Brightsparks Day Nursery, Purley

We recently moved them from another daycare provider and I’m so cheerful we did. The manager is responsive and consistently on top of everything and the key workers are lovely. My boys are treated as individuals and this is the advantage of the size of Brightsparks. My eldest is receiving excellent prep for school in September. I’m delighted with the care my two boys receive at Brightsparks.

Our son joined in April 2021 right after lockdown and settled in very well. The manager is outstanding and the team are all so attentive and welcoming. Our son had an absolutely fantastic time. He really thrived and we wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to anyone looking for a childcare centre place. It is with a heavy heart that we are leaving the childcare centre after 14 months as we are moving to a new area.

The location is excellent and they have parking spaces right outside to make pick-up and drop-off really easy. This sounds trivial but every minute counts in the morning!
The facility is exceptional. They have a lovely inside and outside space for the kids to playtime in. They also have a sing and sign come in on a Thursday, which my son loves.
Most importantly, the team are remarkable. It’s never easy leaving your kid in the care of others but they take such great care of him and provide regular updates and pictures throughout the day. My son has additional needs and the team are consistently adapting and encouraging him to take part in all the activities. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
We also get sent a weekly email with what the kids will be up to that week and some idea of what you can do at home to assistance their discovering.
Lastly, the food is remarkable. We get sent the menu each week. My son has been attending Brightsparks Nursery for nearly a year.

The childcare centre is consistently tidy and spotless when she arrives in the morning, she does new and interesting activities each week and she has progressed in all areas of her development since starting. The manager is very committed, efficient and quick to respond to any email queries. The team in the rooms with the kids are very attentive and enjoyable, my daughter has made excellent relationships with them and talks about them a lot at home. The app and admin for the childcare centre works very well. We are moving out of the area and therefore sadly we are moving from the childcare centre. I am very cheerful that my daughter has attended Brightsparks Day Nursery and would suggest it to any other families. My daughter has attended Brightsparks Day Nursery, Purley two days a week for the past year and she has been very cheerful here.

Both of my kids have been going from babies up to pre-school. All the carers genuinely adore the kids and do the best for their care and development. Very pleasant, tidy and spotless setting and a nice location away from pollution. Highly suggest this childcare centre!

Staff are attentive, supportive and accommodate our needs. Our kid appears to be making great development since starting. Our one downside has been the settling-in period, which was quite brief, meaning that things were complicated with our return to work as additional time had to be taken off (kid not ready to cope with full days there). This however was not helped by a sequence of sicknesses during the introduction period. Overall, we would suggest. Overall, our initial impression of Brightsparks is great.

He is now due to leave, at the age of 4 years old. During his time at Brightsparks, all of the carers have been absolutely remarkable. I have seen and received assistance, advice and reassurance and have seen my son develop his updates, social and intellectual skills. I am so pleased with how he has developed through playtime and one-to-one time. The carers get to know the kids, forming exceptional bonds ensuring focus is spent on activities that will aid their discovering. I cannot thank his carers, along with the whole team, enough. My son has attended since he was 11 months old.

In a short matter of weeks, my daughter was discovering so much and coming home with a huge smile on her face as well as discovering some new tricks! It is reassuring to know she is getting the developmental activities and interactions with other kids we sense she needs and is thriving as a result. Every team member has been so compassionate and welcoming and I can’t wait to see how my daughter develops through her time here. I have no worries whilst my daughter is at childcare centre and am kept up to date with pictures, nappy and food diaries etc, which is so lovely. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. I was extremely anxious about my 10 month old daughter joining childcare centre as I guess a lot of new parents are, but she has settled in so well which is an absolute credit to the lovely team, especially her carer whom she is extremely fond of.

They were absolutely incredible with my daughter who was consistently very cheerful to go to childcare centre and she enjoyed her time at Brightsparks so much! The manager is one of a compassionate, hands-on, excellent with all the kids, she is definitely very passionate about her job and loves what she does and so are all the ladies involved in my daughter’s education and well-being!
Thank you all for your hard work and efforts! You are incredible! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the ladies at Brightsparks Nursery for everything they did for us and for our daughter who is autistic and she is sometimes difficult to handle.

The facilities are lovely, the team are very approachable and the childcare centre is run very well. Some books are worn and the ipad/internet is not great enough for the team to quickly and efficiently provide updates and photos. I sense very comfortable leaving my son in the care of Brightsparks.
