Bright Little Stars Watford

Our daughter started there at 13 months and is now three going on four. Bright Little Stars has been the perfect place for her, and we are delighted with everything it has to offer. From the minute you walk through the door, it is such a welcoming, bright and nurturing setting – immediately putting a kid at ease. On starting, our daughter quickly relaxed in the fantastic ‘baby’ room Milkyway, and I felt I could relax at work knowing that she was somewhere so secure, compassionate and fulfilling. Bright Little Stars made my transfer back to work a whole heap easier!
The team are tremendous – in each room (Milkyway, Orion and Supernova). They are such enjoyable, and have boundless energy – and they provide such an incredible range of activities for the kids. Thank you, Bright Little Stars; you really are incredible, and we are so grateful for all you do! We chose Bright Little Stars for our daughter for when I went back to work after maternity leave – and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

I consistently sense like my kid is getting the best care, and is treated like an individual rather than a number. Any worries or concerns I have or new routines are well communicated throughout the team and I sense like as a result Childcare centre has become a home from home setting for my kids which provides me with so much reassurance that they are completely cheerful. I have consistently been a parent who is quite strict on routine and diet for my kids and Bright Little Stars have consistently made me sense completely at ease when it comes to this.

All the team are absolutely incredible, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure my son’s needs are met. He has been attending the childcare centre for 18 months now since he was 1 yrs old and he just loves it. He has developed in ways I couldn’t imagine, his self‑assurance, his speech, everything. The team are constantly finding ways to improve, no wonder they achieved Ofsted Outstanding! Big shout out to the most attentive key person’s my son could ever have. Thank you thank you thank you!! My older son attended this childcare centre also from the age of 10 months to 3 years and when it was time to choose somewhere for my daughter to go whilst I was at work there wasn’t a doubt in my mind this was the place I would be sending her. The team treat every kid so special. They have so many activities and so many different theme days that every day is different and enjoyable on its own accord. The food they offer is excellent and varied and at the end of each day at pick up, you not only get a diary of their day but the team talk to you about how your kid was during the day, what they have done, what they enjoyed. This place is very special to us and I could not suggest it more! My daughter has attended Bright Little Stars Day Childcare centre since she was 10 months old and has thrived and settled in so well with the fantastic team who are compassionate, loving and so much enjoyable.

He loves going so much that he gets upset on days that he doesn’t go in. He has consistently loved the extracurricular activities and the random themed days that they do. Dressing up for certain occasions etc. We have both made so many friends there, parents, kids and all the team are so lovely. Some of the team there have now been there for 5 years! I highly suggest it to all new parents looking for a childcare centre, being able to log into the camera helped me so much because I could see that he was fine throughout the day! My son has been in the setting since he was 9 months old, he is now 3 and thriving because of this place!

I highly suggest the childcare centre for so many different reasons, my daughter not only gained excellent independence but she has also thrived participating in the many opportunities Bright Little Stars have given her from discovering Spanish, phonics, and sports to name a few. My daughter consistently loves going into childcare centre, the team are consistently so welcoming and welcoming, I really like the fact that all team get to know the kids by name and it feels very family orientated, you can tell it’s more than just a job to the team, they genuinely care for the kids. My second daughter is also at the childcare centre and I’m so glad she will follow in the same footsteps as my eldest daughter. Thank you Bright Little Stars Watford! My daughter is 4 years old now and soon to leave Bright Little Stars to attend primary school.

All the team in the Milky Way room have supported him so well, and he has absolutely loved it. Making the transition from part-time to full-time was the best decision we made for our son. Since he has been attending the setting full-time, he has grown in self‑assurance, and we have been able to witness the development of his personality. I would also like to add that the team at Bright Little Stars make every effort to know each kid well, which really makes a difference. Our son’s key worker has made every effort to ensure that she caters to all of our son’s requirements to provide him with the optimum journey and has really made every effort to recreate the routines we have at home for him in the childcare centre. He once shied away from going to childcare centre, but it has become one of his most loved places, which is incredibly reassuring as a parent. My son has attended Bright Little Stars since he was ten months old, and he has thrived.

Both of my kids attend and they adore it. The only fault is I wish they had more parking spaces. Excellent childcare centre and very supportive team, especially during the Covid period very supportive and they keep you well informed.

I adore receiving photos of his day and seeing how going to childcare centre has made such a positive impact on his development. He happily goes into the childcare centre, putting his hands out to his carers. He eats and sleeps well at childcare centre and I know he has truly settled in so well, with the help of this key person and other childcare centre team. The childcare centre has outstanding facilities and incredible resources. My son really enjoys the messy playtime activities as well as the special events such as sports days and dress-up days. He also loves his outdoor area where he is given the opportunity to climb safely on the equipment. The childcare centre has been incredible providing two types of food for him at meals, mushy for his nutrition (so he actually eats) and normal food to practise the next stage of weaning. The childcare centre team are consistently welcoming, cheerful to help and reassuring, which is greatly appreciated as a first-time mum. My son started Bright Little Stars at 9 months old and I can see he is thriving in their care.

So much so, that my second son will be joining at 10-months too.
He enjoys his time there, learns so much while having enjoyable, and I’ve consistently felt at ease leaving him there.
All the team are exceptional, the facilities are excellent, and I especially adore the variety of food on the menu for the kids. The extra classes they have are remarkable too.
This year has been a tough one with Covid, but I’ve been very cheerful with the steps they have put in to be Covid secure and how they have helped the kids adapt to such a strange time and helped the parents sense comfortable with sending their babies into childcare centre still. I started sending my son to Bright Little Stars Watford when he just turned 10-months, and it was the best decision we made.
