Bright Horizons Wolfson Court Day Nursery and Preschool

The keyworker and the other workers here are very nice, the facilities are great and spotless and there is consistently a perfect menu of food for the kids, my son consistently comes home with a smile on his face, we are very cheerful that he is well looked after and secure. My son is currently at the childcare centre and very cheerful.

He has had a fantastic time at childcare centre. Our son has been attending Bright Horizons Wolfson Court Day Nursery and Preschool for over three years. All of the team are very kind and attentive, the activities consistently seem like tons of fun, and the food is impressive in its variety. We are consistently kept well informed and sense supported by the whole team. It is simply a lovely place and we are so cheerful that our son got to spend these fundamental years in such a nurturing setting.

They take care of all details and there is very great communication from team to parents. Lovely and attentive team.

The team are lovely and attentive. My kid has been going to this childcare centre for almost two years and has been very cheerful there from the start. I also adore that it’s so international and my kid isn’t the only bilingual kid in the group. The childcare centre has made excellent efforts to manage throughout the pandemic and communicates regularly with updates and safety measures. The childcare centre appears to be very well managed.

In the months of lockdown the childcare centre stayed in touch and her keyworker even sent our daughter a little card. Our daughter started at Wolfson Court in November and so was only there a few months before lockdown happened. When the childcare centre reopened the care and attention to each individual kid was incredible. A personal call to talk about our daughter’s development over the few months of lockdown as well as what her likes/dislikes were now. Thanks to the incredible team at the childcare centre her transition back to childcare centre was very smooth. Our daughter loves being outside and playing in the garden as well as singing songs with the team. We are so thrilled that we got a place at Wolfson Court and continue to be delighted by the team and our daughter’s journey there.

This childcare centre is comparatively small and has an intimate atmosphere. The childcare centre provides excellent care and makes everyone sense very welcome. The managing team know every kid’s name and communication with the parents is excellent. Staff take excellent care that kids transition smoothly between rooms and key workers. The childcare centre is very international, and they celebrate holidays and festivals from different cultures.

Her development has been unbelievable under the excellent guidance of her key worker and the rest of the childcare centre room team. Our daughter has loved the childcare centre from day one. She is consistently engaged, loves the food and is made to sense special and cared for. Despite the ongoing Covid crisis, the childcare centre has remained open and been very great at keeping parents informed about (very few) suspected cases and policy changes. The team are welcoming and the management team very attentive to your needs and cheerful to answer any questions or queries.

In short, the childcare centre has been incredible! We sent both our sons to Wolfson Court Nursery and now have our second son in the childcare centre, as my first one is already graduated. The childcare centre team are absolutely warm and heartful, the management team is very responsive and supportive. There are timely updates on what the kids do, often filled with fun activities and what we can help at home with for kids’ development. The communication with team/team is very effective and efficient. Both of my sons adore to be there.

He loves and enjoys the childcare centre at all times. My son started his childcare centre life three years ago, starting from the baby room, toddler room and then pre-school. The team are welcoming and supportive and they did very well to get through the covid crisis.

Both of my kids went here, with my second still there. I cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough. It is incredibly reassuring knowing what great hands my kid is in while I’m at work. Communication is excellent, the app shows me what my kid has been doing all day and the team are hugely welcoming, supportive and supportive. My kids have both been extremely cheerful here and it’s been excellent for their development.
