The crew also agree that sometimes the meals are not simple enough and some little ones just don’t want it. For this price you would expect the personnel to be on a much higher wage and for the kids to have nappies provided. Think the menu should be put online as the new app does not tell me anything about what my little one has eaten only if it was most, some or none. Great personnel and sites. A negative would be the price per day is extortionate compared to the average early‑years hub price. The kids are cared for well. It is even more expensive than places like London or Leamington.

The team are all lovely and truly nurturing. Can’t thank them enough for their support to both my little one and myself. They’ve helped my daughter’s speech come on massively and really took her under their wing when she first started and was incredibly shy. Can’t wait for my other little one to start her journey at Bright kids. Because of them she’s now self‑assured in herself and interacts with others around her. My little one has been attending Bright kids since April previous year and she’s adored every moment.

My little one started recently and after only a few visits he has settled and I do believe this is due to the crew, they all have been great and taken time to get to know him as an individual and I as a parent feel confident in the attention he is receiving.

The level of care, activities they do and the relationships they build with the kids are all excellent. My only negative is that they are more expensive than other nurseries, however, peace of mind we have with him being there means it’s a price we are pleased to pay. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Bright Kids, Northfield. We feel our kid has greatly benefitted from his time there, equipping him with the abilities to interact with his peers and staff/adults alike.

Our little one has really come out of her since attending Bright Kids Northfield. It’s nice knowing she is in safe hands and having a good time. The personnel are lovely and welcoming and always look after our little girl.

My two boys are extremely well looked after and are so delighted at the early‑years hub. My boys really thrive at Bright Kids. I have great contact with team, I am listened to and always informed of how their day has been. The early‑years hub is immaculate and fully equipped with all exploring and playing toys possible. Their activities are well structured and suited to my boy’s progress level and higher, to challenge them.

There is a great range of facilities and resources available for all ages and most of all the kids are always pleased! To put your trust into other people to help raise and guide your little one really is the hardest choice to do but all the personnel made it so easy and put our minds at rest. For the past 4 years, Bright Kids nursery setting has been a second home to our youngster and an absolute godsend to us as parents! You can’t put a price on your child’s happiness. The team are all kind, approachable, and professional. And to us, that speaks volumes! The early‑years hub is always spotless and hygienic. Our little one has now reached school age otherwise I’d keep her here!

Twenty minutes later we had to go and collect him. He agreed and sat with the kids. We went to carry on our tour and then went into the office to speak about possible start dates etc. We expected our little one to be about five minutes before wanting us. It’s a big adjustment for all involved! The personnel are so good with them and it’s a lovely place. After a short while of being in the room, he was offered if he wanted to stay with the youngsters and have a snack with them. It’s such a big deal when your choose what early‑years hub your kid should go to. This spoke volumes for us. We went to visit Bright Kids and my young lad took to it straight away. The door went and it still wasn’t him! Our little one has become so much more confident and now our second boy is enrolled at the setting. It’s the first time leaving them with what at that time are people unknown to them.

They provide a really good variety of healthy food and snacks for the little ones. The nursery setting is a extremely welcoming space, extremely hygienic and the garden is great, my young lady treasures being outside. My young lady has been attending Bright Kids for just over a year. They do a wide range of activities and always let parents know what the kids have been doing throughout the day. It’s truly easy to see how much the personnel support for the youngsters, they are always kind, caring and enthusiastic. The personnel are lovely, truly cordial, knowledgeable, and caring.

My young lad struggled for a while to get used to being with other little ones and he got nothing but pure support everyday and now he thrives more each day he joins early‑years hub. All the personnel are truly warm, kind and welcoming, they are also extremely good with the kids. My young lad has been attending Bright Kids Since February 2022 and he has enjoyed every day he has spent there.
