During the early days, prior to lockdown, we were able to be let into the early‑years hub for pick-up and watch him playing through the window and we were pleased to see that always looked really thrilled and busy. Our boy started Busy Bees when he was 10 months old and the team were exceptionally helpful during the settling in process. The greatest testament to this is that our boy will often try to walk back in when we pick him up at the end of the day. They seem to genuinely care about the little ones and enjoy being with them. Our little one continued to go to early‑years hub during the lockdown and all of the crew could not have been more supportive and efficient in implementing the ever-changing government advice/instructions. The childcare centre manager greets the youngsters every morning and we always feel as though her caring attitude cascades to the rest of the team. My husband works shifts and they were thrilled to accommodate this by allowing us to provide details of the nursery setting sessions we need a few weeks in advance.

Some of the personnel are still working here and they are always working tirelessly to promote children’s happiness and wellbeing. Many thanks. I will keep recommending this site to other parental friends. The safety levels regard COVID-19 have been exemplary and updates has been consistent throughout. I actually wanted my young lady to go to based on my son’s journey years ago at Busy Bees. A brilliant childcare centre ran by the manager and her team. Keep up the fantastic work!

I am delighted to endorse Busy Bees to future parents. I regularly get sent work that she has completed which is lovely to see and overall she is enjoying it. My young lady has been attending Busy Bees Elstow for 10 months, when she initially started I was unsure however the personnel members were exceptionally welcoming in particular – Deputy Manager. 10 months on, my girl is enjoying childcare centre the crew in the baby room and 1-2’s are wonderful, they have good understanding of my child’s needs and provide good feedback at pick up. She has been wonderful to work with and she bonded with my little one from Day 1, which was exceptionally reassuring.

She enjoys going to this early‑years hub and asks if she can go more. The personnel are all exceptionally attentive and lovely and my girl bonded with them all extremely quickly. I treasure this childcare centre and have already recommended 2 mums looking for a childcare centre and they have both enrolled their kids here too. My little one started at this childcare centre in Sept 2018 and she has cherished every single day there. It has recently all been redecorated/freshened up and looks extremely inviting. There is a monthly newsletter available for the parents and regular parent evenings for us to talk to our children’s key worker and read their growth files. She is always smiling and so delighted when I pick her up and has never had any issues. I honestly cannot fault this nursery setting. She does 3 mornings a week and is in the pre-school room. I am on the parent partnership committee and the manager is always striving to improve on all areas that she can. The meals they provide always sound so delicious and I’m always envious of the food she gets to eat!

The app is a welcome addition as it gives you an insight into their day, I enjoy seeing photos of what they’ve been up to. Staff are cordial and welcoming and I always feel self‑assured my youngsters are getting the best care and attention. The range and variety of food options are excellent my kids both eat really well in childcare centre! We’ve used Busy Bees at Bedford Elstow for childcare for the prior 3.5 years and have always been impressed by the hardworking crew and their commitment to providing excellent childcare.

Well done Busy Bees Elstow. Since my young lad started at your nursery setting over the summer period, his general advancement regarding updates, understanding, information retention, key competences and character progress have really come to the fore. Not only is it a pleasure to engage and interact with him on a daily basis, but he never ceases to amaze and amuse my partner and I with his newly acquired competences, language and personality. Furthermore, the care/learning/development team has been terrific – they are always tremendously useful, they’re empathetic of our child’s needs, they genuinely enjoy nurturing and developing the kids and, above all, my little one adores going each day.

Lovely early‑years hub which is well managed by the manager and her team. My only criticism is that the toys and equipment need replacing in areas as they look grubby. The noticeable differences to the team morale, organisation and feel of the childcare centre over the prior 6 mths has installed confidence.

