Busy Bees Carshalton Beeches

Three of our kids have attended this childcare centre and we have been highly pleased with the care provided. This is a excellent childcare centre with the focus highly much on the discovering and development of the young people that attend.

He was shy and they were so accommodating with settling him in and reassuring me.
During COVID they have excelled, updated regularly, bubbles within the unit and strict drop off and collection rules which are easy to follow and not disruptive to the kids.
They update regularly with the discovering and have themed months to follow.
The food served is remarkable, lovely variety and nutritious, also with the UP app supportive recipes to follow.
The team are so welcoming and welcoming and consistently ready to listen to any concerns.
Highly cheerful with Busy Bees and would suggest highly, will be sending my second son in September when I return to work. My son has been at Busy Bees since Aug 2019 and the childcare centre have been incredible with him.

He’s made great friends and has a great rapport with his key persons. The childcare centre has helped to improve his updates skills and also helped in his development skills. Highly suggest all their extra curriculum, they have encouraged my son’s self‑assurance. My son joined Busy Bees a year ago and he absolutely loves it.

He has truly developed well here and the team are highly attentive and organised lots of activities. We’re highly cheerful with the childcare centre. Our son loves coming to Busy Bees at Carshalton Beeches and is consistently highly cheerful when we come to collect him.

But when I would call I would find out that he had been great. When I picked up he didn’t want to go home. He loved the team in 2-3 and had a great relationship with his key person. When he moved to pre-school he was so confident in going. The food was also great as he ate things there that he wouldn’t eat at home. My son came to the childcare centre from age 2 and he was upset every day.

My son was displaying exceptionally challenging behaviour a few months after myself and my partner split. The Manager made me sense so secure and reassured me that my son’s behaviour truly would improve with assistance and guidance. The strategies and reward systems are working and I just couldn’t have done it without them. This team are a second family to us. I honestly could not be more grateful to the whole team and especially the Manager at the setting for all of their assistance.

He is excited about going to the childcare centre every day. Team and management are well‑informed and consistently approachable. All our questions and concerns have been answered and responded to promptly and thoroughly. They put kids first, treat them with respect and adore – just what every parent would want! We have registered our daughter already to start in the spring which gives me peace of mind as I approach the end of my maternity leave. Our son has been going to Busy Bees Carshalton Beeches for nearly two years and he has been looked after amazingly.

She is the heart and soul of the place. Every time I have feedback she takes it so positively and constructively. She has consistently made me sense valued. Nothing is ever too much for her. She takes pride in all her team. She consistently takes the responsibility for every feedback and ensures parents that she will address it the best possible way. She consistently has a smile. She is so much enjoyable to speak with and such a delight of a personality. Her parental knowledge and childcare centre management skills are just beyond 5 stars. They communicate truly well as a team and are outstanding handing over. The manager had completed a refurbishment and decorated most of the childcare centre which truly improved the look and overall ethos. They are flexible and take parents concerns on board. I could not have hoped for a better childcare centre and more trustworthy or attentive team! Our daughter started childcare centre at 10 months old having had a bad journey with our older daughters childcare centre – we had our reservations, however, the team are welcoming and were highly attentive and nurturing, she settled in well.

One of the first things I noticed, is that all the team knew all the kids’s names and although the kids are segregated by age, they all have access to excellent equipment and outside space. The team are truly incredible and are so tentative with the kids. My daughter has thrived here and it’s down to the team. They have been exceptional throughout lockdown too. I consistently knew my daughter was secure, without losing the human connection with the team, which was so important to me. My daughter is on her way to school this year and I know she will be highly sad to leave Busy Bees and I have every self‑assurance our next little one will have the same journey, when we send them to Busy Bees, Carshalton next year. My daughter has been going to Busy Bees, Carshalton since she was 11 months old and has consistently loved it there.
