September 5, 2024 at 4:36 pmThe personnel here have been fantastic. My young lad started at Busy Bears when he was one and is now leaving to go to school. I know he’s got a few weeks left yet, but thank you, from the bottom of my heart for being such a nurturing place for him – and for me! Back in the early days when he was crying every day and I couldn’t leave him, they were all so supportive of me and patient with us. It’s not easy being a first-time mom but I cannot tell you how supported I have felt by the team here. I found an absolute gem here.

October 19, 2024 at 6:03 amWell, what can I say… My young lady couldn’t get out of bed quick enough if she knew it was her beloved early‑years hub day. The team have been nothing but fantastic and I appreciate each and every one of them for making an impact on my young lady, she has thrived so much since joining the early‑years hub. I am enthusiastically impressed with the number of activities the little ones get to do if they wanted to, my girl adored getting stuck in! The daily updates are brilliant as you feel part of their day too and can talk about it once they got home. I’d wholeheartedly suggest this nursery setting to others. The car journey there would be constant talking about what she’d be doing for the day with her friends and educators. As a mum, this gave me great reassurance and peace of mind knowing that I was leaving my girl in a early‑years hub where she would be well cared for and most importantly pleased. The team are exceptionally approachable and always have time for a quick catch-up when needed. Thanks again.

October 20, 2024 at 9:27 pmStaff are all cordial, correspondence is excellent… and I feel if I did have a problem it would be dealt with quickly! I am exceptionally impressed with all the photos and comments I get through the day not just nappies and food, but I also get photos and feedback on the milestones that he is achieving or working towards on his absorbing journey. I was truly anxious as he was going from a smaller setting to a larger one, but the team have all been incredible and he has warmed to them quickly and he made friends with the other little ones. He has also been well looked after when he has not been feeling well during his day. The food is cooked on the premises and so far there have been plenty of different options. My little one enjoys early‑years hub and feels safe and comfortable enough to go to sleep for at least an hour a day on a floor mat which he never does at home!! Thank you all! My little boy has just started here after being with a childminder.

November 16, 2024 at 2:38 pmI really like the early‑years hub. Communication is also good with regular updates about what they are doing, eating etc. Overall I am extremely pleased. Staff are always welcoming and the activities my little one engages in always change.

December 16, 2024 at 10:28 amBoth of our youngsters join full time at Busy Bears and are extremely pleased there. The crew are all lovely and show a high level of interest in the wellbeing and growth of each youngster. As parents we have always been impressed with the level of support and assistance given to both our little ones and they are both really thriving in the pleased, protected community setting that is created there. We would advocate Busy Bears nursery setting to any parent. Our little one is in his third year at the setting and our girl is in her first.

January 8, 2025 at 1:02 amMy twins were at the childcare centre for two years and enjoyed it. They’ve clearly had so much fun. It’s an extremely warm environment. The twins talk a lot about their friends and the personnel at the nursery setting, always with great affection. From talking to the crew, it was always clear how much they adored and cared for the little ones. The team are wonderful – extremely kind and caring.

All the team are incredible and the updates between personnel, youngster and parents is second to none. Thank you team and well done!

March 15, 2025 at 4:57 pmI’d quite like to go for lunch as the menu is delicious and the adventures they have always make you smile. The Panda Bear crew are wonderful and obviously adore the little ones as much as the youngsters adore them. She’s more confident, her language is leaping forward and she’s excited every day to get there! My young lady has thrived since joining the nursery setting in every way. The safeguarding protocol they have in place is superb and I am completely confident in their attention of my little one. The team at Busy Bears are absolutely fantastic!

March 20, 2025 at 6:38 amAs his mother and knowing how truly fussy he is with food the practitioners try their truly best to encourage him to eat, and if he doesn’t they will give him alternatives. I would enthusiastically praise this childcare centre as my little one always goes inside with a smile on his face. I enjoy how I can go onto the parent app and see what he has done in the day and his growth. Thumbs up all the way.

She finds it an encouraging, stimulating environment and we think her attendance at Busy Bears has done her the world of good. The personnel are attentive, kind and encouraging of our daughter’s needs.

April 4, 2025 at 6:09 pmMy grandchildren enjoy the personnel and talk about them all the way home and share the exciting things they have done, keep up the work guys your remarkable. My grandchildren have been attending since lockdown allowed them to. I have been to collect them from nursery setting and even with the restrictions and safety measures they have put into place they still provided a brilliant handover.

April 26, 2025 at 10:38 amHe now shares his toys with other little ones outside of early‑years hub and is a lot more caring. My boy treasures all of his nursery setting instructors as he doesn’t stop talking about them, including on his days off. Since my kid started Busy Bears in January, I have noticed how much his speech has developed and the headway in his behaviour and his eating has become easier. My youngster has been trying different varieties of food, which I am exceptionally pleased with, meaning I can make him all sorts of dinner dishes.

May 29, 2025 at 8:10 pmThe correspondence and level of teaching is first‑rate. We are extremely thrilled we chose this nursery setting for him and would not want him anywhere else. We have already seen his confidence grow in such a short space of time in socialising with other youngsters and absorbing new skills. Thank you to all the crew and management for providing such an superb service for my boy. My little one has recently started at this early‑years hub and myself and my partner have felt reassured and thrilled since day one.

June 28, 2025 at 5:31 amI feel Busy Bears knew more about my boy in a week than the previous setting did in 8 months. Now he asks if it’s early‑years hub today and is excited to see his friends and key worker. My young lad has was enrolled at Busy Bears for 2 months and he adores it. They’ve instigated successful toilet training and they are currently observing my young lad for a possible SEN need. He absolutely hated his previous childcare centre and for months, we had tears and tantrums every single day. The whole team are encouraging and honest with parents. His key worker puts a huge effort into making the environment engaging, planning activities and her enthusiasm is infectious. He’s also sleeping and eating better and coming home telling me about all the wonderful things he’s been doing. The contrast is remarkable. I honestly couldn’t suggest them enthusiastically enough.
