She has made lots of friends and absolutely loves the pre-school team that care for her. My 3-year-old has attended the childcare centre since she was 10 months old and had the best journey here.

October 24, 2024 at 3:14 pmThe childcare centre team actively encourage the kids in their care to develop their skills and improve on them.
If there is anything the kid is lacking in (in our case, numeracy skills) the childcare centre will pick up on this and encourage the kid to practice the skill.
The team are welcoming, approachable and accommodating. My kid loves to go to childcare centre and has flourished in their nurturing setting. Since starting childcare centre, my little one’s development has come on in leaps and bounds.

Every time I’ve had someone else collect him they have been very careful to make sure that they are allowed to collect him and it is secure. They have photos of the people who are allowed to collect him and they call me to check that it is okay. It makes me sense very at ease knowing that they are so careful. The app that we get updated on is incredible and I adore following my kid’s days and seeing the photos they posted! I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone, you certainly get what you pay for. I can’t say enough great things about this childcare centre, they have made my son sense so at home, he wants to be there and loves every minute there.

November 18, 2024 at 7:03 pmMy two youngest still attend. The reception team are consistently welcoming and welcoming and there are lots to look at in the reception area. Whenever I go to pick up the girls they are engaged in some lovely activity I sometimes sense guilty taking them away. The food is great and so varied encouraging kids to try new interesting foods.
I adore this childcare centre and so do the kids. All three of my granddaughters have attended Busy Bees in Brough at some point.

Our daughter has made so many lovely friends and has been treated as an individual, not a job or a number. I really can’t fault our journey and with another kid on the way we will be using Busy Bees for years to come! From the first day, our daughter has loved every day of her time at Busy Bees.

January 6, 2025 at 6:02 amThe odd incident where accidents have taken place but nothing major. The drop off’s and collections are an absolute nightmare which are never looked forward to as the childcare centre doorbells are broken 99% of the time, leaving parents stood outside for much longer than what is acceptable. I’ve personally waited 20 minutes and my husband has waited 25 minutes to collect our kid and there were less than a handful of other parents present (it wasn’t busy). Overall great journey with welcoming team.

It is clear that she is really close to and fond of a number of team there and it’s excellent to drop her knowing she is going to be secure, engaged with and most importantly delight in her time there. We know ourselves that our daughter can be challenging at times and are really grateful to all the team for their efforts. Thank you! Our eldest daughter has been at Busy Bees for around 18 months.

January 20, 2025 at 6:11 pmThe team are wonderfully accommodating and attentive. My sons discovering is fully supported and they continually find ways to challenge and aid his development. I consistently sense assured that he is in a secure and enjoyable setting. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the outdoor areas and equipment including a refresh of some indoor activities to keep things new and different. Maybe also consider language classes for pre-school and drop-in sessions for gardening or animal handling or music. My son enjoys attending the Busy Bees childcare centre.

January 27, 2025 at 1:30 pmMy son attended the childcare centre eight years ago and knew my daughter would adore it there too. She has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the team at Busy Bees. My daughter has attended Busy Bees in Brough for almost two years, unfortunately, we are moving from the area and there are no Busy Bees close to where we are moving or she would have definitely gone there.
The team have been exceptional especially with the new procedures in place due to covid.

February 7, 2025 at 8:51 pmI do and will continue to suggest Busy Bees to anyone who needs top quality kid care. I can honestly say that for a mother of three there’s no other childcare centre I would want my kids to attend.
The team are absolutely incredible with my daughter and have brought her on so much in ways I may not have been able to due to being back at work full time.
There attention to detail is impeccable and the adore the team show towards the kids makes me, as a mother, cheerful to leave my kids in their care.
My daughter runs into childcare centre with pure joy and to me that shows the team are doing an incredible job (my daughter is hard to please).
Thank you for all the assistance you give my kids.

Updates is appalling between management and parents. I Would not suggest this childcare centre to anyone.

April 6, 2025 at 8:30 pmInitially, as a first-time parent, I was feeling very nervous and unsure. However, I cannot express how remarkable Busy Bees team have been. Team are welcoming, attentive and willing to help as much as possible, even at short notice. Team will go above and beyond. I could not suggest the childcare centre more. Busy Bees have made me sense at such ease and it is a pleasure to send my little boy here. I could say so much more, but I am limited. I also want to say thank you. My son loves coming here. My son has been coming to Busy Bees since he was around 4 months old.

The team are welcoming and knowledgable and we felt cheerful leaving our daughter knowing that she would be cared for and engaged in exciting activities. We were recommended to Busy Bees by friends and family and we, in turn, would highly suggest to anyone looking for high-quality childcare. My daughter has recently started in the baby room.

Since changes due to covid, we haven’t been into the childcare centre for some time. It would be nice to see where she eats, sleeps etc. Maybe someone could do a virtual tour of each stage? (without the kids present obviously).

From the moment she started at Busy Bees in Brough I cannot believe how well she’s settled in and bonded with the team, her little face lights up when we go to childcare centre and she comes out full of smiles, they are absolutely exceptional with her and I’m so cheerful I’ve found the perfect childcare centre for her, she even asks to go in on her one day off each week! Absolutely incredible childcare centre, cheerful mum and cheerful kid. I cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough!

They have dealt with lockdown rules, safely but have continued to put the kids first. We know our boys are secure, cheerful and well-fed at Busy Bees! Thank you! We have used Busy Bees in Brough, for our three boys since 2016 and cannot fault them.

My son is very intelligent for his age and the team are excellent at finding ways to stimulate him further with different activities. 10/10 suggest. Both my kids attend Busy Bees and we can’t fault it.