I would like to say that we call the team friends – who have been there for the little ones and myself like family, especially since my second kid started with the baby room manager and one of the early years educators, these two girls are adored by my little one and they were there for unconditional assistance in their own time when the children’s father died in March 2019 and thereafter. Thank you all so much! My first youngster was at Busy Bees Elstow from 5 months in February 2016 to preschool 2020 graduation and my second little one from 9 months 2018 until 3 year old room 2021. The centre manager has been kind and flexible, approachable to parents and making many in house/sports/music opportunities, daily events and out of hours activities interactive for participation. One member of team, in particular, has been a lovely influence with my second little one in the past year and other team members are well thought of with how they have worked with my first little one in his time. The first year in 2016 was unsettled with management and team consistency, but it has grown into having an experienced, solid, welcoming team of crew.

The crew are lovely and always give us a little round-up of his morning when we collect him. He only goes 2 mornings a week and we have seen such a positive change in him in a short space of time. We sent our little boy to nursery setting to help his growth and have new experiences from a young age.

He is about to graduate and we couldn’t be prouder. A huge thank you to everyone who has ever looked after him!! I cannot thank the crew enough for their patience and their efforts with him. Busy Bees have been instrumental in the headway our boy has made in his overall advancement. They went above and beyond and seeing how far he has come makes us so emotional.

This nursery setting has an excellent team and I strongly endorse. The Busy Bees nursery setting were excellent with ensuring I had all the information I required. My young lad started the nursery setting at 6 months old. He has thrived and enjoyed every minute. My boy enjoyed his days at early‑years hub from day one and the crew were always so good in given me feedback that was detailed daily.

I am a shift worker so they cater for my shifts. My boy adores being at pre-school and is discovering so much. My youngest little one will be starting here soon and I wouldn’t put him anywhere else. My time has been fantastic. The quality of attention is 5 star. The team are so welcoming and always have time to talk to you and explain what your kid has been up to. When my son’s little brother was poorly, they helped by having my young lad on extra days.

The senior of the baby room was fantastic with him, being able to cooperate our home routine into his daily routine at nursery setting. I receive fantastic feedback from the day he has had from the girls in the room. With the app being accessible from my workplace I get daily updates of how he is getting on. He started when he was just 8 months old in the baby room. The girls are extremely involved in my child’s wellbeing by always putting him first and being encouraging when needing reassurance as a parent. My little boy has been at Busy Bees Elstow since 2019. Every day we are welcomed by a welcoming face inviting him into the childcare centre. The room is full of toys representing my child’s current interests, which I see he gets involved in the fun and exciting activities during observations on the app. Fast forward to after lockdown and he is now in the 2-3’s room. I had photos and artwork to bring home every week from the activities he had engaged in during his time at childcare centre.

The crew and manager all take lots of support in making sure the youngster settles in well. I have had good relationships with all my daughter’s key workers and have always been impressed with how well they communicate updates and messages to parents. My little one has cherished attending the early‑years hub since she was 2 years old. My little one cherished being in a group playtime. I was extremely impressed when the current childcare centre manager introduced the Xmas nativity to the preschool class.

My young lad has been attending the early‑years hub for three years and I am so pleased with how it has helped him to absorb and socialise by attending. He often talks about the lovely crew members and the exciting activities he has taken part in each day.

I enthusiastically suggest Busy Bees Elstow. I feel he has come on leaps and bounds in his advancement here as crew take a personal interest. He is visibly pleased here and learned all his favourite personnel members’ names within a couple of weeks and gets excited when he sees them each day. Despite it reopening soon after, I ended up staying at Busy Bees Elstow as me and my toddler cherished it so much. I had to move to this early‑years hub during Covid lockdown due to my own childcare centre shutting. They strive to teach him new things and subsequently, get excited to tell you about the things he’s learnt or done that day (which is so lovely to hear as a parent!) The manager is a credit to the early‑years hub and comes to greet each little one, every morning. Despite the early‑years hub size, it has a family vibe and the large garden is great. The team all did such an fantastic job looking after my toddler throughout lockdown and beyond. He’s not even 2 and comes home with new words daily and even has his own special handshake with a member of personnel.

Very welcoming and warming and couldn’t fault it at all. The centre manager and team genuinely support about the kid and want the best for them, it didn’t feel at all like they were just there to do a job. From day one it has been the best decision to move my girl here.
