September 30, 2024 at 5:35 pmIn particular, I have noticed lots of new things he’s learned from childcare centre – language, songs, dances, and social skills, they offer a excellent range of activities, and it’s very obvious that he enjoys his time there and feels secure and secure. The team are welcoming and informative and consistently have time to discuss any queries/needs you have as a (sometimes anxious!) parent. The childcare centre management is very slick, and the inclusion of family days and social events has been exceptional since the lockdown restrictions have eased – it’s been exceptional to meet others and see my son so cheerful in his room. In terms of the ‘technical’ stuff, Busy Bees are exceptional for risk assessment, administering medication and updates, and the food/nutrition is second to none. Since my son’s been able to talk, he’s expressed happiness at going to Busy Bees and now says he “loves” it! Would highly suggest it to others. My son has been going to Busy Bees for 18 months, and they are a exceptional childcare provider.

They are great and keeping you updated with the goings on and consistently give me an update when I pick my son up. He is consistently talking about what activities he got up to and what he played with. I’ve had such a excellent journey so far. My son has been going to Busy Bees now for almost two years, and he loves it!

We get a constant update on the development of our kid, we get feedback from each member of the team and our daughter is consistently cheerful to go there. I would give 6+ stars to all the categories. Excellent facilities and remarkable outdoor space for the kids to playtime and develop.

There’s a great balance between indoor and outdoor activity and there are some really creative learnings. The ladies there are really welcoming, communicative and supportive and I like the daily updates on the app. Would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking around. My two boys adore going to Busy Bees, Castleview.

He learns so much and has the opportunity to take part in a great variety of activities indoors and outdoors. The updates on the app put in by team are regular and informative which helps with peace of mind. We delight in the extra activities planned around the seasons for the whole family to engage in. We are really glad we chose Busy Bees and a big thank you to everyone there. We adore Busy Bees, Castle View so much!

January 30, 2025 at 6:23 amWe truly sense as though they and we, are part of the Busy Bees family. There is an outstanding outdoor space including their very own woods and lots of indoor activities. The app is excellent for keeping track of meals, naps and toileting during the day. The team are remarkable. Both of our sons have attended Busy Bees, Castle View from the age of 9 months old.

The team give us regular updates and photos throughout the day via the app and consistently offers a wide variety of activities for the kids. My son has been going to Busy Bees, Castle View for 8 months now, since I returned from maternity leave and absolutely loves it.

March 30, 2025 at 10:18 pmThe childcare centre is so inviting and the outside space the kids have is incredible. All the team are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. Updates is fab and I sense at ease knowing my boy is well cared for whilst I work. He will be starting his funding hours soon at Castle View, couldn’t imagine sending him anywhere else. My son has been at Busy Bees Castle View since I returned to work after maternity leave.

April 23, 2025 at 7:07 pmTeam are so genuinely approachable and welcoming and the daily updates via the app are so comforting. The facilities here (especially the forest kindergarden) are outstanding, as is the food selection. I am consistently surprised at the discovering which takes place on my kid’s days there – it makes my little one so cheerful and confident! Would most definitely suggest. Both my kids have attended Busy Bees Castle View, with my youngest still in attendance and they have both loved the journey.

May 10, 2025 at 6:22 pmThey do so much with kids to develop ready for primary school, giving them as consistently the best start in life and that is what Busy Bees are all about. Keeping kids at the heart of what they do. The. relationships the kids build are excellent and even our daughter comes home talking about the educators, which is excellent as it shows they delight in childcare centre and creating memories and it will be sad to leave this year. Starting school in August I know she will be fine as Busy Bees has set her up for a great start. This childcare centre is a place where you can sense 100% comfortable as you know your kid is in the best care.

May 12, 2025 at 8:16 amThe childcare centre has made our daughter and ourselves sense at ease and we are confident that she is being looked after with excellent care and given the best start possible. All the team are welcoming, not just the ones dealing directly with our daughter.
The childcare centre itself is laid out extremely well and even though each of the age groups has a separate room, it has a very open sense about it. The manager’s office is in the main foyer and the door is consistently open, so you sense welcome to speak with the manager/office team, either in relation to something with the childcare centre or even just to say hello.
The outside area is remarkable with lots of space for the kids to explore. There is also an enclosed secret woodland area, which our daughter loves going into as well.
Our daughter comes home cheerful, so we are cheerful.
We would definitely suggest this childcare centre. Since our daughter started at this childcare centre, due to a house move last year, she has settled extremely well.

July 2, 2025 at 6:39 amShe was super upset in the beginning and really struggled being left but they gave her lots of help and patience and did as many settling-in sessions as possible. She has gradually become better with drop off’s and pick-ups and is now at a point where she loves talking about the team and kids when not there. The team have been incredible. Her key worker has been fantastic through the whole time, as have the rest of the team and I never have any worries about her being there or how they treat her. The app is excellent for the updates on her food and activities throughout the day too. My little girl has been attending Busy Bees, Castle View for almost a year now and they have been so exceptional with her.
