I was very apprehensive about leaving my daughter but the team are just incredible and make you sense very comfortable. I am welcomed each morning so well by the team and every evening I receive a detailed account of my daughter’s day, along with very detailed reports in the app about my daughter’s development. My daughter’s speech has really progressed and she enjoys all of the activities and she loves childcare centre so much she asks to go on a Saturday and Sunday!
The grounds are lovely and I am so cheerful I picked this childcare centre! This is such a lovely childcare centre.

However, because I had to return to work and without family around that could commit to childcare we started the process of settling into childcare centre when our daughter was 9 months old. I needn’t have worried so much as our daughter has been nurtured and cared for wonderfully by her key worker and other members of team at Brightsparks. The manager and other members of team were so encouraging and understanding to me too going through what I felt was a really tough time. Now at 16 months old my daughter is confident, welcoming, content and developing rapidly because of her time at Brightsparks. Each morning she gets ready cooperatively as she knows where she is going and very rarely has she been upset for me to leave. Thank you to everyone at Brightsparks for making this so much easier for me. I would highly suggest this childcare centre it is like a second home to our daughter, with great nutrition and enjoyable activities too. As a first time Mum, I was very reluctant to leave my baby with anyone.

My little boy loves his time and is discovering so much every day. I see him develop and grow. The team connects with parents and ensures that parents keep engaged in the development. I leave my little boy behind stress-free.

My fiancé and I were understandably apprehensive about putting our daughter back into childcare, but Brightsparks has managed to restore our faith. The manager is so welcoming and personable and is consistently visible around the childcare centre (the last childcare centre we were at, management hid away in a room and never appeared). The manager and all of the team are incredibly passionate and I can tell our daughter genuinely loves every second of her time there. We adore looking at the app to see what our daughter has been up to. The childcare centre offers a excellent range of activities and it’s so fantastic seeing photos of our daughter getting stuck in with them! Thank you for rebuilding our trust in childcare, it’s truly appreciated more than I can say. Five stars really doesn’t do this place justice – would suggest this childcare centre to anyone! Our little girl moved to this childcare centre after a horrendous journey with a previous childcare centre.

His development has come on leaps and bounds and he loves all the team. They consistently have a excellent choice of activities and spend a lot of time in the garden. My son has attended this childcare centre since March 2021 and I cannot suggest it enough.

Huge thank you to the member of team who resolved all issues, huge thank you to the team for they are extremely welcoming, very inviting and patient behaviour towards kids. Our beginnings were difficult but now due to all the ladies, my son cannot wait to go to childcare centre every morning. Very interesting activities, very great food. My son made excellent development in English (it’s his second language). All this means that I can 100% suggest Brightsparks Day childcare centre. My son started attending last September, all team made us sense very welcome and my little boy settled into childcare centre so quickly with a smile at the end of most days which is absolutely down to the care, attention and focus on him from his key worker and all team. I absolutely adore seeing his observations every week to see what he’s been discovering. Highly suggest.
