The team are excellent, highly welcoming and attentive. The childcare centre’s centre director is remarkable at keeping us on track and consistently tries to meet our needs and expectations. My daughter is cheerful to be dropped off every morning, she’s well looked after and seems to be loving it as well. One of the best things I have come across is the online platform that is being used to keep parents updated on their kid’s day, with notifications and pictures or snapshots of what they’ve been up to throughout the day. This makes a big difference when you have a full-time job, to know exactly what your kid has been doing, instead of waiting for an update at the end of the day. Highly recommended. I couldn’t be happier with my daughter’s childcare centre.

The team are highly attentive and I know my son is in secure hands. He’s been there for several months and I’ve seen him learn and develop a lot. He does lots of different activities, including playing with trains (his favourite!), painting/art, going in the garden, reading and singing. The childcare centre offers a excellent menu with lots of different foods and is able to accommodate my son’s dairy allergy. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to other parents. My son loves it at Busy Bees Bicester Kingsmere Day Childcare centre.

Menu is varied and healthy. Regular updates and experienced team offering advice when needed.
Team are relaxed too, so no strick rules in terms of dropping off/collection.
The facilités are brand new with all that our little ones might need.
I noticed since month one how my little one learns, for example, he could sit up in a small chair and he runs to put his bib on and started eating solids and a proper menu thanks to the childcare centre. Highly familiar team, my son loves them and smiled at them at the highly first month.

She loves the team and her time there and has been thriving in her development. There’s a huge variety of activities (even bringing a fire engine to visit the childcare centre!) and the curriculum and understanding of each kid’s needs are remarkable. Updates from the childcare centre manager is outstanding, with regular updates, particularly through Covid, which has been excellent to have. The team use an app to share what each kid has been up to each day and it’s lovely to see pictures of what they’ve been doing. The outside space is slightly smaller than other childcare centre settings, but the team have made the most of it with lots of outdoor activities and the inside space more than makes up for it. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to any new parent. My daughter has attended Busy Bees Kingsmere since June 2021.

Being a lockdown baby he was not used to being with different adults or kids, so it took him a little while to adjust to childcare centre. We found all the team directly involved in his care to be highly supportive and the care was truly great. It truly helped our little boy to settle in. He now truly enjoys childcare centre, which as a parent is such a relief and makes us so cheerful. My little boy joined the childcare centre in August 2021 at 11-months-old.

When steady ground was hard to come by and everyone else was locked down I had a place to take my son. He has consistently been highly cheerful at Busy Bees but the assistance I also received was incredible. They offered extra sessions, they were flexible with booking dates, they truly cared. I wouldn’t have been able to do the work I do without this childcare centre. Not only was I taking a risk as a key worker they were also by taking our kids yet they consistently had a smile every morning, they could be relied upon. This childcare centre has been outstanding in all areas and my kid has developed immeasurably since attending.
If you are looking for a childcare centre that your kid will thrive in while also providing you consistent reassurance that they will be there in any crisis I would suggest Busy Bees Kingsmere. As a member of the NHS workforce facing the unprecedented event of a global pandemic and a young kid to care for I was so fortunate to have already placed our son at Busy Bees childcare centre.

It’s lovely seeing him come home with lots of creative crafts, team go above and beyond consistently informing me of any changes with him. The management is incredible who will go above and beyond for the kids and her team. I adore seeing the photos and updates on their new app so I can relax at work seeing how well he is eating, sleeping and seeing what he has been discovering through the day since he is too young to tell me. My little boy comes to this childcare centre and he loves it, it is total peace of mind I can go to work knowing he is cheerful.

Our kid has grown in self‑assurance hugely, and this is down to the nurture and assistance from all of the team. Updates is remarkable and the management are approachable, supportive and highly supportive. The fees are a lot, but they are comparable to any childcare centre providing this level of care. You cannot put a price on being confident that your kid is being well looked after. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone considering. We are so cheerful with the care, assistance and discovering our kid receives at Busy Bees Bicester Kingsmere.

The level of team qualification doesn’t affect the quality of care. In general, I’m highly satisfied with the care provided by my kid’s key carer. The team are highly creative and the kids do a lot of art etc. The team in the youngest group are now mostly qualified.

The team have been remarkable since our journey started, showing adore, care and assistance every day. The management are incredible, they have excellent relationships with the parents and are consistently available if ever needed. My little boy joined in September and absolutely loves it!
