were provided in the baby room here. Our baby started here at 9 months.

She started as a baby at six months and now she’s over three years and six months, still discovering and progressing greatly. Very lovely and expert in your job, I mean all the team at the childcare centre. I know when she leaves for school this September, she will be missed and the practitioners will miss her too. I look forward to continuing to encourage others to bring their kid/kids to this childcare centre because they are incredible and excellent with my kid. I am proud of my kid’s achievements at Busy Bees, Charlton.

Our son loves the childcare centre and has improved in his ability to count and read steadily throughout his time. All of the team are remarkable and consistently work towards the best for each kid. Our daughter is already signed up! Busy Bees at Blackheath have been a godsend for our busy family.

My oldest is now three and a half. We moved while we were expecting the second baby and even though we are several miles further away, we chose to remain at the childcare centre because we adore it so much. The team clearly care about the boys and it is such a relief to see them run toward the team for a hug when dropping them off. My older son has learned so much and is now confident with his numbers and shapes. We like that they also encourage so much outdoor playtime. We found several nurseries in London have very little outdoor space, but they do make the most of the space they have. Both my kids have attended the childcare centre since they were nine months old.

Their self‑assurance, creativeness and independence has developed tremendously over their time. The team are truly passionate and attentive and understands my kids’s needs and interests. My kids run into childcare centre excited to be there each morning. I can’t suggest them more highly. Both of my kids have been part of the Busy Bees family since they were 9 months old.

Overall the childcare centre is flexible and has a collaborative approach. Great opening hours, and great catering are prepared on-site with healthy food the kids delight in. Great senior leader, who works very well with parents and families.

My son started at 9 months old. As first time parents we immediately felt very reassured leaving our little boy, and he also very quickly took to 5 days a week in childcare centre. Our son is now nearly 2 and he happily trots into childcare centre each day. He loves the practitioners and other team, including running into their office to explore. We have also noticed how well his physical, verbal and emotional skills have developed, and Busy Bees will update you on how your kid is progressing with observation updates on their app. Every evening a practitioner will update you on your kid’s day and take time to speak with you. During the pandemic we felt very secure leaving our son at Busy Bees. There were great measures in place to keep everyone secure and the team were very vigilant when kids showed signs of being unwell. I couldn’t suggest Charlton Busy Bees enough.

My son likes it; he likes his key worker and other adults who look after him. He likes the PE session weekly and the lady who runs it. I sense secure leaving him in the morning. I’d consistently be contacted if anything happens during the day (which is a very rare occasion, but still). All team are expert, attentive and polite. They give informative feedback every day and on a termly basis a fuller one about our kid’s development. The manager is very nice and supportive. I’d definitely and happily suggest our childcare centre. We are cheerful with our childcare centre.
