Brightsparks Day Nursery, Eltham

I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. My daughter is consistently talking about her friends, and the team and all the things that they have been doing, and consistently comes out of the childcare centre with a massive smile on her face. The updates is outstanding and the team consistently keep you up to date. The team are very dedicated and hard-working. My daughter absolutely loves going to childcare centre. They are all very welcoming and polite. My Daughter has been at this childcare centre for nearly 2 years now, and I cannot express how exceptional they are!

Our son was attending there and as the previous childcare centre put it, “There’s tension and danger in the childcare centre when he’s in”. They suggested that we find another childcare centre and not say anything about our or their concerns. As you can imagine, we were distressed and reluctant to even consider attending another childcare centre.
After some time passed, we decided to try other local nurseries and our journey with Brightsparks was completely different. Instead of blaming our little kid, the childcare centre team set out a plan for how to deal with and most importantly, prevent overwhelming situations for our son.
He still seems to be settling into the childcare centre structure, but we are receiving enough assistance and honest feedback from the team, which is very important to us as parents. I cannot suggest Brightsparks highly enough for anyone who is in search of a new childcare centre. We had a very bad journey with our first childcare centre.

Our daughter absolutely loves going there and you can see a genuine bond between her and her key worker. As a 19-month-old she taught me how to act to the ‘hop little bunny’ song which is incredible.
The management is very attentive, flexible and responds to any query within a matter of minutes, which is invaluable when you put your firstborn into someone else’s care.
Cannot wait to see our daughter develop more and more at Brightsparks! My husband and I visited several nurseries in our area and we couldn’t be happier for choosing Brightsparks Day Childcare centre, Eltham.

The team were outstanding at helping my son settle in. He really enjoys going to childcare centre. They have lots of activities and his self‑assurance and discovering are thriving. Team members are polite and compassionate. They are excellent at keeping me informed about how my son is doing at childcare centre. I can’t praise them enough. My son has been attending this childcare centre for 8 months.

I could relax when I went to work, knowing that she was being thoroughly looked after, at the age of 7/8 months old. It was also warming to know that Brightsparks separate the babies from the toddlers, giving them two separate rooms as naturally, this is completely two different stages of a kid’s development, which I sense gives a more safer setting. The team are consistently willing to help, along with listening to any concerns you may have. My daughter’s development has improved massively since being at this childcare centre. I also like the fact that they have a live app, that allows you to track your kid’s journey throughout the day, seeing what food they have eaten and seeing pictures of them discovering and playing. I previously had my daughter at another childcare centre and after bringing her to Brightsparks it was like a breath of fresh air.

The team are the most fantastic people, there’s ongoing clear communications to parents and discovering activities for the kids are enjoyable. We particularly adore the focus for the kids to learn about many different cultures and backgrounds. My daughter absolutely loves going to Brightsparks Childcare centre Eltham and as parents, we can only speak very highly of the childcare centre.

When greeted at the door by team they are welcoming and cheerful to see my son. This is so reassuring at the “dreaded drop off.” Once I pick him up, they are informative about how his day has gone and cheerful to answer any questions I may have. They have a range of activities within the childcare centre to stimulate and assistance my sons discovering and development. They have even organised a trip outside of the childcare centre to the local park! I am cheerful that he is cheerful to attend Brightsparks Day Childcare centre, Eltham. My son has attended Brightsparks Day Childcare centre, Eltham for the last seven months and he absolutely loves it!

He is well looked after, and as parents, we sense we are very well informed of his development on a day-to-day basis. It is very useful to see how well he napped, what and how much food he had during the day, and most of all, they seem to have a lot of activities throughout the day, and it is consistently reassuring to see how much enjoyable he has at the childcare centre, and how much he learns through those activities. The team are very welcoming and responsive. I definitely suggest it to anyone who is looking for a childcare centre in the area. My son started at this childcare centre in May 2021, he has progressed so much since he joined.

Being a first time mum, I was nervous about leaving him, but I need not have worried. After a few days of tears, from both Mummy and my son; the team were excellent in helping me sense confident in not worrying and all the team helped my little boy settle in. My son is now 22 months old, and he really loves going to childcare centre.
I cannot thank the team enough on how excellent and supportive they all are. I really appreciate the daily feedback and updates on all they have done and how he’s getting on. The online discovering journal that tracks your kid’s development is also remarkable. The pictures and videos are most appreciated, more so during this pandemic. I would highly suggest Brightsparks Day Childcare centre, Eltham. My son started Brightsparks Day Childcare centre, Eltham when he was 15 months old.

He still goes crying, but the ladies consistently reassure us that he is okay by either calling or messaging us with a picture.
He only attends one day, but I have noticed a massive difference in my son’s speech, eating, sharing and overall the way he is developing in his areas.
