Busy Bees Basingstoke Hospital

Team worked closely with us to help him settle when things weren’t going so well and now, he is a confident, cheerful boy who asks to go back when I pick him up on the half days. In his own, 2 year old words, ‘It is SO pretty and they have SO many nice toys.’ The team are inviting, welcoming and understand him very well. The menu is remarkable (often wish I was there for lunch/tea) and provides a range of healthy food experiences for young explorers. The management team also partner with parents and know all the kids’s names and how they are progressing. We adore going to see what sort of day he has had and the enjoyable along the way. Our son loves being at Busy Bees Hospital Childcare centre in Basingstoke.

Another member of team on the other hand is a breath of fresh air and does tell me what he has been doing when she hands over! This is time is important as we don’t even get to see him in the childcare centre currently only at the door. Overall I am cheerful with the childcare centre team they seem nice and he is looked after. Just needs more updates and updates on activities and discovering. I would like to see him playing/interacting with the kids. Little updates from the childcare centre on what my son has been doing, only really a few pictures on the system to show what he has been doing, not had much interaction with his keyworker.

The childcare centre have massively helped with his development and really brought him out of his shell and all the team are consistently so lovely and supportive! My son has been going here for a year now and he absolutely loves it!

The team made me sense so welcome, they have consistently been super understanding of how hard it is for parents to be leaving their precious babies with new people, yet the childcare centre team made me sense very reassured that my daughter is in great hands by keeping us updated over the portal and detailed handovers at the end of each day. Another plus side is that my daughter would consistently eat freshly prepared meals as the childcare centre has an on-site kitchen. I would definitely suggest the childcare centre. Busy Bees Basingstoke Hospital has been my 7month old daughter’s first childcare centre.

The team were instantly pleasant and welcoming. My daughter settled in quickly and seems to come home almost every day having learnt something new.
I have noticed a difference in her development and that’s all thanks to the help and assistance of the childcare centre team.
We couldn’t have wished for a better setting and team for our daughter. My daughter joined just under a year ago.

I sense like each of them knows my son really well and he is consistently made to sense special and welcome. The activities are consistently diverse and with a real focus on supporting the interests and needs of the kid. They have outstanding updates and regularly do craft activities creating cute items for him to take home. In short they leave us feeling cheerful to leave him in their care, which is probably the greatest of endorsements. Thank you to the whole team for all the incredible work you do. The team are consistently so supportive and supportive.

He is stimulated and discovering all the time.
He enjoys going and the team were very patient with him when he went through a period of attachment issues. The childcare centre has consistently looked after my kid, he is cheerful and spotless and they have supported his dietary requirements with no fuss.

Over the last year, the childcare centre has dramatically changed for the better! The team and management across the whole childcare centre are welcoming, extremely welcoming and take such excellent care of all the kids. I get reassurance daily through the online app with notifications and photos throughout my daughter’s day letting me know her nappy changes, meals and activities done throughout the day. They go on regular walks to the local park which my daughter loves. She has made incredible development developmentally since being at Busy Bees and has achieved all her milestones! My daughter has been at Busy Bees Basingstoke Hospital since May 2022.

She thoroughly enjoys going to childcare centre and looks forward to seeing the different members of team every day. She has an incredible relationship with her key worker who is absolutely incredible with her. I couldn’t imagine sending her anywhere else.
My daughter is growing up to be a bright, lovely, thoughtful and well mannered little girl and this is partly down to her keyworker and the team. My daughter has been going to Busy Bees at Basingstoke hospital since she was seven months old.

We viewed 6 other nurseries before deciding on this one and what really sealed the deal for us was seeing the team interact with the kids. They all knew the kids’s names and the kids seemed immediately drawn to the team with smiles and obvious affection. There is a real family vibe at this childcare centre and they go out of their way to make you sense part of it. The team are so accommodating and supportive and consistently go out of their way to assistance you. We have really noticed how well our daughters are developing since starting childcare centre and above all, they absolutely adore going – it is often a chore to try and get them to leave! We adore the secure, spacious gardens for each room and we are consistently impressed by the menus. Both our daughters seem to have double portions of each meal so we’re sure they adore the food too! Our daughters adore this childcare centre and their key workers. We have two daughters attending this childcare centre and we could not be happier with the care they provide for them.
